• Donya (8/5): - Good location , clean , good wifi The twin bed’s mattress and sofa bed were not good and were very inconvenient to sleep, alsowe didnt have enough bed sheets and some of them had stain . otherwise everything was good

• Cassandra (10/5): Brilliant property in a great location with lovely staff. - Top location, excellent check in people and a lovely spacious apartment with a good quality sofa bed too. Loved the terrace and the security door was a bonus too. Great stay and we will return. Needs proper international adapter in the kitchen - could not plug the kettle in but we did not mind getting coffee nearby.

• Tom Ricci (9/5): BETTER THAN EXPECTED - Everything, but it can be better. Not much really, other than the night visits from spiders, the shower head popping out of place, noisy streets ( could invest in soundproofing windows) otherwise I would still recommend it.

Hacia calor, pero poniendo el aire Acondicionado de la cocina llegaba al pasillo y esto de habitaciones. Un poco oscuro. Mosquitos que no sabemos de dónde aparecían. (Harían falta mosquiteras) Sofá cama un poco incómodo..

• Jo (10/5): Exceptional - A clean apartment in a few minutes walking from Florence Doumo.There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Smoth check in and check out. We arrived earlier than expected, and the host owner was very helpful and allowed us for early check-in 😀 .We enjoyed our stay in Florence ,thank you very much.

Nice bedrooms The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and not sure if the wax ring around the toilet was not right cause we smelt sewage and had to keep the toilet lid closed along with the door. Upon arrival, the bathmat in the bathroom was wet.
• Eren (7/5): Good - location is perfect by walking you may explore city.there is a popular jazz club and newbridge pizza shop.there are 3 parking places around 3min. walking.we make online reservation to parking 30eur/day. beds,kitchen,toilet... needs some renovation.if you sleep in saloon part too much noise from street till late hours.

• Chesam (8/5): Very good - the location is perfect and right next to a souvenir shop. the place was clean and we didnt have issues during our stay. i slept in the tiny room that didnt have ac but the ac from the kitchen reached me and that was during the heatwave last august just lacks little things like a pitcher for water and a washingmachine but thats being nitpicky
• Diana (9/5): Very nice experience - Very close to the centre of the city and very quiet. Air conditioning, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, the small terrace makes it perfect for a family of three. The host was very helpful with all our requests.

• Cécilia (9/5): Very pleasant experience - would recommend - This flat ideally located if you wish to visit Florence on foot : every point of interest is pretty much a 10min walk away. There is also a parking really close (1min) if you need a place for your car (25€ per day) The flat staff communicates with Whatsapp, which is quite convenient. The walls of the flat are very thin, so expect to hear your flatmates (& upstairs neighbours) a bit...
