Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer hatte viel Platz. Es war eine ruhige Gegend, sehr einfach zum Parken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank für alles! Ich bin nicht unzufrieden.

There weren't any blankets or covers on the bed I asked for a blanket and was given another sheet. I didn't sleep very well as I felt chilled When I booked the room I wasn't told that we would need a code to access the hotel and room.. The code wasn't sent until after I'd left Tirana and therefore I had problems accessing the hotel.
• Vibha (4/5): Disappointing - Near the bus station. Clean. A view from the balcony was good, kind of into a garden. No way into the apartment or reception to let you in. Depend on someone else to call the hotel on the number, as no wifi as a foreigner. No shampoo or shower gel. 3 teabags, 2 lemon tea and 1 camomile. Left the camomile behind as one between 2 people is silly. Only saw a staff member, who came to collect the money. No electricity in the morning of departure until about 8.45am. No warning. I had to contact someone on a number. She said the electricity is there. It came afterwards. Message sent about 8.35am. Rather impersonal place. Everything electronic, except payment in cash.

• Hoai (5/5): Passable - I was not satisfied with the very thin bed sheet. At night it was very cold because if I turned on the air conditioner, if I didn't turn it on it would be very hot. But there was no blanket to keep me warm. I didn't sleep well. Because it was too cold. The bathroom was overflowing with water.Do not clean the room every day Only Unless the customer asks

• Fjona (10/5): Pleasant and comfortable stay - Very cozy and relaxing. Everything was perfect. The location was near the center but far from the beach/lungomare, but we knew it since the beginning so it was fine. 5min away by car.
