(amenities and comforts) Terrific location for everything and just pop out the back gate to the best coffee in town. A remote for the front gate would be nice when it's raining but small price to pay for staying in such a top notch house.

• Sandra (8/5): Very good - Very spacious throughout and an exceptionally clean property. Excellent location. Close to shops and a short drive to beaches. Huge primary and 2nd bedroom with lots of natural sunlight in the afternoons. Very comfortable beds, crisp clean linen, generous supply of bath towels, plenty of bedroom storage, huge bathrooms and toilets. Very helpful information about household instructions and Cape Mentelle outdoor movies. Much appreciated beach umbrella and camping chairs. Good communication leading up to arrival and during our stay about technical issues with the driveway gate. The issue was resolved quickly and did not affect our experience at all. Quiet complex with good security. Covered outdoor dining area with nice views of the oval. Good laundry set up and outdoor clothes line. Very comfortable lounge downstairs. Exceptionally clean kitchen. We appreciated the hand written welcome card, macadamia nuts, wine and chocolate upon arrival.

• Sharon (10/5): Fantastic location & a beautiful property - Great location , new & clean with everything you could possibly need. Couldn’t access the outdoor sitting areas as the key was not available.
• Lisa (10/5): Excellent - Magnificently decorated and well provisioned accommodation Key in locked safe didn’t open door and garage remote flat. Swell stays support not great and difficult to get them to understand our situation and that we had the key. Eventually got back up hidden key and got in.
• Tracy (9/5): Excellent family space or group stay. Our large vehicle just snugly fit into the safe garage. - Close to shops and cafes. We were able to use the kitchen which was well-equipped. The property had everything we needed. Laundry, separate bathrooms and outdoor area. Easy walk to the main shops but very busy with traffic. We were not able to hear the cars. A very quiet place. A football oval directly behind the property was busy but we did not feel it to be a problem. There was nothing I was unhappy with. My mother was unable to stay upstairs to her age and inability to climb them but the downstairs catered well to her needs. She had a main room with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs with its own little lounge area and desk area.
• Scobiem (10/5): Great place to stay. - Handy location to town. Good size house for our group of 6 adults. Comfy beds and large rooms. Very clean and tidy. All the ammenities we required were available. Great place to stay. Nothing.

• Cerianne (10/5): Perfect family property - The property is very well equipped with everything you could need away from home. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house is located just a short walk into town, with easy access to everything that Margaret River has to offer.

• Tanya (8/5): Very good - Lovely and well maintained house a short walk from the high street in Margaret River. Had everything we needed for a friends weekend away. Fourth bedroom was quite small with a single bed. Otherwise, was great.
