Guest Reviews
- Nicole (8/5): Lovely renovated, suburban villa. - Nicely renovated, very private villa situated in suburban Osaka. Loved the bath after a long day out & about. Close to supermarket, train station & laundromat. Host is very responsive & super kind. My son ended up leaving a very expensive camera at the property, & the host was quick to locate & agreed to our request to post to our hotel in Tokyo. We were so grateful for their honesty & clear communication throughout. I loved the vibe of staying a little further out from the hustle & bustle of the city. This gave a real authentic experience of Osaka life. The washing machine was located on a balcony off an upstairs bedroom. Not easy to access at all. Investment in a dryer would also assist overseas travellers. But we found a great local laundromat 5 mins walk away, which was super cheap.

- Corina (3/5): Not coming back - It was clean and well equipped with necessities. The beds were locked upstairs so we couldn't use them even though we saw them laid out in the pictures. The space was too small to put the luggage anywhere. The house next to us exploded from a gas leak in the middle of the night so we didn't feel safe to stay there at all anymore. woke up in the middle of the night and we saw the fire on the window right next to us. extra expenses for dirty sheets were added for no reason. and also, you could hear everybody that was passing on the street like they were in the room with you.

- Jantima (7/5): - Location House Layout. bathroom doesn’t have door properly, they used curtain instead. Also water leak.
- Chantal (10/5): Super Aufenthalt, gelungener Start in den Urlaub. - Die Lage ist top. Direkt fussläufig zu den Zügen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist typisch Japanisch. Alles was man braucht ist verfügbar.

- Mariana (10/5): Super convenient location! - Very convenient location near restaurants and train station.
The bath tub was great.
Warma and clean
Staff are very helpful
Staff can hold onto your luggage on the checkout day Ideal for 4 ppl, 6 or more in our opinion won’t be as comfortable
Bigger towels would have been more comfortable

- Kamil (10/5): Nádherné ubytování v běžné zástavbě, velmi klidné místo. Výborně vybavené. Nádraží cca 7 min. -

- Amy (8/5): We loved Osaka & the apartment was very stylish. The bath was the highlight. - The bathroom was the absolute highlight! It didn’t feel as welcoming as all the other places we stayed at in Japan - lots of signs with rules & no thought to storage. Very small towels were provided- odd given that were 3 showers & an incredible bath!
- Thi (10/5): Family Japan trip - Clean facilities. Recently renovated in a convenient location next to station, close to shops and food. A little way out of central Osaka especially for Shin- Osaka by Shikansen.
- Albert (9/5): Superb - Beautiful house with everything you need.
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Sydney (10/5): Our stay was absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Osaka well worth the stay. The staff was great, the location made - The property was clean and well stocked with all basic necessities. The washrooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable to use. The extra amenities such as the A/C and pour over coffee were greatly appreciated!
- Orhan (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and modern with a traditional touch. Had all the things needed for our stay, and the little extras made it even more enjoyable. The bathroom was really nice and classy. The beds were comfortable, and the location was great. What would have made it even better would be access to a washing machine.
- Erin (9/5): Superb -
- Timothy (8/5): Decent for a family of 5. - Apartment was spacious, had 2 floors and there were 2 showers that could be used simultaneously, 2 wash basins, 1 washing machine. There was no dryer for clothes.
Probably better for a family of maximum 5 / 6 people at most as there's only one toilet.
There is a light that could not be turned off at the top of the stairs which can be annoying for whoever sleeps on the futons.
- Rory (10/5): Stylish Osaka Stay - Easy check in. Very well equipped, stylish and clean. Comfortable beds with 2 double bedrooms and space for 4 more on comfortable floor beds on the landing and loft. Well situated a 5 minute walk to train station with 10 min train to dotombori/shinsekai There was a light at the top of the stairs which couldn't be turned off and made the landing a bit bright to sleep at night.
