• McSweeney (8/5): Overall we had a very comfortable stay. - Communication with the host was excellent and there were no issues finding the property or getting access. The villa was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and we had a very comfortable stay. One of the bedrooms did not have air conditioning. A member of our party had intended to work, the desk was not really suitable, there was a shortage of electric sockets and apparently the wifi was not good enough for online meetings and was very slow for work purposes. (The wifi was fine for checking emails, bank accounts and general use)

• luigi (10/5): FANTASTICO ....DA RIPETERE!!!!!! - Bellissima villa con tutti i confort anche i piu' inimmaginabili (sdraio per il mare , asciugamani da spiaggia, ed accessori sia per la casa che in cucina ) residence nuovo e tranquillo poco fuori dal centro turistico e commerciale, abbiamo passato 10 giorni in completo relax senza nessun problema... a pochi minuti dalla riserva marina di playa papagayo raggiungibile in auto. da rifare nuovamente con gli stessi compagni di viaggio!!!! Alcune strade non ancora segnalate per la zona in continua evoluzione immobiliare... ma con il navigatore siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema

• Padraig (10/5): Really lovely place. Really made our holiday the best yet. - Everything we could possibly want in a holiday accommodation. Rooms were a good size, and heated pool was great. Cynthia was an excellent host, with the communication very good beforehand. Air con only available in two of the three bedrooms. A bit out of town making a car a necessity
• Carol (9/5): Very nice clean spacious well equip villa in quiet area approx 2 klms from centre of Playa Blanca - The villa is lovely and had everything needed for the stay and was very spacious, clean and comfortable - Myself and husband, daughter, partner and baby grandson. The pool was lovely and there were plenty of towels and sun loungers and a table and chairs and plenty of kitchen equipment to cook meals for 4. There was a very well stocked supermarket about a 15 minute walk from the villa next to a wonderful Indian restaurant serving great food. Next to these was a very nice cafe. The area was nicely quiet. I had very good helpful communication from Cynthia. Staff kindly delivered bottled water the following morning. Good to have a washing machine and dish washer in the villa. The beds were comfortable and there is air conditioning if you need it. Getting into the villa could have been easier but it was remedied quickly: Cynthia helpfully sent the code to the key box for the villa a few days before arriving but on arrival at villa complex by taxi at around 20 hours after travelling since morning we could not get in to the complex and it took some time for me to find out the reason with the help of our taxi driver making a phone call and identifying after some time that a different code was needed to enter the gate to the complex. I received this very quickly from Cynthia. A few things in the villa were not ready but Cynthia and staff responded immediately and were very helpful so things turned out well. The Villa is approx 2 kilometres from Playa Blanca centre and may need a car: The villa was a bit further than I expected from Playa Blanca centre about 20/25 minute walk to the Marina Rubicon restaurants and a short distance further on to Playa Blanca centre. We walked from the villa to the Rubicon Centre a few times but felt it was a bit too far to walk and hired a car for the rest of our stay
• Richard (10/5): Really lovely stay in this smart modern villa - Lovely, clean, modern and spacious Villa. Great facilities, superb outside area. Around 10 minutes walk away from the local bars and supermarket. Around 15 minutes walk into Marina Rubicon. There is nothing to dislike about this property, One of the best we have stayed in, on the Island.
