- Luis (5/5): -
- Ruth (5/5): Grand - No soap
No water in kitchen sink
Couldn’t get tv to work
Good location Flimsy fixtures and fittings
- K (3/5): Too expensive for the place - Not worth it - Access to shops NO functional TV available
No Shower head - so hard to wash you get soaked
Floors not been mopped / swept properly - just dirty and sticky
You can hear the neighbours especially above the bedroom so it will disturb your sleep cos the ceiling shakes
Lacking of kitchen utensils and proper pots
Gas cooker you need to use a lighter to turn on and I find it dangerous.
Oven hood and exhaust fan are NOT working so the whole place will stink of food if you cook
The livingroom blinds - so old and broken and pretty much useless
No cold water tap in the kitchen it will take you ages to fill a glass if you want to drink water
Only providing 2 small flat pillows
No extra bedsheets or pillow cases for long stays
The bathroom just always stinks bcos floors are not mopped. the bin and toilet scrubber are old rusty and dirty
Living room door knob is broken! You cannot open it from the inside. I got trapped took me ages to open the door!
Table Chairs in the living room are broken

- COMFORT (6/5): - L'emplacement, la gentillesse du propriétaire. La propreté
- Thomas (5/5): - Location No bedding for bed settees, 1 pillow and quilt without cover, no curtains, blinds badly damaged, no cutlery just plastic, no cups
- K (1/5): -
- Justin (5/5): - Good size with space Many of the appliances didn’t work or were faulty
- Can (1/5): Do not stay here - Location is good. Nothing else is even acceptable The apartment wasn't cleaned when I checked in. There were hand marks and actual dirt on the bathroom mirror. The sofa was stained and dirty. I asked the property manager to send someone to clean and was ignored.
- Katy (1/5): Give it a miss. - Nothing particularly. No water pressure and warm so was un drinkable.
Door didn't lock properly.
As a solo female traveller I did not feel safe.

- Senchi_ (6/5): At the end, this is a hospitality business. - The location was the best part. We love Stokey and enjoyed staying in N16. For me, this is the best area in London. WiFi was good as well. The apartment was clean, near great restaurants, cafeterias and places to go out. Hackney is the best. Well, where to start? There is a kitchen, but everything is there, except for a teacup, a coffee cup, a bowl, and cutlery... There was nothing. Do you expect us to buy these items? If you do, please let the guests know so that we can bring our own. There were only two towels for the two of us, and no hand towels. Good, we have friends living nearby, so we borrowed from them. Again, do you expect us to bring it with us? If you do, please let us know. Also, there is a coffee machine, but I have no idea which pods we need to buy. At least provide a few if you have this machine in the flat, or even easier, remove it, as it confuses us. You need to make some changes. Not to mention, at least a shampoo and shower gel, as a courtesy, should have been provided, but nothing was there. The bed is not the most comfortable, probably an old mattress. Check-in was also not the best. I had to chase the property managers, and if I hadn't, I'm not even sure we would have been guided on how to check in and enter. I know that they are probably swamped, with too many properties, and rents provide an excellent yield in London, but there should be a touch of accountability and hospitality; at the end, this is a hospitality business. The apartment has a lot of potential, but you need to get it sorted out so that this apartment starts to shine.
- Andy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yassa (7/5): Never again. And I should get a partial refund. - Facilities were terrible.
-dirty sofa covered in blanket
-previous guests towels and sheets stuffed under the bed.
- no running cold water in kitchen (have to use bathroom).
- washing machine didn’t work.
-hot water not able to make to give a hot bath
- horrible noisy neighbours, horrendous noise
- Angelos (9/5): Great location great stay. -
- Tiziana (1/5): Bad -
- Denise (7/5): Overall was nice but small issues could be put right very cheaply to make a big difference - It was a short walk from where my daughter lives, therefore handy for the purpose of the visit. Bathroom was very clean as was the bedroom. Only one usable cup for 3 people so we had to take it in turns to have a cup of coffee. There was one other cup but it was so dirty it couldn’t be used. Knife in drawer still has someone’s dinner on it and the blinds had gaps and didn’t close properly. Not enough pillows and leg on little table was broken. If previous occupant also had to pay a £60 cleaning fee (as we did) they’ve been robbed.
- Mert (8/5): Very good -
- Patrick (2/5): Very poor - There was no handle in the bedroom door so I got locked in there for the first morning, and had to bring a knife in with me to turn the handle the other nights. The window did not close onto the mains street. The apartment was quite dusty
- Suzan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzan (10/5): Location for me was the reason I was happy to extend my stay and host was very accommodating to my requests. - Location and easy reach to all stores and train and buses. Everything is literally on your doorstep. Nothing
- Caple (1/5): Incredibly noisy neighbours and not the facilities listed - Location No hot tube, as per listing. Any storage facilities were filled with broken items or bin bags full of damp bedding. Hoover was broken. Dirty damp mop left in front room. Table in front room broken. No fan, as per listing. Tap in kitchen barely ran.
- Fiona (7/5): Good - It was great to have the extra space of a sitting area. It was easy to get to the train and buses were close by. A clothes horse for drying clothes would have been useful also a hand towel in the bathroom and some drying clothes in the kitchen area. The little coffee table in the sitting area had a broken leg and was unstable.
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - everything..especially the location nothin
