- Lijiro24 (5/5): No cumplio las espectativas que muestra en fotos. - La ubicación es muy buena para salir hacia el eje cafetero y todos los sitios turisticos. Hubo musica hasta altas horas de la madrugada mas o menos hasta las 2am. Ademas al dia siguiente desde las 6 am se escuchaban ruidos, martilleos y personas conversando. Luego con mi esposo nos dimos cuenta que estan construyendo como mas habitaciones lo que hace que no sea un lugar tranquilo. El mirador es muy bonito.

The girl in the room across from me had male visitors coming and going most of the night. Local residents used the hotel grounds as a shortcut home and thus added a lot of noise throughout the night. Lastly, the room door did not have a working lock, so I had to semi barricade the door.

Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant. Ils nous ont conduit à l’aéroport à 4h30 du matin. Possibilité d’y aller à pieds aussi, c’est vraiment à côté.

Was woken up at 6:30am to workers cutting down trees and digging right outside our bathroom window...also there is no real protection from sound in walkway. The bed was not that comfortable.

She also spoke English. I really liked it that they carried my bags to my room and back out again. I really liked the option to get a lift to the airport at a very low price, and the lady on reception (who drove me there) asked a very kind man at the airport to help me with my bags. I felt very safe in this hotel. Because it was near the airport, I could obviously hear the aeroplanes but I used earplugs so everything was fine and I slept well. I would really recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to be close to the airport and who wants to feel safe and to be greeted by kind, friendly and helpful staff. - Dana (7/5): Für eine Nacht oke - Sehr netter und sympathischer Gastgeber, super nahe Lage zum Flughafen was praktisch ist, wenn man spät ankommt oder früh fliegt (Fußweg 5-6 Minuten) Leider sehr tiefe Decken, vor allem im Bad. Wir als kleinere Frauen (166cm und 156 cm) empfanden es schon als sehr eng und grade so machbar. Für größere Leute quasi unmöglich zu Duschen oder das Bad angenehm zu nutzen (man müsste sich durchgehen bücken). Generell war es etwas feucht in dem Zimmer.

- Klemen (5/5): - It was what it was. For one night it was manageable, and I understand that for just a few hours you can’t expect the best room — but still, some basics should be taken care of. There were moldy corners in the room, quite a few dead bugs, and the bed linen wasn't clean, a lot of stains. The air quality in the room wasn’t good. There was a fan, but it didn’t help much. I couldn’t open the window because it faced the outside stairs, and there was also a fountain right in front of it, which made it impractical. Overall, it’s only suitable if you need a place to sleep for a few hours before an early morning airport departure — but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

- parra (10/5): Una estancia corta, pero perfecta. - La ubicación es perfecta para quien llegue al aeropuerto y quiera descansar después de un viaje largo o para quien tenga programado un vuelo ya que queda ahí pegado al aeropuerto, las habitaciones muy bonitas, ordenadas y equipadas. El personal muy amable, el chico me recogió en el aeropuerto para ayudarnos con las maletas. Al dia siguiente subimos al mirador y tiene unas vistas hermosas. . Fue una experiencia agradable sin duda alguna volvería allí. Muchas gracias 😊 No había wifi, así que no pude utilizar la TV ni conectar mis dispositivos para comunicarme ya que llegaba desde españa y para mi era algo importante. Otro aspecto a mejorar es en la ducha del baño que no tiene antideslizante y el suelo es un poco liso.

The entire property had stairs that wouldn’t be save for individuals with mobility issues. The floor was not swept and there were dead insects.

I could feel the springs in the mattress. The room was uncomfortable and not fully enclosed. Wi-fi was not working. You'll hear the airplane noise quite loudly.
