• Annaelle (5/5): - J'ai bien aimé la climatisation, le lit était bien confortable et propre .la chambre est propre + personnel de nettoyage et change des draps propre 👍.le personnel de nettoyage et personnel de l'établissement sont bien accueillant. Je n'ai pas apprécié le bruit de l'extérieur des allants et passants de la ruelle et beaucoup de bruit de musique externe ..la chambre étant en rez de chaussé les bruits étaient extrêmement dérangeant ! C'est vraiment dommage! Car la chambre est simple mais très bien . Une petite table + chaises serait un petit pluss pour encore pluss de confort pour manger un sandwich par exemple ou juste boire une boisson ...

• Ndzie (6/5): Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble - L'appartement est très bien situé Eau à portée de main Le personnel (vigil) est très respectueux J'ai pas apprécié l'attitude de la gérante qui était méprisante Elle savait parfaitement l'heure de libérer l'appartement mais elle vient me voir une heure d'avance comme si elle avait oublié l'heure de sortie et lorsque je lui ai fait comprendre que non je ne libère pas avant, elle est allée rester tranquille dans son coin comme pour m'inciter à payer le surplus. J'ai dû faire appel à elle plus d'une fois et finalement lorsqu'elle s'est pointée bah moi j'étais déjà en route pour le départ et elle a dû gérer ça avec mon commissionnaire
• Bounya Moukoko (1/5): Rapport avec le client très regrettable et maque accru d’honnêteté envers le client - J‘ai dû écourter mon séjour après avoir passé deux jours sans eau et possibilité de prendre une douche. Ce n‘est que lorsque je me rapproche du personnel qu‘on porte à ma connaissance qu‘ils rencontrent des baisses de tension depuis le plusieurs jours, ce qui entrave l’approvisionnement en eau. Il est bon de noter que le problème existe avant mon arrivée et personne n‘a eu la décence de m‘en informer le jour où j‘entre. Je trouve cela très malhonnête. J‘ai fait une réservation pour plus de 10 nuits pour l’organisation de mon mariage et je n’en fais que 3 ou 4. Le manque de communication claire de la direction frôle le manque de respect. Aucune alternative proposée dans le but de satisfaire le client. Le directeur éteint le téléphone étant conscient de la situation sous prétexte qu‘il ne travaille pas le dimanche alors que le samedi il a été mis au courant de la situation. Un manque accru de professionnalisme et un réel manque de respect lors des échanges téléphoniques Il est important de signaler aussi que j‘ai fait deux autres réservations pour des amis que j‘ai révoqué plus de 48 heures avant leur arrivée. Les conditions énoncées en cas de résiliation de contrat n‘ont pas été respectées. Lorsque je contacte le service client, tout ce qu‘on trouve judicieux est de dire merci pour le feed-back. Je vous épargne tout commentaire sur la qualité de la connexion internet. Un investissement regrettable pourtant ce n‘est pas la première fois que je séjourne à cet endroit et jusqu‘ici j‘avais toujours été satisfait.

J'apprends en fin de séjour qu'il y a une majoration prévue pour l'électricité alors qu'à aucun moment de tout mon séjour cela n’a été évoqué ni à la réservation. Pareil pour les coûts de prolongement de séjour on n'explique rien on balance juste des prix aléatoires 17500 pour 2 jours d'abord plus 12500 fcfa pourquoi ? Je n'en sais rien jusqu'à maintenant... ayant refusé de régler les 5000 fcfa de supplément électrique puisque jamais évoqué ni à l’entrée dans la chambre ni a aucun autre moment, on m'annonce qu'on garde mes valises. Lorsque je demande à voir un responsable on me dit que pour la prochaine réservation on me les facturera...le principe même de la gestion de la relation client est inconnu au personnel de cette entité...

Tu réserves une chambre et une fois sur place on te donne une autre chambre. - le draps, les serviettes, bref la literie sont très vieilles. Les tés d'oreillers sont inconfortables - le mobilier de chambre sont mal entretenues - les chambres côté routes sont insonorisé tu as l'impression que les motos roulent dans ta chambre

I Complained to a staff about the WiFi and he basically shrugged that there was nothing he could do. - Couldn't sleep the first night due to mosquitoes, had to request a mosquitoe spray which I sprayed every evening. Maybe mosquitoe nets could be installed on the windows
