• Zhuoran (1/5): Extremely unpleasant - 1. Strong smell of mold. The master bathroom and the storage room connecting the master bathroom and the master bedroom have strong smell of mold. There is no window in this two rooms and the storage room has carpet. The smell probably is caused by the humidity in these rooms. There may be mold underneath the carpet. 2. We had to open all windows in the bedrooms and the living room to reduce the smell. However, there is a large construction site right across the street from the master bedroom window and from the balcony. This room is 505. Being on the fifth floor makes the rooms directly facing the site. We can also hear the big trucks shipping building material on the street all the time. Opening all the windows meaning that we are hearing very loud and disturbing construction and truck noise from 7 AM in the morning. We were not able to get a good sleep during our holiday. The ocean views from the master bedroom and the balcony are also blocked by the construction site. 3. We originally booked three nights. After spending one night there we couldn’t stay any longer. We contacted the owner in the morning and tokd her the problems. We asked her if we could check out that morning and get the money back for the next two nights that we were not spending there. She didn’t agree. We asked her to come and smell the mold. But she lives so far away she couldn’t give us the exact time she would come. We asked her to come before 2 PM because we didn’t want to spend our limited vacation time waiting in her apartment for a whole day. We wanted to resolve the issue and move to a more pleasant place as soon as possible so we can enjoy the rest of the precious vacation. But she didn’t show up. We waited till 2:30 and moved out to Merriton suites( which has true ocean view, no smell, nor any noise). The owner contacted us after 5 PM, saying that she had arrived and she smelled no mold and said the smell came from the two towels we washed in the washer., which was a lie. The owner needs to learn that being honest is the only way to have long lasting business.

• Peaario (9/5): Would recommend! - The room was clean and had everything we needed. Pick up location for Key was close to apartment. Overall the apartment was awesome. Would highly recommend. Great hosts. Speedy replies. Aircon had 2 remotes for 3 Aircons. It was hard to turn them off and on.

• Wendy (9/5): Nice apartment, great views and location - As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted with a magnificent oceanview! Location was a great plus as just around the corner there was the light rail and along the beach, there are many good options. The kitchen layout was bit odd. The sink was right next to the stove so if you need to chop/cut anything you have to quickly move them above the stove.

• Min (9/5): Loved it, beautiful view inside a well kept apartment with good access to all of GC. - The location was very nice, beautiful view of the ocean (expect for ongoing construction) everything was neat and well kept. Easy access to many places in GC. Everything was great! Lack of keys, but understandable.

• Roberts (10/5): Perfect! - This apartment was so beautiful and lux! Fantastic for family's as the kids have there own bedroom and bathroom and big screen tv and wardrobe. Beautiful lounge room and dining. And beautiful master suite with very spacious walk in wardrobe and large ensuite. Relaxing balcony with beachfront views. This apartment has everything you need for your holiday without ever having to leave it. Very spacious perfect for the family as everyone has there own space and everyone does not have to be on-top of each other all the time. Loved the separate laundry in the apartment. Our stay was absolutely beautiful. And to top it off the rooftop BBQs were beautiful on the 27th floor and the 41st floor. What a vibe this apartment was. Loved every second of our stay. Thankyou!
