- Fouzi (8/5): - Malgré la non assistance de Booking, un désagrément concernant l'adresse et l'heure d'arrivée aucun effort de votre côté, après une grande galère,heureusement la sollicitations des gens de la rue ou se trouve l'appartement m'ont aidé à avoir le logement après 2 heures d'attente dans le doute, je pense que je n'ai plus envie de passer par vos services. La réaction non responsable de Booking.com parraport à la situation d'urgence dans laquelle je me suis retrouvé avec mon épouse et deux enfants, me proposer 37€ et me débrouiller pour trouver un logement à 20 h dans une ville que je ne connais pas et une langue étrangère, c'est malheureux pour une compagnie comme Booking.
