- Daniela (8/5): - Beste lage, mitten in der Altstadt! Von der Strasse hört mann gar nichts, da die Fenster im Innenhof sind. Die Wohnung ist auf etagen gebaut (Stiegen in der Wohnung): Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit einer Küchennische (da ist der eingang in der Wohnung) und oben ist eine sehr coole Terasse . Die Wohnung hat alles was mann braucht, sehr zu empfehlen !

- Stefanie (10/5): Moderne Wohnung in zentraler Lage - Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung in toller Lage. Geschmackvoll und neu ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.
Die Dachterrasse ist toll. Die Lage ist super zentral und dennoch in der Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und es war jederzeit jemand erreichbar.
- Renata (9/5): Bezvadný apartmán - Ubytování leží v centru, k hlavním památkám všude blízko. A také ke škole Clic. Klíč byl připraven tam, kde bylo uvedeno. Byl i náhradní v ubytování. Ubytování je příjemně zařízené, obývací pokoj s kuchyní, ložnice s koupelnou a střešní terasa. Jen mě překvapilo, že mezi obývákem a ložnicí jsou schody, že jsou nad sebou, ne vedle. Každopádně všude čisto, majitel nechal kávu a čaj, tablety do myčky i pračky. Jinak mýdlo, šampon, toaletní papír - všeho dostatek. Vše čisté, pěkně zařízeno. Vzhledem k ročnímu období, bylo nutné si trochu zatopit pomocí klimatizace, bylo pak příjemně. Prostě apartmán je fajn v jakémkoli ročním obodbí. Já bych se určitě vrátila.
- Unsworth (9/5): Excellent holiday destination and apartment - Right in the old Town on pedestrianised street so main attractions and restaurants were all very accessible. Although the streets were busy there was no noise within the apartment.
Very safe area, Host gave very clear message for accessing the property and very responsive. Having to take our rubbish to a city drop point regularly. However as there is no access to many of the streets for bin trucks it is a necessity for residents and some businesses so necessary and only 2 minutes / 2 streets away .
And Seville is so clean with no litter anywhere

- David (9/5): A nice well located apartment. - Well located, big apartment with a large, pleasant roof terrace. Clean, tidy and quiet. Apartment managers provided good and timely information prior to our arrival. They also responded promptly to the electrical problem. There was a partial power failure in the apartment when we arrived and none of the appliances (fridge, stove, washing machine, hot water) were working for the first 24 hours. The property manager arranged for it to be fixed and it was fine for the rest of our stay. However, we accept that this was probably just our bad luck/timing rather than a fundamental fault with the apartment. The manager allowed us a little flexibility with our departure time as some compensation for the inconvenience.
- Michael (10/5): Perfect for a couple visiting the old town of Seville. - Location, location, location. This is where you want to be, right in the heart of the old town. The apartment has everything you need and is great for a couple. Highly recommended.
Instructions for accessing the property were also very good. Towels and linen could be better quality but thats a minor thing that did not affect our score. Also the bed was a bit firm for my liking but everyone has a different preference.

The outside terrace was very private and had full sun until 4 pm each day. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped which was important as we stayed for two weeks.
Communication with the host was great, always responded very quickly and the check in video was really helpful. Nothing.

- Johan (9/5): Great stay - Two floor apt with a great, private terrace on the roof. We were in Seville in mid January so we had breakfast and spent most mornings on the terrace soaking up the sun.
Location is perfect, with everything you want to visit within walking distance. It has dishwasher, washing machine, ac on both floors. A small but functional kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space. Never met an actual person
