When we first arrived we got taken to a dead end, and then the hotel manager directed us to the hotel which had no signage and it was called another hotel and not what it was advertised as, me and my family were tired but Yusuf was adamant to take us to the roof upstairs to see the pyramids on arrival he also wanted to book activities after long hours journey with young children we wanted to go sleep. Baring in mind it's 11:30 pm at night. Next morning another assistant is at my door waiting for activities to be booked he then hovered whilst we ate breakfast which was very overwhelming. When we denied their request the was hostile with us the rest of the holiday. The rooms were very dirty , dusty, and covers/pillows were stained . Bathrooms smelled of sewage, no mirrors , sink leaks it was a disaster , so we got moved To another room however similar condition with a greater smell this time of a strong smoke smell as if someone smoking in the room which we the. Realize that about 4 men were smoking in the office near our room. When mentioning dit they sprayed strong airfreshner which lasted probably 10 min. There is no lift which meant climbing 5 flights of stairs with my elderly mum just to get to the "cafe" were tables were very dusty and dirty, kitchen was barely used as apparently food was brought over from another branch hotel near by. We paid full board for a service in which food was not being cooked in the kitchen. We asked for omelette they said they don't do it even though this was advertised in the picture l, to then waiting 1 hour and no food served this happened on one occasion. After complaining theu gave us an omelette Not somewhere I'll ever go again or recommend to anyonelse.

En üstteki king oda çok iyiydi ancak balkon manzarası biraz alakasız yerlere bakıyor. Sevmediğimiz hiçbir şey olmadı. çok memnun kaldık

Davneet (10/5): Perfect location for a family stay with great helpful and friendly staff. - The property was located close to the Pyramids and had true value for money. The rooms were clean with WIFI, TV, AC & Refrigerator & Universal plugs. The staff was very helpful and cheerful and ensured that our stay was comfortable. There were many food options available for order. The hotel is located in the market area with close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops and chemists. The staff helps to arrange local & intercity tours as well. There are a total of 5 floors and no elevator. (Elevator/ Lift is not present in the area in any hotel)

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Madam Doaa, who went above and beyond to assist me on the last day of my stay. Her professionalism and kindness made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent service! Good and nice professional staff in hotel. It’s near to great sphinx of Giza pyramids and easy to reach.

Eise (7/5): Nice simple hotel for few days Giza, close to Piramids, not too clean - don't expect too much - Personnel was friendly. Amazing view from roof terrace. Rooms are not so clean, mostly the bathroom. We asked one time for early breakfast. However, this was not aranged on time. Breakfast is simple and every day the same. When asking for dinner, it can take a lot of time before this is served. Hotel is little bit difficult to find in the street. Hotel name in Google maps is different. Wifi is not good. I recommend to get a Egypt simcard to have internet everywhere. Breakfast/dinner is served on roof terrace (6th level). There is no elevator. Noisy outside.

The cafeteria is on the top floor with no elevator, some challenges as sometimes their most staff don’t speak English and cannot understand my request properly. Their building doesn’t have name so more often our driver gets lost.

Dorota (2/5): Very poor - The staff was wonderful, very helpful and kind. I'm afraid I would not qualify this place as a hotel. There were only 2 towels ( 4 people in the room) , 2 hangers in a warderobe. There is no lift in the building, so a lot of climbing to get to the top terrace to have your meal. Our room was cleaned only once. There was a single duvet on a double bed. You can get things you need by asking the staff, but not necessarily immediately. If not for the staff and a lovely manager, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Oliver (9/5): Superb - Spacious room, good value for money. Amazing view of the pyramids and a walkable distance from them. Doaa was a lovely host who was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and the timings for it were generous. Organised transport from the airport and excellent communication. The bed sheet didn't seem to fit the bed properly. Hard to find a reasonably priced taxi to get to Cairo since it is a 40-minute drive and the taxi drivers bump up the prices for tourists.
Alina (7/5): Very good location to explore pyramids for 2 days - Walking distance to pyramids, very responsive and friendly staff, fantastic top veranda pyramids view for your breakfast or evening meal, lots of shops around, very attractive price. Good there is a possibility to book airport transfer with hotel for $20. According to some reviews, it’s difficult to find a hotel location, as satellite not very accurate in Cairo. So, as I arrived at 3am and didn’t want risk, I booked directly with hotel, though normal taxi rates are much lower than that. Uber services is the best in town, clean, fast and professional, no nonsense. WI FI is not very stable. One day I had challenge to find a hotel while walking back from pyramids, as didn’t have Internet connection outside. So, have their phone number handy with you. If you decide to have dinner in hotel, be aware that food is delivered from somewhere else and waiting time could be very long.

Luis (8/5): Pyramids view - The rooftop have the pyramids view. Is perfect to have breakfast or dinner. The breakfast that they provide doesn't look fresh, exactly the cucumber, is very simple breakfast. When you want to sleep at night if you are use to the noise is ok but if not, the noise outside the room from the street will not allow you. Because the traffic si night until 3am or 4am. The location was different as per the name, most probably there similar names between the hotels. The balcony doesn't have the view to the pyramids, it's only in the rooftop .

Mark (7/5): Great for the money - if you’ve back packed before in similar countries you’ll be pretty happy. - Basic but clean. Beds a bit thin. Mythyr to buy souvenirs/ trips at reception repeatedly. Otherwise friendly staff. Rooms variable so get to see a few rather than first choice.

Marco (3/5): Nice view from the place, but felt like a scam as they practice overbooking from multiple listing - Great view during the breakfast time, near Giza pyramids Both days I didn't sleep in the hotel. They moved me each day to a different hotel (I think they gather multiple bookings and adjust tourists based on what is more comfortable for them. I see reservations on their whatsapp from different booking listing for the same place when he was looking for my booking). First, it is not normal for a hotel to do overbooking, neither to do multiple listing. Secondly, the second night they brought me to a hotel which was full, then they moved me to another one, and I could have got scared (not myself, but maybe a girl would be, if you don't know where are they taking you). In addition, they cancel my booking in order to not pay commissions, so I asked booking to confirm that I slept in this place, as I also had receipt to prove it...
