  Our exclusive 4 bedroom architecturally designed Beachfront Units are located 164 feet from the tree lined reserve along the beach. We offer enclosed parking within secure access for 2 vehicles. Each Unit has 3 levels consisting of of a garage, king master bedroom with private balcony and corner spa in the ensuite, Queen Bedroom, two additional bedrooms, enclosed laundry, a main bathroom, 2 separate toilets, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with balcony. Outdoor furniture including a day bed is available on the balcony area however no BBQ’s are allowed. Minimum 2 consecutive nights stay.

• Kelly-Jane (6/5): Enjoyable, and good value - No breakfast. Room was clean and larger than expected. Staff were friendly but could be more proactive in advising parking and breakfast etc. For the price for two nights it was excellent value. The whole resort needs upgrading, bathrooms are tired and sad and old. Tiles are chipped and broken, and the plastic shower screen and step in bath is very 1980!!!!!! Yuk

I arrived just on dark and it was pouring with rain and there was no direct access from the north bound lanes. had to travel north a few km to the next location exit to access the south bound lanes to head back to exit to the hotel.

Air conditioning for personal setting is disabled, which is odd. Only broad temp settings available and controlled externally. Though one can turn it off or on. Bathroom is ok but dated. Has shower bath only, this info not in the description.

• Suzie (4/5): - Everything in one location was nice You can't control the temperature of your room and it was hot and stuffy, opening the doors didn't help and then it rained so we had to shut them anyway. It was very unpleasant in our room. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Our room was called a garden view but all we looked at was roofs and some tall trees.

• Larissa (6/5): Good enough - Location. Staff were lovely and the room size and bathroom were a great size. The bed was comfy enough for someone that usually likes a fairly soft mattress. All the pillows smelt like heads. They need to have a better pillow replacement program. I shouldn’t have to smell the last 100 heads that have slept on the pillows. Otherwise it was a good stay and a good hotel.

• Louise (7/5): Great family or couples place to stay but go elsewhere for your food - Tne hotel although a little older is very well maintained has lovely outlook and pool rooms are spacious as well parking is great, they have a games area for kids which i am sure would be a hit. The restaurant is really sub par. the staff are friendly but the menu is very clublike and getting up to order your own food and drinks was a bit of a let down. We stayed here several months ago and the restaurant back then was fabulous, so not sure why the change

• Glenda (8/5): - The rooms are very big and bright all with balconies. We had the garden view which overlooked the car park and garden. Suggest top floor with beach view if you want to pay a little extra. Shower and bathroom were very good. Value for money The resort definitely needs some love and care. The building and surrounds are in need of a face lift and some money spent. We stayed there about 30 years ago and it was a luxury resort then but not now.

• Coenrad (10/5): We were utterly surprised by what Coffs Harbour had to offer, we will be booking again! Lovely staff! - Everything! At first, I thought we were at the wring place because the affordable room price didn’t seem to fit with the luxurious resort. Breakfast was quite expensive, for very average food. Dinner was around the same price for 2 people, and presented much more worth.
• Woldhuis (7/5): Enjoyed the active options and had a good night sleep. - Good location, lots of facilities. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was very clean and pleasant. Spa was beautiful and hot! It felt tired. Lots of spots looked worn and not damaged, just worn, like it could Do with a little love. Some of the arcade games would take your money and not play. The internet stoped working at about 8:30 and so couldn’t finish the show I was watching. The bath was a bit rough. Not bad, just a bit rough.

• Francesco (8/5): We had a fantastic family stay over the Easter weekend. We all enjoyed it immensely. - Rooms were great and the staff kindly accommodated our request for side by side rooms. Pool area was great and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly no matter what our request. We were happy with most facets during our stay. We did feel like the gym could do with some updated equipment. The sauna door also didn't lock properly making it hard to maintain the heat.

The ocean view was amazing, and the closeness to the beach was good. The lighting in the rooms was inadequate. The air-conditioning was below par- patrons are unable to adjust the temperature or airflow. The only option was off or on. Had to be off for me as the airflow was too cool. There was no "snack" type food available out of dining hours. Eg to have with coffee /tea. Would be good to have outdoor playground area for kids.
• James (6/5): Disappointing stay. Won’t be back. - The pool was great. The food was great also. The noise from other guests. Kids screaming and running up and down the corridors. Parents screaming at each other. Babies crying. It’s a big hotel, maybe don’t have everyone stay in the same section or patrol these areas and tell noisy guests to shut up. Perhaps this is too “family” and just doesn’t suit the holiday I was looking for.

The food is expensive and ordinary, and the restaurant was over-airconditioned. You are somewhat stuck there with nothing else around for choice within walking distance - driving in this area is fraught because of roadworks. Gym did not have a cycle.
