• Magaly (1/5): NO RENTEN ESTE DEPARTAMENTO - NO VALE LA PENA. - La atención del personal es muy grosera. Te hacen sentir como si fueras tonto cuando tienes dudas en como abrir la puerta con su sistema por link. No obstante, tuve que llamar a la policía porque llegaron personas a media noche gritando que les abriera y se sabían los nombres de quienes estábamos dentro. La agencia nunca se hizo responsable y se portaron sumamente indiferentes.

• Ruth (5/5): Aceptable pero muy mejorable. - La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena. Solicité unas almohadas más firmes que nunca llegaron. Diversas visitas no esperadas acudieron con quejas infundadas que fueron muy molestas y condicionantes para nuestra estancia. Y repito, las almohadas nunca llegaron. Así que calidad-precio-servicio serían mejorables.

• Edson (4/5): - location is surrounded by a lot of shops and close to city and centre. The owner taking too long to reply. Also no dishwasher detergent provided . Neighbours complain for little noise and was annoying to experience especially at 11 am .

• Moustafa (7/5): Amazing location, tiny place and stupid idea for digital key (you will get stuck outside) - Location - DIGITAL KEY IS A BIG PROBLEM: we got stuck 2 hours in the rain at midnight, The best the team could do next day is to tell me "the digital key is working" meaybe they should stand in the rain for few hours and see how they would like it! (this is not a physical digital key, it actually needs your phone and and internet connection) Eventually we discoverd an acutal physical key inside the appartment that that staff did not even offer us to save us from the stress! - TINY: Very bad layout makes it feel like half the size listed and lack natural dayllight (all windows are to the inside of the building facing the hallway or another neighbour's window so felt very clustrophobic - INVASION OF PRIVACY- Unacceptable Monitoring: We were shocked to discover sound-monitoring equipment installed inside the apartment. This was never disclosed prior to booking. Regardless of whether it’s just for noise-level detection, it’s still an invasion of privacy. We don’t feel comfortable knowing someone is listening to or monitoring any sounds during our private time — especially not on a relaxing holiday. - NO SUPPLIES: there was not tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc.... not even a kettle (we had to boil water in the microave) these are very small things for the propery management company but are big if you only have few days. In short, our openion is the propery does not match the value of money paid

No es un departamento para 4 adultos máximo 2 personas . El baño muy pequeño la ducha apenas podías bañarte por el espacio reducido.

• Hugo (1/5): Don’t book this aparment. No alquiles este apartamento - Nothing matters when your stay is uncofortable We stayed at the apartment located at Narváez 72, Madrid, from July 21 to July 28, 2025. Our original reservation was through August 2, but unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a situation that made our stay unsustainable. During our time there, the downstairs neighbor confronted us in a rude and hostile way on three separate occasions (July 23, 25, and 28). Despite reaching out to the host each time, no action was taken to address the situation. To make matters worse, we discovered a sign in the building indicating that short-term rentals are prohibited, which confirmed that the apartment was not in compliance with the building’s regulations. This created a very uncomfortable and distressing experience for our family. At one point, our youngest daughter burst into tears after tripping, afraid that the neighbor would come back to confront us again. On top of that, we had to spend more money than planned to move to another apartment, and the host did not take any responsibility for the situation. Overall, while the apartment itself may look fine, the living situation was extremely unpleasant and we cannot recommend it for short-term stays.
• Mireia (8/5): - Cogimos el apartamento especialmente por la ubicación. La cama era cómoda. Estaba muy limpio y el edificio no era ruidoso por lo que pudimos descansar bien por la noche. Las llaves electrónicas son muy útiles. El portero de la finca muy amable y atento. Entiendo que es algo de difícil solución pero la ducha es muy estrecha.
• Erik (5/5): Regular - Ubicación, limpieza, cuidado Tuvimos problemas con la cerradura electrónica 1 era la de entrada del edificio nunca funcionó para entrar teníamos que esperar al una persona que viviera en el edifico para poder entrar ,2 do el segundo día de estar apartamento se desprogramo la cerradura electrónica del apartamento y nos tomó dos horas y media que apareciera algún responsable que nos abriera la puerta la verdad que fue una situación muy incómoda y nadie en administración se hizo responsable sólo por esa situación no recomiendo el apartamento ya que nos abriera la hay nadie directamente que de la cara en caso de una situación similar.

• Yaniv (5/5): - המיקום היה טוב המקלחת ממש לא ראוייה! יש סתימה ולא ניתן להתקלח כמו שצריך. התקלחנו בזרם ממש איטי וחלש ואחרי כך מקלחת היינו צרכים לאסוף עם מגבות את כל המים מהרצפה. הדבר הרס לנו את השהייה בדריה.
• Maria Teresa (6/5): Pésimo. - A Menos de 24 horas antes de mi llegada, se me informó que el departamento que había reservado no estaba disponible debido a un problema de electricidad. Esto me dejó sin opciones reales y fui trasladada a un alojamiento alternativo que, según me indicaron, sería de categoría “superior”. Lamentablemente, el nuevo departamento estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado y de lo que pagué: • La propiedad tenía un hueco visibles en el techo, grande. • El sistema de agua caliente era deficiente: apenas una persona podía ducharse antes de que se terminara el agua caliente. • El aire acondicionado se apagaba constantemente, afectando el confort durante la estancia. • Al expresar mi inconformidad al anfitrión por todas estas deficiencias, su respuesta fue que “no me preocupara”, que al día siguiente me devolverían el dinero y debía desocupar el departamento, dejándome en una situación de total desprotección, ya que no tenía alternativa inmediata de alojamiento. Por ende no pude aceptarlo •no nos dieron “bolsa” para el nórdico y la sábanas de la cama estaban sucias… Si bien la ubicación era buena, las condiciones generales no correspondían ni al alojamiento reservado ni a un estándar superior. Por todo lo anterior, solicito que se revise mi caso y se me otorgue una compensación justa por los inconvenientes sufridos y por no haber recibido el servicio contratado. Quedo atenta a su respuesta.
• Lucy (7/5): Good - Nice location next to parque del retiro. The elevator is small. There is always a long wait to get to the room. Walking is doable but not with a baby and stroller. it is 5 levels up. There are many apartments in the complex maybe over 50+. The communication with the staff was also not good.
• Laprea (3/5): Poor quality to price ratio - too expensive for an uncomfortable apartment. - Location is top notch, good A/C, but it goes downhill quickly afterwards Very uncomfortable bathroom, mattress, pillows, bedding, and how the apartment has been set up: lacks essentials to make the stay a relaxing and recovering experience. Examples include: misleading advertisement (most pics are from a two bedroom apt. - beware), only two chairs, impractical bathroom with an impossible shower size, and i can name many others.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Very comfortable and well-equipped - The flat is really well equipped, there was a dishwasher, a washing machine, kitchen utensils and a so on, even a mop and a hairdryer, along with towels for each of the guests Since it is surrounded by flats that are not for rent, some of the "neighbours" were not very happy with out stay and even threatened us with the police (they never called)
• Grethel (10/5): Excellent place for its price. Comfortable, clean, and safe. - The place is very peaceful and well set up for a small family group.
• Peter (5/5): Great location, best suited for two who don’t mind a room with no view whatsoever. - The location is great, the metro is just around the corner and a few more steps and you’re staring at the gates of El Retiro. Going by the photos you expect to find a spacious, sun bathed apartment when in reality it is a closed-in small room with no view whatsoever so you have to the lights on the whole time. Also the room is offered as capable os serving three persons but only two can share the small table, not because of the size of the table but because there are only two chairs. And lastly, to use the bathroom you better be in top slim fit shape otherwise … good luck.

• Emilia (4/5): The host of my apartment in Madrid was dishonest. - localisation, elevator, Overall we were very disappointed with the experience as the apartment didn’t match with the pictures and description on booking.com and was not worth the price. First of all, there were no proper windows and the apartment was facing am internal patio which meant there was no natural light in the room and we were unable to see the sky or sun, instead we could see naighbour’s washing. It was very umcomfortable and gave us claustrophobic feeling. The room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived. There were forgotten children shoes, a baby cot that we didn’t order and brooms and other cleaning equipment in the corner of the front door. The equipment mentioned in the description like electric kettle, oven, toaster, coffee express and dishwasher was missing. Not that we really needed these but the information on booking.com was untrue. The bathroom and the shower were microscopic and there was nearly no space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom. The electronic key to get to the building didn’t work. Luckily we could always enter the building with other people who had traditional key and the second electronic key to our apartment did work. During the 7 days of our stay our host didn’t ask if everything was ok, only sent us the final instruction to exit the apartment on the last day . Everyone who is more interested in it I can share the pictures as proof what I included in my opinion.
• Ana (1/5): Bad - I did a reservation for this apartament for 4 persons and 1 child, supposedly 2 bedrooms with double beds and one sofá bed. As the advert had several photos of various rooms and living areas (2 different apartments), I confirmed the conditions of the accommodation with the landlord before making the reservation,which was confirm by de property. I arrived the apartment and just had 1 room with double bed and 1 room with single bed wich was super unconmfortable and didnt have sofá bed. I contacted the property and they told me to send photos to prove it. After sending them, they didn't give me an answer. So I insisted and then they replied that they couldn't do anything because the manager wasn't working and they had the other apartments full. I would have to contact Booking. I contacted Booking and they didn't take responsibility for what happened. In short, they sold me an apartment that didn't correspond to the conditions I paid for and when I contacted them, they didn't resolve anything, saying that I would have to stay in that same apartment.

• Eyrice (7/5): Very convenient location, don't expect much from extremely professional host - very good location (convenient public transport), host helped placing the bags at the office and take the bags before siesta finishes, good neighbors (no external noise), very convenient kitchen set, enough for 4 people Beds in the rooms were squeaking, no information about how appliances can be used (try and error), almost no additional help from host (extremely professional, just the shortest possible answer as possible, no additional information about the city, where to eat, what to do etc.), no English (common in Madrid everywhere), sink was not clean (water leaked bad), very soft pillows,
