• Suárez (1/5): Terrible en atención y en limpieza - La cercanía al centro de montañita La mala atención nos quedaron debiendo dos horas ya que a lo q hicimos checking no estaban listas las habitaciones y estaban sucias nos hicieron esperar dos horas para recién limpiar, fueron puntuales para sacarnos pero para entregarnos la habitación si tuvimos q esperar su gana, jamás volvería a ir

• Timothy (5/5): Passable - Service was good. The cheapest room was on the first floor near reception. The street is noisy and I could hear the receptionist type. There was AC and the noise of this made the room bearable. I don't know what the second floor rooms are like, probably better but this cheap first floor room is not somewhere I'd recommend.
