• Korban (7/5): Overall good value but on ground floor with only one window. - The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are well equipped and the water pressure is great. The location is on a run-down street, it was a bit sketchy at night. The apartment is on the ground floor, and there is only one window for the whole place. we felt like inside a box. no views, and the terrace upstairs has no nice views either.

• Iwona (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , wszędzie blisko , nie było problemu z parkowaniem . Czysto , klimatyzacja , wszystko co jest niezbędne w kuchni . Czekała na nas miła mieslodzianua - dziękujemy . Mały minus na brak informacji o tym ,że w pokoju na dachu nie ma prysznica jest tylko umywalka i toaleta ,żeby skorzystać z prysznica musieliśmy klatką schodową schodzić do apartamentu na dole .Dla nas nie był to problem ale warto o tym wiedzieć przed przyjazdem .

• Radosław (8/5): Rewelacja Jak Zawsze - Termin wizyty 29.12.2025 Rewelacyjna lokalizacja przy samym centrum , wygodny apartament , wygodne łózka , bardzo czysto , dobrze wyposażona kuchnia !! W apartamencie było cieplutko jak na ta porę . Duża przestrzeń w apartamencie . Dwie łazienki . Polecam !!! Bardzo porządku gospodarz kluczyki dostarczył nam nocy , a dodatkowo mogliśmy następnego dnia zostać aż do 14 ! Blisko apartamentu płatny parking . -
• Sk (8/5): - The communication /check in were just perfect, very central location, 5 mins walk to the city center. Spacious apartment ( we were 6 people and there was still enough room for all of us to not feel as it is overcrowded. We were on the ground floor-hence we could not really open the window (people were passing by all the time) there are also no actual windows in the bedrooms ( thus the apartment is very dark even on a sunny day ), and you have to have the light turned on all the time. Guess this can be of an advantage during the summertime but we craved some light since we were there in the end of December.

• Karen (10/5): Great city break in traditional apartment with all the mod cons. Would definitely go back. - It was a traditional property in a “real” urban setting. You felt like you were a resident rather than a visitor. Inside was clean and spacious and looked like it did in the photos. Loved having the upstairs terrace. Everything in the apartment was in working order. Andrea and Maria could not have been more helpful - easy to contact and answered any questions very quickly. Was fun to have a private bedroom upstairs on the terrace. Not having room in it for a shower wasn’t a problem as the family bathroom in the apartment is a very good size. Good location, 10 min walk to the centre of Malaga but had independent shops very close by and 2 shopping centres 15 and 20 mins walk away in the other direction. 14 min walk to the train station to the airport, Plaza Mayor (more shops) and the seaside towns. Great facilities for a city break if you like to keep busy. Nothing really. I knew that the property was overlooked (and shaded in the winter months) by the local hotel because I had stayed in that hotel. However, you expect that in a city and, on the plus side, the hotel is happy for non-residents to use its very nice rooftop bar after 12 noon and drink prices are reasonable.

• Ammar (10/5): Good value for money :) - Very spacious, clean and modern apartment. Hosts are very friendly and available for any help. If you need apartment for two families with kids this is good option. Parking is also available 3 min from apartment :)
• Sinead (10/5): Would stay here again - The location was ideal. A lovely spacious accommodation. 6 of us in the accommodation and never felt like we were on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out sofa. Was a bit worried looking at reviews regarding the 3rd bedroom being away from the others, but it was perfect for us, it included an en-suite and would come downstairs to the main accommodation for a shower. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Would be nice to include a bit more kitchenware - could only find 3 bowls between the 6 of us.

• Paula (7/5): Buen alojamiento pero con cosas a tener en cuenta - El piso está bien ubicado cerca del centro. Con todo tipo de negocios en la calle Mármoles. El alojamiento está muy nuevo, las fotos son fieles a la realidad, con camas cómodas y con un salón muy grande. Ventanas y balcón con buen aislamiento. No tuvimos problema en la recogida de las llaves y fueron muy diligentes dejándonos un poco de tiempo el día que marchamos. Hay cosas que se deben tener en cuenta y no vienen especificadas en la descripción, una de las habitaciones + baño se encuentra fuera del piso, en la azotea, en la foto de la terraza se ven 2 puertas, por lo que si llueve o hace calor no es lo ideal. Hay que pasar por la terraza de la azotea y bajar por las escaleras comunes para bajar al piso de abajo donde está el salón y cocina y el resto de vivienda. En nuestro caso preferimos el sofá cama… porque lloviendo, había que pasar por suelo mojado. Por otra parte las TV no tienen canales normales, solo de pago, por lo que si no tienes algún perfil, solo se puede ver YouTube. Me pareció excesivo pagar 30€ por llegar fuera del check in. Y sobre todo, no estaba muy limpio. Se notaba el suelo con pisadas y pasamos la escoba y salían bastantes pelusas.

• Shanti (9/5): Un piacevole soggiorno - Consigliato! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un viaggio con amici e la consigliamo senza dubbio. La casa era equipaggiata con tutti i comfort necessari: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, piano a induzione, tre bagni e tre camere, oltre a una splendida terrazza esterna. Lo spazio era ampio e ben distribuito, e ci siamo trovati molto bene nel complesso.

• Sinead (9/5): Fantastic location, comfortable stay - Very central, rooftop is gorgeous. Two large bathrooms. Even the pull out bed in the living room was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff incredibly helpful. The construction next door was very noisy on the first morning from 7am. But we contacted Andrea and the drilling stopped for the following two mornings. The towels were not very fluffy, and there were no hand towels in the toilet, but again, when asked, Andrea dropped some in. The floors needed to be washed, as we discovered when walking around in our bare feet. Besides these minor things, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend the apartment!

Het slapen op slaapbank in de huiskamer is wat lastig, omdat er veel licht binnenkwam door de ramen aan de achterkant.

• Ivana (9/5): Good - Good location, big apartment There wasn't enough toilet paper, which isn't great given that we only had two rolls for four people over the three-day period. So, when you're on holiday, you'll need to find a supermarket to buy toilet paper and carry it with you around the streets. The apartment could also be a bit cleaner.

Sun kissed is split into 2 separate apartments-1st with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and the second one on the terrace with 1 bedroom and a toilet and separate entrance. There is a shower on a the terrace, but it is exposed, so if you do not mind people looking at you while showering, go for it ;) Great idea for hot, summer days though.. It is a lovely property, well equipped. Excellent communication with Andreea.

Nice roof terrace for gathering all people , probably in summer even better. Parking lot in the near garage. Supermarket just on 3 min walking. Some minor issues with hot water in small bathroom.

Location is perfect for families as we are right with centre but out enough from night time noises. Rooftop terrace was added bonus. We were chilling on the rooftop every night including my 6 year old. He absolutely loved this property. 💯 Thank you Andrea for making my family holiday such a great one. X Nothing.
