• Ashleigh (6/5): Decent value for a vacation stay. - This property provided great value - our family was all able to stay together thanks to the facilities provided (multiple shower & toilet rooms, six large beds) Cleanliness, safety, and comfort were all issues during our stay. The majority of sinks (including toilet rooms) had empty soap dispensers upon arrival. There were pest deterrents easily accessible to children throughout the house (tray of pink rodent pellets beside the fridge, ant/roach bait disks strewn everywhere, as many as 6 in the same location under the downstairs sinks). The bedroom windows should have drapes to use over the wood panel shades, or blinds to use behind the panels - streetlights, passing cars, and adjacent homes lit up the bedrooms bright as day.

• Hafidz (8/5): Family winter holiday - The villa was big and spacious for all 13pax. It takes about 10-15mins walk to the nearest train station. There were a lot of amenities like McDonald’s, family mart and etc. There wasn’t any cable TV. There wasn’t any Netflix and you can event screen cast from your laptop or table to watch your own shows. Please consider upgrading your tv to a smart tv for travels who don’t understand Japanese to enjoy our stay. And whenever you use the water boiler, the house will have a power trip.

• Noah (10/5): Perfect house for big groups of family and friends. - The location is super convenient. A few minutes walk to the nearest metro station, close to convenience store, drug store, coin laundry and there is even a Japanese public bath right opposite to the house. These are altogether four separate toilets and two bathrooms, also separate dining and entertainment areas on the first floor and two large bedrooms each have three double beds on the second floor, we have much enjoyed this perfectly designed house and will definitely return again.

• Ghassan (5/5): Very cold, comppany run, not cozy - It is a big place for big groups, but it needs more work and attention. the location is 5 minutes walk to the metro station so it is not bad for the location. It seems that the place is managed by a company that does not know what is going on. The place is very cold even though there are forced air heaters. We had to email the company to understand how to switch on the heaters. There were no instructions at all. The kitchen has a window with Japanese panels but 3 of the panels were broken(I sent a photo) so the kitchen was very cold all the time. The place did not have the basic necessities like some items in the kitchen to make your breakfast or make tea or coffee. Even for toilet paper, I had to send an email to ask for more because they did not provide enough.

• Kieu (10/5): Nestay villa shinjuku is a perfect place for group travel. - The house is big, like the pictures. Everything is clean and tidy, modern facilities, 400 meters from metro station. Highly recommend! we like everything about the accomodation.
