• Luis Alberto (8/5): Hermosa experiencia. - Los dormitorios amplios y cada uno con su baño Falta de ascensor (5 pisos) es muy duro para personas mayores. Faltó manta de abrigo para las camas.
• Laura (6/5): - Great location and a fairly well sized apartment, spacious for groups or large family There was a musty smell in the stairwell that if you left the door open it would come in. No lifts to either apartment. So walking through the stairs was awful to bear with the stench. We arrived with no blankets and had to call to get them delivered. Bathroom light was flickering every time it was turned on, they tried to fix promptly however it still occurred. The laundry door was falling off the hinge so it couldn't be moved otherwise it would break further. Advised maintenance but they said to leave it ajar.

• Yong (5/5): "Hardwares" are acceptable but definitely lack on "softwares". Not good on overall experience.e - Overall apartment is spacious and clean. Near to town center. 1. There is no toiletries provided, NO toilet paper! No bath soup, No shampoo. We have to rush to buy them from shop first thing when we arrived which I think is rather ridiculous. 2. No hair dryer, only sent after request. 3. Only one trash bag provided for a 4 days stay 4. Strong sewer smell in the corridor all day long. 5. Poor lighting at stair case. I fell due to poor vision on my first day. 6. Listing in Booking.com did not explicitly showing it is 4th floor. We would not have taken it as we are senior >65 years old. 7. Owner is not flexible on checking-in time. Not even 15 minutes earlier as we need to wait at the door step till exactly 15:00 hrs.

• Jaclyn (1/5): Horrible horrible stay! Unresponsive staff and zero amenities - Nothing really The entire stay was extremely unpleasant! Majority of both bathroom lights were broken, had to shower in darkness. Apartment lacked basic amenities like toilet paper and hand soap. The sofa in the apartment is filthy and doesn’t even have back cushions. You have to climb 5 flights of stairs up and the lobby smells like a sewer. Worst of all, when any problems are mentioned to the management of the apartment (ie, needing soap or broken lights) they ignore the requests. We spent so much time trying to get things sorted it was such a stressful stay. Nightmare apartment.
• Doug (7/5): Good location and above average value - The location was fantastic. That is the main reason for selecting this apartment for a stay in Florence. The apartment was also spacious with enough room for 5 or 6 people, each having one bathroom per couple. The Air Conditioning worked well. There is no elevator. Carrying luggage up to the 4th floor was difficult. The space is very "basic" - white walls with hard floors, so it is not very "inviting" that you'd want to spend much time in the apartment. The kitchen appliances all used plugs that did not fit into the outlets in the apartment - we had to buy an adapter at the local grocery to make coffee and tea. The kitchen glassware was lacking - we did not have enough wine glasses for 5 people to drink wine. There were no kitchen towels nor paper towels (we supplied our own from the grocery). The beds were very hard and not super comfortable.
• Diane (6/5): Good location, needs more amenities. - A few suggestions - guests should have soap/ shampoo/conditioner . Also 2 towels for each guest and more than 1 hairdryer. Beds were very stiff and uncomfortable.
