Guest Reviews
- Sarah (8/5): Great house - House is lovely and very comfortable The heater in the front room ran out of gas so it was cold.
- scott (1/5): Shit and unsafe - Nothing Nothing
- Israa (8/5): Very beautiful property, will surely come back! - The coziness and the sceneries outside. The pillows and quilts were not included, which made it a bit tricky at night. We had our own stuff, though, so it didn't affect us much.
- Bree (3/5): Inconvient to not have what you need when paying a high price - The location was nice althogh far away from everything you require. Didnt like having to bring my own blankets & pillows for the price you pay you would think they could be provided.
Also there was no Toiletries in the bathroom!!!
No Shampoo or Conditioner or Body Wash to have a shower either, unable to shower at all & paid $315.00 a night to stay. I have never had to bring my own toiletries to a accomadation EVER!!!
- Susan (8/5): Relaxing and peaceful - The property was lovely with stunning views. The couch in the TV room
- Brendan (10/5): Brilliant weekend getaway - Great location, amazing house, was stocked with fire wood, amazing safe and enclosed outdoor area for dogs. Couldn’t ask for more! Nothing
- Pertzel (8/5): Good old fashioned value - Spacious, unpretentious and quiet.
We arrived to find the heating thoughtfully turned on for us, and the house was well supplied with kitchen equipment and a good supply of firewood.
The house has good separate zones indoors and outdoors for whatever you need. Supplying our own bedding and towels meant packing and lugging a lot more gear.
- PHONG (8/5): - Good mountain view from the house, river Infront was drought when we visited in in the winter though.
Jamieson is a small tranquil town, it's beautiful for a walk along the river.
It's a good gateway to go to snow mountain less than an hour No blanket, pillow, towels so we have to pack along, it's a bit inconvenient.
Cook stove was broken right before we arrived so we had to change our meals plan (although there's a small BBQ stove outdoor but it's too cold to cook dinner outside). You better prepare food/meals during your stay, no shop/restaurant nearby for dining outside (unless going to Mansfield about 30mins)
- Marzieh (8/5): Very good -
- Dieter (9/5): Had a great trip and stay - Great location, great house, private and quiet Couple of lights did not work but that was ok
- Felicity (8/5): Comfortable house, great views, and very pet friendly no - Comfortable house, great views and very pet friendly no
- Debbie (10/5): Peaceful fantastic for families/Dogs - We absolutely loved our stay this weekend the location was so peaceful just what we needed coming from busy city. The house was perfect for a family and well set up for A Dog. My dog loved sleeping in her bed on the very spacious balcony. The bird life and water views made our R&R weekend even more perfect. I would 100% stay again and hope to book again soon. The host were easily contactable as well when I needed to call them.
If you want peace and quiet do yourself a favour and get out of the city first the weekend 🐦⬛🦜🍃
- Helen (9/5): Superb - Great view of the lake, quiet and clean.
- Dale (8/5): Very good - The house suit for big family and clean. There is no wifi provided
- Corinne (8/5): Great location for Lake Eildon fishing and wandering the trails of Eildon national park - We loved the ability to walk down the driveway and be right on Lake Eildon.
So close to Jamieson or 30 odd minutes from Mansfield.
Caught a couple of fish of the bank and went on some day trips into the state forest. Didn’t like that you had to provide pillows, doonas, towel and bath mat.
And the two queen beds we used were extremely uncomfortable and need to be updated asap.
Couch and outdoor area were great.
