• David (10/5): Perfect location for a relaxing getaway - Top location, comfortable and clean accommodation, easy key collection/return. We were travelling with two teenagers so having the separate TV/chill out room was a great bonus. We would highly reccomend.
• lyashkoster (8/5): Modern & luxurious - The apartment was super spacious, modern, very cozy & comfortable. The view was great, location was outstanding - super close to the area with cafes, restraunts & shops. Everything was quite clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The check-in questionnaire was unusual & lengthy - I only recieved it after landing at Gold Coast and it was annoying to fill in as we were on the way to the accommodation. Otherwise, the ensuit shower drain was clogged up and we didn't like the single use pouches for dish washing liquid or soap in the kitchen. The was also no complimentary water provided or beach towels available. There were no instructions on where to find recycling bins for plastic / glass.

• Adrian (2/5): - Location was close to the beach and to bars and restaurants in Burleigh Heads A/c in the apartment did not work. You accept that sometimes this happens, however the response to the problem from the letting agent was appalling. Total lack of engagement with us or ownership of the problem, combined with persistent failure to communicate with us led to delays and frustration. Eventually fixed on day 6 of our stay, but I do not understand why it was so hard for them to return calls and messages.
