Не портите впечатление о стране и городе, так как по вашим нечестн - Квартира невероятно удобная сама по себе, да и место совершенно идеальное. Квартира реально очень большая, просторная и светлая! Одна спальня со своим санузлом (мастер спальня), сантехника новая, кухня полностью оборудована всем необходимым, даже посудомоечной и стиральной машиной. Сама квартира - потрясающая. Будьте осторожны, берут дополнительные платы и депозит, который очень плохо возвращают. После бронирования и оплаты мной проживания, мне сообщили о некоем депозите в 250€, который я так и не смог найти в условиях бронирования. Я попробовал отказаться, хоть меня сама квартира полностью устраивала, но мне предложили сделать это с полной потерей средств. Я оставил бронь и с меня списали депозит в 250€! Мне обещали вернуть его сразу после выселения, потом указали на пункт в бронирование о возврате после 14 дней, в итоге я освободил квартиру 07.02.2026г., а деньги разблокировали 09.03.2026г. Очень неприятные администраторы, которые общаются максимально не приветливо. И это как раз тот случай, когда шикарные апартаменты, а управляющие совершенно не настроены на хорошее отношение к клиенту. Оставив отвратительные впечатления, ни за что не поеду и никому не рекомендую их.

• Margaret Irene (7/5): Served our needs but wouldn’t stay again. - Good location. Beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen but limited in supplies. Toilet seat in one bathroom was falling off. Noisy. Had to sleep with the window open because it was way too hot. So much construction noise and bottles being emptied into a bin every night. Didn’t have one good sleep.

• Dana (10/5): We had a fantastic time in Rome - The property was close to termini train station and walking distance to the metro. The area was good at night with a fantastic restaurants close to the room and the elevator was great for the 4th floor with all our luggage

• Antonjeta (7/5): - Lojacija je odlicna. Blizina aurobusa,odlicni restorani u ulici. Aparat za kavu nije imao originalne kapsule pa je nisam mogla napravit ujutro a to mi je bilo jako vazno. Jutro bez kave... Sve ostalo ok.

• Tatiana (8/5): Great and polite staff (we were met by Valerio who was very welcoming and didn’t rush. He carried our heavy bag all the - Good size, two big bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean, central location Too little shower gel, no hair conditioner. It could be more shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There were no proper wine glasses, just some cheap plastic ones. They have to be replaced!

• Jose Javier (8/5): Buen apartamento y muy bien situado - La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de Santa María mayor, el resto de las zonas se puede ir andando o en bus o metro. También está muy cerca de la estación de trenes. El apartamento es muy amplio y limpio tiene de todo lo que se puede necesitar. La persona que nos recibió (Adriano) fue muy amable y servicial. El check out es muy pronto, a las 10:00 y no ofrecen posibilidad de dejar las maletas en ningún sitio. Y que entraran sin permiso en el apartamento para mirar el calentador del agua
• tracey (10/5): - I stayed with my son for a city break. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exactly what was advertised. The air-conditioning was very welcome due to the hot temperatures. We would definitely stay here again. There was not anything we didn't like. The taxi driver was very helpful, polite, and told us what it was like growing up in Rome and the best places to visit.. The agent was at the apartment waiting for us with the keys when we arrived. Everything we experienced during the weekend was very well organised and we want to return but at a cooler time of the year!
• Dmitriy (9/5): Great choice with an almost perfect location - Its location is great, and it's easy to explore most of Rome's attractions from there. Train and underground stations are located nearby, so it's easy to get there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the WiFi is solid and stable.
• Scott (6/5): Could be better. - Too much contruction noises at night. There’s a washer with no dryer and the shower is cold.
• Noelle (10/5): Spacious and easy access to the train station. - We choose this apartment because we are a group of 3 and also because of the proximity to the train station. We are in our 50’s-70’s and assumed we would probably be taking transportation to some of the sights but actually we were easily able to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps, and the Borghese Gardens. Loved that it has an elevator. Beds were comfortable. Yes indeed it doesn’t really have a “living room” but we don’t lounge around much on vacation and the kitchen gave us plenty of room to gather. Nespresso machine worked well and pods were available at the grocery right across the street. WiFi worked for us in all rooms. It was one of the few rentals where we were not responsible to take out the trash. The gentleman that met us and showed us the property was kind and timely. Pillows were a bit overstuffed. Would love other pillow options. Didn’t love leaving a deposit but it was not a surprise.

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - The location, you can walk to Colloseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fontaine. Very close to metro station. The apartment has two nice bathrooms, which is a big plus. There is a coffee machine which operates with capsules. It's first time when I was asked to pay a deposit at check in, but I knew about it from reservation time. I received it back, without any problem, in a week after checkout. The room with the sofa from photos is a shared room with other apartment. My kids stayed on it, but I couldn't because of the heavy air - the room has no window.

• Andrea (6/5): Of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this was our least favorite. - It was clean and there was an elevator. There is a small market across the street and a really good Gelateria around the corner. Those are the only positive things I can say. This apartment does not have a sitting area other than the kitchen. I guess that is my fault for not realizing it, but you would assume that an "apartment" where people might live, would have one. The TV is in kitchen, it turned on but the remote wouldn't work to select anything. The kitchen had a Nespresso machine and cartridges that didn't fit it. After buying some that did, we found out it didn't work. The kitchen was not well appointed. No basics like a toaster, potholders, teapot, wine glasses, or even salt & pepper shakers. Texts to the person who checked us in, were not acknowledged. This apartment is in the same building as the Hotel Sonya. A fact that would have made it easier to find, instead of walking around the Opera building lot across the street.
• Aurora (9/5): Superb - Spacious apartment in a nice building, great location, easy access to the entire city, also walking distance to several major attractions, good restaurants around, grocery store across the street. Clean, very comfortable and well equipped, good communication with the staff. - The apartment doesn't have a proper sitting area besides the grey sofa in the photos, which is situated in the entry hall. It didn't bother us as most of the time we were outside visiting the city, but I think this point should be highlighted in the description as the brown sofas are not in the apartment. - Wi-Fi is only working in the kitchen, the signal is very weak/unstable in the rest of the apartment. - A few inexpensive items would change the guests experience for the better: providing hand soap in the bathrooms (not only the 20 g little bottles), paper rolls for the kitchen.
