• Aida (9/5): Alojamiento perfecto en pleno casco viejo de la ciudad - La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro del casco viejo de la ciudad. A pesar de estar en una de las calles de bares, no se escucha ningún ruido del exterior. Tamaño del apartamento perfecto para cuatro personas, aunque pueden entrar incluso hasta seis. Tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día (artículos de aseo personal, plancha, secador, plancha de pelo, utensilios de cocina, etc). Tiene buen wifi y aire acondicionado. Es un tercero con ascensor. Volvería a repetir sin duda. Para el check-in, se acercan al alojamiento a darte las llaves. Yo ya me he acostumbrado a los alojamientos con self check-in, pero eso ya es un gusto personal.

• Andrei (3/5): Not recommend - The accommodation staff were extremely arrogant and completely unhelpful: we had to wait over half an hour upon check-in for the keys, even though we'd given them 30 minutes' notice. The description of the accommodation was misleading: the parking price was misrepresented; instead of the €18-20 per day promised in the description, the actual price was €25 per day. All the apartment windows overlook the courtyard, which is also exposed to the kitchen vents from the restaurants and cafes nearby. The loud noise from the vents and the terrible smell kept us awake until the middle of the night, even with the windows and shutters closed. The shower doors in the bathroom were broken Upon check-out, we forgot our glasses in the hallway. We immediately contacted the accommodation and explained the situation, explaining that we had a flight from Madrid that evening. However, we had to wait another 40 minutes until a girl arrived and let us into the apartment so we could pick up our glasses. El personal del alojamiento fue extremadamente arrogante y completamente inútil: tuvimos que esperar más de media hora al registrarnos para que nos dieran las llaves, a pesar de haberles avisado con 30 minutos de antelación. La descripción del alojamiento era engañosa: el precio del aparcamiento estaba mal representado; en lugar de los 18-20 € al día prometidos en la descripción, el precio real era de 25 € al día. Todas las ventanas del apartamento dan al patio, que también está expuesto a las campanas extractoras de los restaurantes y cafeterías cercanos. Las puertas de la ducha del baño estaban rotas. El fuerte ruido de las campanas y el olor desagradable nos mantuvieron despiertos hasta la mitad de la noche, incluso con las ventanas y las persianas cerradas. Al hacer el check-out, olvidamos nuestros vasos en el pasillo. Nos pusimos en contacto inmediatamente con el alojamiento y les explicamos la situación, indicando que teníamos un vuelo desde Madrid esa misma noche.

Las camas son súper cómodas y la casa está limpia, ordenada y es ideal para unos días en Logroño.Volveremos seguro! Todo era fantástico!

The apartment was in the BEST location just a block over from Calle Laurel where we had amazing pinchos! It was in the middle of everything but also very quiet. Incredibly clean and we would highly recommend. We stayed here while on the Camino Frances. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend for any traveller visiting Logroño. We were constantly stating how lucky we are during this stay. N/ A

• Alba (4/5): Falta de profesionalidad que le hace un flaco favor al cómodo alojamiento - Ubicación y limpieza Inflexibilidad para hacer el check in: llegamos a las 20:30 a Logroño, avisando previamente de la hora al propietario, y tuvimos que estar hasta las 21:30 dando vueltas con la maleta por el casco histórico porque la persona encargada de darnos las llaves no estaba disponible hasta esa hora. Me parece lamentable a estas alturas, llegar a un alojamiento de Booking y tener que esperar una hora. Además, la persona que nos dio las llaves fue bastante desagradable a la hora de explicarnos las cosas y el funcionamiento del apartamento. Las almohadas muy bajas y todas las cápsulas de café eran descafeinado.

• Elena (10/5): Espectacular!!! - La localización excelente, está situado en una de las calles más céntricas y peatonales de la parte histórica, no tuvimos que mover el coche para nada. El apartamento super limpio, y bonito. Las camas impecables dormimos estupendamente, muy bien insonorizado. Totalmente aconsejable, no podíamos estar mejor!!! Seguro que volvemos!! Nada!!

• Annmarie (10/5): San Augustin Centro is just that: a comfortable, clean, well-appointed apt in the heart of Logrono. - Located right in the heart of the historic district in what I believe is a pedestrian-only zone, the location of this apartment, San Augustin Centro, was ideal. We were met outside by our host, who responded immediately to my text announcing our arrival. The street was quiet as we went inside. An hour later, it had come alive! The streets were teeming with people meeting for wine and tapas; the atmosphere was joyful. The apartment itself was clean, with good beds and everything we needed. We did not cook, but it was an ideal place for us to rest up after our international flight, and to begin first thing the next morning walking the Camino Frances. Thank you! Everything was good!
