- Ginny (10/5): Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Good quality for the price. I would book again. - Breakfast was serve yourself coffee, hot chocolate, muffins, fruit . All good, easy and fast. No complaints. It was as advertised. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Pay attention to the notice that all rooms are on the second floor as there is no elevator. Definitely not for people with mobility issues.
- Valerie (9/5): - Easy access and quiet Front door handle came off every time you used it
- John (8/5): Clean and good value - Priced right. Clean. Excellent friendly staff. Good value for the price. Would definitely stay there again. Not fancy but good accommodations.
- Carolyn (9/5): - The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The room was super clean. The mattress was a but too hard.
- Josh (8/5): -
- Rajend (10/5): - Staff was very friendly Everything was great
- Sandeep (10/5): - Very clean, kind staff, comfy and spacious rooms
- Gerald (8/5): Very good - Location
- Danielle (9/5): -
- Brian (8/5): Thanks, will stay again! - Nice staff, nice clean room Orchard view is accurate because my early wake up was a tractor working in the orchard. I guess it should have been expected in the spring at a working farm…
- Sara (9/5): A good stay at a great price. - Staff were friendly, location is super easy to access and there’s a restaurant right on site. The rooms are very large and have been redone, especially the bathrooms. Bed was comfortable. Building is old so the sound proofing isn’t the greatest but otherwise no problems.
- Harold (7/5): Ok for a one night stay - Quit, centrally located, restaurants/bar walking distance. Soft mattresses.
- Michael (7/5): - No ground floor rooms. 20 stairs to the main floor.
- Nassernia (10/5): - The room was very clean and the Motel was very quiet.
- Alex (9/5): -
- Mark (7/5): - Clean, quiet, nice staff.
- Fitz-Earle (8/5): Great stop for the night when traveling! - Comfortable and clean, everything we needed, quiet, friendly staff, park at the door Not that accessible- stairs
- Katherine Keras (10/5): - They location Only stairs, no elevator
- Laura (9/5): -

- Irina (9/5): very nice stay - We did not expect coffee and muffin in the morning provided by hotel but it was really nice. We appreciated them and fruits offered to us. All rooms are on the second floor without elevator which was difficult for my elderly mom but staff helped us to bring our baggage and my mom.
- Heather (8/5): The motel was as expected. Clean - which is the most important thing - and convenient. - Very clean, close to fruit stands and main part of town. The room and hallways were a little bit dark. Muffins in the morning were a little stale and fruit could have been a bit better quality, considering fresh fruit was everywhere! Not a big deal though. We'd stay there again if passing through.
- Keith (7/5): Good overall - Quiet
- Nancy (8/5): -
- Bhavik (9/5): - Great location with nice backdrop of a mountain.
Fruit stand right next to it where you can buy fresh fruits & veggies.
- Donald (10/5): - The location was really convenient, and the room was nice, the big windows were a bonus. We will go back there for sure.
- Hannelore (10/5): - Great place updated clean
Go back any time
Friendly

- Loti (8/5): It was fine. - Not applicable No elevator
- Sjoerd (8/5): Friendly staff, Good value for a stop-over, grab some fresh fruit for the rest of the drive - The muffins and fresh fruit Noisy air-conditioning, and too noisy to leave the window open
- Sharla (10/5): So comfy I didn’t want to leave - Clean comfortable friendly, good value. I booked one night and ended up staying for 3 more! A/C was great.
- Jackie (8/5): It was close to where we were going for an event. Bright, clean and easy to find off of Hwy 3. - The staff were helpful - taking one of the visitors suitcase up the stairs as he had a recent knee operation.
Having a restaurant right next door is a bonus and one person had take-out pizza that was excellent.
Liked the picnic tables and chairs for visiting with people who are staying at the motel.
Continental breakfast was correct for the circumstances, muffins, cherries, tea and coffee. Whiles clean and airy, the rooms are all on the second floor and I know it's probably not doable but an elevator or lift would be helpful. I believe that a lift that holds 2 people could be attached to the wall at the bottom of the stairs and people could get off on the upper hallway landing.
- Sharlene (10/5): -
- Debra (9/5): - Nice scenery,location
Fresh fruit and coffee in morning Would have liked to see a full length mirror outside of bathroom
- Laura (7/5): Good - Lack of breakfast items at checkout which we were looking forward to, disappointing
- Sherry (9/5): The stay was amazing - Super clean, amazing staff No blow dryer and no hook on the bathroom door.
The shower was a little confusing

- J.E (9/5): Excellent, well managed hotel. With superb restaurant on site - This is a really good half way stop on the route to Vancouver. The rooms are basic but modern and clean. Shower and bathroom large and comfortable. Bed comfy. Everything very clean. Reception staff are great fun, helpful, friendly, chatty and amusing. It’s very quiet. The restaurant on site serves some of the best curries in BC. There are non curry options too. There is a downstairs tea and coffee making place open all day and night with muffins too. Stairs only up to the room. Plastic cups wrapped in plastic - grrrrr. So much single use plastic. Why not have a ceramic or glass cup? The room was icy cold when we arrived but the heating kicked in pretty soon.
- Deborah (8/5): -
- Russell (9/5): -
- Joseph (7/5): A good inexpensiveplace for a sleep. All rooms are on a upper level. No handicap/wheelchair access. - The breakfast was the basic continental. No hot food offered. Bare bones but edible. Hot food or microwavable food would have been nice
- Nina (9/5): Our stay - The location It was hard to find because the motel sign wasn't lit up and the stairs to the room were hard to get up.
- Cheryl (9/5): I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! - Very clean, comfortable and generous size king-bedded room with sofa bed. TV channels adequate.
Small refrigerator with freezing compartment sized large enough for two small ice cream cartons :). Microwave and a dining set (2chairs).
The sofa bed is extremely comfortable for sitting and relaxing—very good quality.
Bath has a walk-in shower with corner seat. Very nice setup for a small bathroom.
It seems to me the owners gave serious thought about the needs of their prospective visitors when they designed and furnished the rooms. I would add that the halls and rooms are carpeted with thick padding to enhance comfort and diminish sound.
I believe this is rated as a two-star motel. It deserves three stars. It bears most Wyndham and Comfort offerings at this level. The pricing ($125/2persons) was very reasonable.
The staff are very kind and obliging.
While there is no substantial breakfast , they do have coffee and tea and muffins to tide one over.
There are no individual coffee makers in the rooms. If you want coffee, it is available in the lobby area. We knew we would have rooms that are on the second floor. There is an open staircase (carpeted) leading to the rooms. It was no issue—we are seniors, but if you have mobility challenges, the stairs may be an issue. Other than that—no negatives.
- Kelly (10/5): -
- Melissa (10/5): Friendly staff in a great location - Beautiful views and the staff are very friendly
- Tornack (7/5): -
- Roy (10/5): it was great - breakfest is good the staff is very friendly not a thing
- Patricia (8/5): Clean, comfortable bargain. - Spotless, white, duvet covers and clean bathroom. Lobby sitting area, with self-serve coffee/tea, was a comfy place to wait for friends to get ready, in the AM. View of the night sky, over the orchard, was pretty. No highway noise. Would stay here again. Great value and pleasant. Walking distance to restaurants, cider house, and 4 fruit stands. People talking in the hallway, arriving late.

- Byers (8/5): Hotel was comfortable, conveniently located; dinner excellent and Railway Trail well used. - Coffee was great as were the tasty muffins; however, I am diabetic and the sugar in the muffins caused my glucose reading to spike, meaning I couldn't continue to have the muffins again for breakfast. The fresh seasonal fruit was welcomed.
The remaining breakfast we had elsewhere in town.
The bush outside the Hotel front doors with the lovely golden/reddish berries is a type of mountain ash, different from most of which I am familiar. The two ash varieties that were crossed resulted in two different types of leaves that aren't like the typical compound leaves of most ash. The bush had some leaves with serrated edges and some like oak tree leaves!! The 'lady of the hotel' who registered us when we arrived, said that the berries turned a deep1 red later into the Fall. Because of the combination of two different leaf types, the bush has the common name of the Bastard Mountain Ash [genus now Hedlundia) crossed with the genus Thuringiaca].
We totally enjoyed the East Indian food at your restaurant on the night we arrive. Very good!!
We attended the Festival at the Grist Mill, explored pumpkin displays at most of the farmers markets visited, ate at Klippers Row Fourteen one night and on the last night walked into town on the Railway Trail to enjoy a meal at the Blackbird Tavern.
Totally enjoyed the excellent variety of ciders at Lass Chance cidery and the delicious wine at the Forbidden Fruit Vineyards.
I walked most of the Railway Trail each day and petted/fed the 3 horses along the way. Enjoyed the peace and silence of the Similkameen River at several locations.
We stocked up on veggies and pumpkins before our drive back to Vancouver.
We totally enjoyed the beauty of the Simil*kimeen Valley, friendly people and activities on our vacation away from the city.
thank you!! The TV was a bit awkward to figure out.

- Kerry (8/5): Good Place to stay -
- Camille (9/5): Definitely our Keremeos place to stay. - Friendly people, comfortable room, good coffee,
nice garden and sitting area. Nothing really. Stairs can be hard for some.

- Denis (8/5): Satisfactory Stay - I have stayed in this motel before and found it to be most satisfactory for a night's stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with one member helping me with my luggage up the stairs. The motel is next door to two fruit stands. The stairs were quite steep and might pose a problem for the disabled. The blind in my room would not work, but other than that, everything was quite satisfactory. I would stay here again if I were in Kermeous.

- Nielsen (8/5): Great friendly staff! - Very casual motel, guard cat on duty outside that loved scritches while we sat at the tables chatting.
Games at the front desk for our group to have while visiting, great staff… no complaints! Not much we didn’t like at all, except the cat had to stay outside! :)
- Colleen (10/5): - Great stop for me.
It was very hot, 40 degrees.
The air conditioner was quiet and worked like a charm .
Very clean, lovely place with excellent staff . Everything.

- Champathi (10/5): Value for money. Fabulous location and great for sunrise/sunset viewing too - Front office was welcoming and really friendly despite we being a late night check in. Room was clean and worthy for the money paid. Hotel is located with a backdrop of mountain range, such a spectacular view. Really good experience overall. It was fabulous
- Helen (8/5): Friendly staff, comfortable bed and good value - Great staff, very comfortable bed, clean room and wonderful ambassador in Junior the cat.
- Mateusz (10/5): -
- Comerford (9/5): - Loved the area, absolutely beautiful with all the fruit stands and food! Motel was clean, quiet and comfortable and we had a random kitty to hang out with during our stay while we were outside!
- Dave (8/5): At this price point, our stay very much exceeded expectations. - Located on a property that is an orchard operation and fruit retailer. As requested, they could offer ample space for my vehicle and trailered boat. Property also includes a wonderful Indian food restaurant. Great food and great service. Motel lobby also includes a very large space with morning continental breakfast and beverages. Staff very friendly and very capable. Motel is certainly not a new building but the finishings (ie bathroom)are all clean and newly done. Nothing comes to mind. Would be be very happy to stay there again.
- Brenda (9/5): Pretty view - Breakfast was simple providing muffins and fruit….right up my alley.
Staff are always happy and helpful
Clean rooms
Quiet
- Melanie (10/5): Superb! - The location is superb, it is very clean, good value, peaceful and you are close to amazing fruit/veg and the best water anywhere! Nothing
- Diane (8/5): Most Enjoyable - A great stop on our way home from a road trip and definitely good value for the money. Our room was large and very quiet - especially the air conditioner which kept our room very cool. The bed and pillows were both just right. We also enjoyed being able to walk across the small parking lot to have dinner at the affiliated Samosa Garden. The food was delicious and authentically Indian. Nothing comes to mind
