• Elżbieta (10/5): Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum i do plaży 20 minut. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem .zgodnie z opisem. Niewystarczająca ilość kubków i kieliszków, brak tabletek do zmywarki i brak zapasowych worków na śmieci, przydało by się też więcej zapasu środków czystości (papier toaletowy)

• Alexandra (5/5): Byt by mohol byť lepšie udržiavaný, potreboval by veľa vecí opraviť a vymeniť. Poloha výhodná. - + byt by potreboval údržbu + dom má výťah (2.poschodie) + výhodná poloha v centre + blízkosť obchodov, reštaurácií, autobusovej zastávky pri ubytovaní a plateného parkoviska 6min pešo + + bezproblémová wi-fi + spálne sú dostatočne veľké, oddelené zaťahovacími dverami a majú veľké vstavané skrine. + vybavenie (pračka, umývačka, mikrovlnka, rúra, hriankovač, čistiace potreby, fén a pod.) - jednolôžko malo úplne preležaný mäkký matrac - dvojlôžko bolo úzke, malo pružinový tvrdší matrac. Prikrývka veľká spoločná (plachta a na nej paplón v obliečke z polyesteru), ale v skrini bola aj náhradná. - v kuchyni chýbal ostrý nôž a utierka (nevypýtali sme si od majiteľa). Neboli tam žiadne suroviny. - čistota by mohla byť lepšia. V kúpeľni mravce, sprchový kút by potreboval lepšie umyť, záves nebol čistý a sprchové dvere sú z časti odmontované, vodovodná batéria sa kýve, stena je vlhká a trochu opadáva - svietili len niektoré svetlá - sedačka trochu preležaná - majiteľ mal v pláne vykonať stavebné práce prípadne obhliadku počas nášho pobytu, na čo nás upozornil večer predtým správou. Napokon to zrušil. - chemický zápach po príchode do bytu

• Barbara (10/5): Chętnie wrócę ;) - Możliwość odbioru kluczy do lokalu w środku nocy, dobry kontakt z właścicielem na każdym etapie rezerwacji. Dobra lokalizacja - blisko centrum i atrakcji turystycznych. Winda (lokal na 2 piętrze), duże szafy, gorąca woda w kranach, w pobliżu markety spożywcze. Miejsce ma potencjał. Lokal wymaga odświeżenia: lamp nocnych, kolorowych hiszpańskich obrazów/fotografii na ścianach, tzw. "kobiecej ręki", koniecznie nowego tostera i dodatkowych kocy, bo noce bywają chłodne.

Faltaba una sabana del sofá cama Una almohada no tenia funda La esponja estaba usada La luz del baño no andaba No estaban claras las indicaciones para subir la calefaccion a pesar que mandé mensaje no tuve respuesta El agua del baño salia fria rapido Faltaba una toalla a pesar que nos dijeron que avisaramos si así fuese. Me respondió pero no me la llevó. Habia humedad en paredes de habitación y baño. Las camas semicomodas Faltaba jabon para lavadora La cadena del baño andaba mal Todas las indicaciones eran exigencias al dejar el departamento sino nos decian de una multa, me acostumbro a dejar todo impecable pero tener que dejar la basura en un contendedor y destender las camas y dejar la vajilla lavada que sea una exigencia me pareció una bárbaridad a pesar que lo hago sin que me lo digan. ya me pareció demasiado. Igualmente lo hice. Habia que dejarlo mas limpio de lo que lo recibimos . Tengo fotos y video de cómo lo dejamos de impecable Tengo fotos de heladera y cortinas el estado al recibir por las dudas nos acusaran de tal situación

• Jiřík (6/5): Hned první den jsme zjistili že ve skříni v ložnici něco kape pak zjistili že je tam ohřívač vody který někde netěsní ta - Poloha všude blízko Vybavení na to jaké podmínky měli tak hodně věcí zničeno docela i koupelna moc nevyčištěná .

• Amparo (4/5): - Recogida de llaves en un lugar diferente al apartamento. Puerta del dormitorio doble no. 1 sola toalla de manos para 4 personas que no son familia y para 6 días. Ducha con un desagüe que casi no cuela. Chapa de la cerradura de la puerta de acceso suelta que dificulta la apertura de la misma. Falta de respuesta por parte de la empresa . El primer día se comunicaron algunos de los problemas citados anteriormente y no ha habido respuesta. Colchón de la cama pequeño que se hunde cuando te tumbas....
• ELENA (4/5): No cumple las expectativas - El apartamento no está limpio y hay mucho deterioro en paredes, plato de ducha, el salón no tiene cortinas adecuadas para poder dormir en el sofá cama. Las sábanas no corresponden a las medidas de las camas.

• Radosław (10/5): - Duże przestrzenie mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone zlokalizowane w centrum, w okolicy wielu sklepów i restauracji około 15-20min do plaży. Na dole mały bar ale nie mocno uciążliwy. Poza tym cicho i spokojnie.

• Lorna (5/5): Good location. Flat needs upgraded - Location was good - only a short walk to the centre. Damp on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. Very strong smell of air freshener on arrival, which didn’t leave the flat during our stay, despite opening windows as much as possible. Dated furnishings and facilities.

• Patrick (9/5): Superb - Good sized bathroom and bedrooms. Kitchen was a good size for cooking basic meals. The shower door handle sometimes fell off, same with the towel rack in the bathroom and the part above the fridge. It was nothing too serious, just a little worn out.
• Dave (8/5): Very good - Great location. Nice apartment. Commination good. Would recommend. Not hosts fault. But the local bars across the road were loud. However, we were there over the weekend. Some dish tabs for the dishwasher would help as not something you carry on holiday. The 3 of us had a bit of trouble locating key box as at different location. Host was a tad short when I contacted him regarding this.

• Miltosthes (8/5): Three-night stay in Malaga - Location is great, just a few minutes away from Plaza de la Merced and downtown. There are breakfast options and supermarkets close by. Apartment is small but has a good layout to fit two people in the main bedroom, one person in the second bedroom, and one person in the sofa in the living room. Though there is some aging in the apartment, it is nicely decorated and cozy. While the apartment is fine for a city visit, if you are there in the summer and going to the beach, there is not enough space for 4 people to hang wet clothes and towels (no balcony, only one indoor hanging rack). There was no shower gel/shampoo. Parking was hard, but we followed the example of other cars and parked on the curb at a street nearby. There are a bunch of (minor) things in the apartment that need fixing (lights not working, shower handle broken - notified host and was fixed), some drawers are partly broken, a piece from the kitchen furniture above the fridge was falling off etc.

• Rob (7/5): Basic but well situated - The location is excellent for all local attractions and restaurants. The metro is about 20min walk away and train station 25mins. Building is clean and tidy and area safe. The property itself nèeds a little more thought. Sofa is overly big, single bed incredibly soft, kitchen is cramped and drawers falling apart. 14 light bulbs were blown. Little touches like having salt, pepper, soap, coffee.. the basics for immediately feeling settled. The lateness at receiving entry details was a little nervy too
• Paul (6/5): Trip to Malaga - Probably the only good thing about the apartment was it's location. The apartment has really poor windows insulation. There is a bar downstairs and they make a lot of noise until 02:00-03:00 AM. We generally can sleep under some noise but these guys were really loud. The bathroom was stinky, smelling all the time like sewer. They advertise a washing machine in the pictures but the "host" is so cheap and can not even provide a washing pod (0.5 euro?!) , expecting the guest to buy an entire set for a one time wash ?! (ca.10 eur). Like already mentioned in the other reviews, the host is very hard to come by. Nobody answers the phone and emails are answered after several good hours. There is some more to write about but I don't want to waste more of my time. I wonder how the other people could have rated this apartment a 9/10 in the past, when leaving aside the bed smell and the noise, the comfort and amenities are so far fetched from a 9....

It would have been great to have hand soap in the bathroom, kitchen towels, and bedside lamps. A lot of lights were burned out - all minor things. Information on how to use the door lock to enter would have been helpful, too.

• Martyna_tyna_k (8/5): Very good - Location: very good, close to the most important places to see. Close to shops and restaurants. Contact: hassle-free contact and quick key collection. Apartment equipment: all necessary things were there. Apartment equipment: Too little cutlery and cups, no handle on the shelves and therefore problems with opening the shelf. Noise: there is a club on the other side, the apartment (windows) are not soundproofed and there is terrible noise at night.

• Ola (7/5): Good - The location was great, very close the centre, restaurants. Good wifi. Baby cot (which I requested) was not prapared. The owner was unsure if its even available in the flat. It turned out to be hidden in the higher part of the wardrobe and covered with dust, with no bed sheets available. I was disappointed as I chose this appartment because of the baby cot. Also, I would not say the appartment was 100% clean.

• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent flat and location. Very near to the old city. Flat very clean and well appointed. Lovely interesting area lots of lovely cafes,bakeries and bars. We had difficulty opening the key safe and were given 2 different set of instructions. The key safe for the flat very stiff. They did come and open it for us. We also booked a two bedroom apartment because we wanted two bedrooms and they assumed we would only need one so only one bed made up. Both issues were rectified promptly.

• Marcellino (9/5): Superb - The appartment is very clean and neat, complete with washing machine. I'm very happy that washing powder are also provided. There are 2 bedrooms which a big plus point. Wifi works perfectly all the time. Picking up the key and looking for the right appartment is quite fun but easy to do. Parkng is free around there, which is very nice. The single person bed is way too soft, it could be firmer. Parking place in the vincinity can be challenging to find but there is some to find when you drives around.

Nacho the host was brilliant with perfect communication throughout. If i return to Malaga i will 100% stay here again. No negatives only positives.
