Brasil y a pocas cuadras de la terminal, lo que hace muy sencillo llegar a todos los lugares de interés durante la estadía visitando Cataratas. Viven allí dos felinos y disfrutamos de verlos tanto al llegar como salir del área común. La habitación tenía una pared con problemas de humedad, aunque lo consideramos lógico dado que esa zona es un lugar con esas características. Esto no afectó en nada a nuestra estadía.

A short walk from the main bus station and a nice, comfortable room with a good shower, air con and shared communal lounge/dining area. We loved being greeted each day by the beautiful pet cat! We had a brilliant time exploring both sides of the Iguazú falls and Nicole was always available on WhatsApp if we had any questions. Thank you! Ps if you're travelling to the iguazu falls by bus then you can pay by card in the main terminal building instead of being told to get cash at the ATM at the petrol station (significant charge to withdraw) WiFi was a bit unstable but not a major issue and when the host was informed she immediately tried to rectify.

All was fully self service, pre-arrival info, check-in and even online payment. Is Nicole real or AI? Noisy nights till about 1:30am. The place is right by the main tourist street, so if you’re into classics like “Let’s Get Loud,” “Barbie Girl,” and “Hurt Me No More,” you might actually love it.

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien dans notre chambre car nous étions au fond du logement. Il y a un grand espace commun avec un table à manger. Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de frigo pour pouvoir au moins stocker des aliments au frais même si nous ne pouvons pas cuisiner.

- Alegría (9/5): Fantastic location at the edge of the town center - Very nice experience. Good communication with the host, Nicole. She is very friendly and answers questions quickly. The hotel is nice located just at the edge of the center of the town; everything (bus station, restaurants, Tres Fronteiras) is in walking distance. Inside the hotel everything clean, due to the high humidity of the air there is soms mould in the bathroom but I think it’s not avoidable with this type of weather. Overall clean. There are some very cute young cats and a dog. Definitely recommendable!

La casa es preciosa y la ubicación es excelente, en el punto justo de cercanía del centro y la terminal con la cual se puede llegar en micro a todos lados, pero estando en una calle tranquila con mucho verde alrededor. - Bettina (5/5): Estancia incómoda y poco saludable - La ubicación. Las camas eran muy incómodas. El asiento del inodoro, de silicona y demasiado pequeño, resultaba muy incómodo; en cada uso se quedaba literalmente atrapado, lo que hacía la experiencia muy desagradable. La ducha tenía muy poca presión de agua. Las habitaciones son excesivamente simples y el baño cuenta con muy poco espacio para moverse; además, la puerta del baño se abre hacia dentro, lo que dificulta aún más la movilidad. Al entrar en el establecimiento se percibe un fuerte olor a naftalina o producto antipolillas, y tanto la habitación como el baño olían intensamente a un producto químico poco saludable. Nos dio la impresión de que se había realizado algún tipo de tratamiento químico recientemente. Las tres noches de estancia fueron un auténtico calvario para mí, ya que soy alérgica a productos químicos agresivos. Mi marido, que no padece esta alergia, también se vio muy afectado. Deseábamos terminar la estancia cuanto antes por motivos de salud. Por último, el hotel tiene gatos. Aunque me gustan, soy alérgica al pelo de gato y encontrarlos en todos los espacios interiores fue otra sorpresa desagradable.

- Samara (5/5): Estancia poco agradable en Iguazú - Nicole fue muy amable en todo momento aunque no la pudimos conocer en persona. Por los inconvenientes nos hizo un descuento del 10% y nos dejó hacer late check-out. La ubicación es muy céntrica eso sí. El perro (cuya existencia no sabíamos) ladra durante la noche y hace imposible dormir del tirón. Además tienen 3 gatos (importante saber para alérgicos como yo). Dos noches se fue la luz (no es culpa de Nicole, obvio). Las camas son algo incómodas pero se puede dormir, el problema es la condición del apartamento entero, está sucio y descuidado. Además hay mucho mosquito y otros insectos como cucarachas y milpies. La cocina es algo que sobrepasa la insalubridad y el baño necesita un retoque también. El sofá es funcional pero incómodo y la terraza no es privada, es a compartir. Escuchábamos todo el rato coches, motos y gente entrando y saliendo del recinto. Además, la ventana de la habitación exterior no se puede cerrar y puede entrar cualquiera por tus pertenencias, 0 seguro. Gracias Nicole por tu servicio puesto eres una persona amable pero sugiero una buena reforma al apartamento que alquiláis.
