• Silvia e Paolo (10/5): - Bellissimo, zona con servizio pubblici vicinissimi, davanti a Bayside dove ci sono ristoranti, negozi molto belli, movida giovanile, fronte Porto turistico e vicinissimo al terminal Crociere. A disposizione Piscina, palestra e sala lettura molto grande. Host gentile e disponibile, ti danno una chiave RTF per ascensore, apertura porta appartamento, porte palestra e piscina. Presente una hall con bar e tavolini . Noi avevamo il piccolo appartamento accessoriato di ogni confort al 24° piano... bellissimo ❤️ Finire la vacanza

Das Apartment hell und freundlich mit großartiger Aussicht auf Skyline und Bay Es gibt keine Gepäckaufbewahrung im Haus und wir haben bei der Ankunft Stunden mit Warten verschwendet, da wir schon früh nach der Kreuzfahrt vor Ort waren. Wir durften aber freundlicherweise das Gepäck nach dem auschecken der vorigen Gäste (gegen 12.00h) und bei eintreffen der Putzfrau im Zimmer abstellen! Das hat den Tag dann noch gerettet. dabei gibt es in der Nähe mehrere Aufbewahrungstellen gegen Gebühr. Das haben wir aber erst bei der Abreise erfahren. Zahlt sich aber auf jeden Fall aus, wenn man früh ankommt und spät abreist, dann kann man die Zeit noch genießen!

• Liad Ovdat (10/5): - קיבלנו את החדר מוקדם משעת הצ'ק אין. המארח היה מעולה, סיפק את כל המידע שהיינו צריכים ויותר. הדירה מרווחת, נקייה, אסתטית וכוללת אבזור מלא כולל מכונת כביסה ומייבש. נוף מדהים מקומה 24 לעיר ולים. הבניין במיקום מצוין, ליד bayside וליד האולם של מיאמי היט, מעולה במיוחד למי שרוצה ללכת למשחק. בבניין יש גם בריכה, חדר כושר, דלפק בית קפה ואזורים לשבת לעבוד אם צריך. מומלץ מאוד! הכל היה מעולה

• Simon (10/5): Cool as ……. - The view stole our hearts- amazing!!! From the pictures and description we Thought it was a 1 bed apartment but it was actually a studio. However, it was so good that did not matter
• Tami (4/5): Not the best stay - Location is one block from Bayside. We've stayed on Brisbane several times in the area. Good view, but not the best. The facility. Couldn't check in early, which I sometimes understand. It's a huge mess to wait in line to get a key fob and longer line with no instructions on how to drop off. Had someone help me, but it wouldn't work. Patio door would Barley open. Very loud here. Sirens and motorcycles all night and early morning. The worse toilet tissue ever. Cheap!! I stumped my toe several times on a metal bed frame sticking out. Really could use a good mattress pad, but the bed was comfy. I told the host so he could address some of the fixable issues, and he answered me back in Spanish.

• Virginia (8/5): Muy recomendable pero mira bien lo que reservas - La ubicación, las instalaciones del edificio, tiene una pequeña terraza, está super bien equipado y está al labor del Metromover. Reservamos un apartamento con una habitación independiente y nos dieron un loft, que tiene un precio de 200 USD menos, me pareció muy mal, porque pagamos el precio de un dormitorio independiente, así se indica en la reserva de booking. También que estuvimos por trabajo y ahora no nos quieren dar factura, ya nadie responde a los mensajes, ellos han cobrado ya...

Nada que destacar. Me gustó todo.

Down block from the marina and all the restaurants, and shops. Super close to the cruise ports, and walking distance to the Kaseya Center. Wait and the train is right outside the front door. It hard to get a cab at night or early in AM . Toom me almost a house at 4 am to get an Uber to the airport

• Barbara (7/5): bad start the TV did not work, but owner excelled hemself on New years day to get it repaired - Someone on the reeption desk to the complex to help. Good location to thr bay area and lots of coffee shops near by. Ideal for staying before your cruise. Would stay again as it is in good location for the water front and park, and overhead rail stops. it did not help that the address was not the same as the instructions on the sheet from booking.com. Access to the complex is through a coffeebar/reception and quite buzy.

• Brandee (10/5): Exceptional - It’s in the perfect area. You can be at bayside by foot with in five minutes or any other shops you desire to visit. Not too far from the airport or the cruise port. It was exceptionally clean and the view was incredible. Highly recommend.
