• Karen (8/5): Central location, good for a short stay - The apartment was well equipped, clean , quiet and was very central. We could drop our luggage when we arrived even though we were 4 hours early. The drains gave off an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, kept the door closed so couldn’t smell it in the bedroom. The step into the apartment is quite dangerous. It is on the curve of the staircase , and then you have to step over and down into apartment, very tricky with luggage.

• Millie (9/5): Loved our 4 night stay, perfect location in a spacious apartment - Location, location, location. If you love Soho like we do then the location of this duplex apartment is perfect. Even though you’re in the heart of bustling Soho, you cannot hear any street noise. Easily accessible to many restaurants and bars, also tube stations only a short walk away. Walking up the steep staircase opens the door to a long corridor with ample hanging and storage, along with a door opening to a small terrace. Another door opens to a very spacious living area with two large sofas, dining table and chairs along with a huge TV. WiFi worked amazingly, we logged into Netflix etc with ease. Downstairs housed an enormous bedroom with a dressing table and wardrobe. Loved the amount of storage space in the whole apartment. Then two doors opened as a tiny kitchen and a tiny bathroom. The whole apartment was very clean and we liked how the soft furnishings made it feel homely. A real gem in central London if you’re looking for a large apartment Just one thing we didn’t like was sadly the size of the bathroom. It has a very small shower cubicle (no bath). But we adapted. This won’t put us off though as we are considering to re-book next year.

The flat has actually two stairs in an open space no sound proof, the show room is way too small, the heating system is not working property fortunately the host come to fixed it, but the control panel doesn't work which made the room sometimes too hot too dry impact sleeping qualify

No hi ha forma de tancar-les. No es un apartament per 5 persones, un dels sofas no es sofà llit i es com dormir en un sofà. Seria millor tenir un llit plegable extra a la part de baix que es molt mes espaiosa.

• Yusuf Metin (10/5): all good - We had no trouble finding the place or getting into the apartment—it was very clearly explained in a well-prepared email with helpful photos. It's located right in the heart of Central London, within walking distance of practically every place you’d want to visit in the area. Despite being in such a central location, the “One-Bedroom Apartment” we stayed in was surprisingly quiet. It's just a 5–10 minute walk to several Underground stations, including Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus, and Leicester Square, which together cover five different lines. The grey sofa on the upper floor turns into a double bed when unfolded, and can comfortably accommodate two people around 175–180 cm tall. I think the management should add a photo of this, as it was something I had questions about before arriving. The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, and the speed was quite sufficient—though I had to reset the modem before using it. The kitchen is small but well-equipped for preparing a simple meal or breakfast. We communicated with the staff member, Cata, via the Booking.com app, and he/she responded to our questions quickly—thank you! all good

Host went above and beyond to help with shipping a package, and also quickly brought a fan, since we were in London during a heat wave. Air conditioner worked great upstairs. We walked to all the sites. Great restaurants and vibe in the area. Washer and dryer for clothes was wonderful to have. WiFi is spotty at best. There is one flight of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, the stairs would be tough.

The check in instruction was very clear and simple. We had a great time. The shower is so tiny. Bigger people can find it inconvenient.
