• Andrea (10/5): The villa is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It is huge and spotlessly clean. The host is amenabl - Stunning views, spotless rooms, huge kitchen and dining area, two outdoor terraces, friendly host, close to bus stop or can walk 1.2km into Malaga city. Lots of stairs inside the villa between 4 floors, not suitable for mobility impaired people. Villa is located on a steep slope as well.
• Patrick (10/5): Top Haus - Ideal für eine große freundesrunde - Sehr geräumiges Haus. Viel Platz. Gut ausgestattet. Lage fussläufig zum Strand. Alles in der Nähe was man benötigt. Ausreichend Utensilien Inder Küche und zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch gut dass der Wohnbereich klar vom schlafbereich getrennt ist so kann man in Ruhe am Abend beisammen sitzen auch wenn andere vielleicht schon früher ins Bett gehen. Checkin problemlos und sehr reaktive Vermieterin. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen wenn man mit den kleineren Mängeln leben kann. Ps: Vermutlich eine der besten Matratzen/Betten in denn ich je geschlafen habe. Vom Wohnbereich bis auf die dachterrasse sind es in Summe 4 Etagen. Ohne Lift. Also für ältere Personen vielleicht nicht so ideal. Parken ist allerdings ein Problem. Enge Gassen mit Gegenverkehr und kaum Parkmöglichkeiten. Wer also als große Gruppe mit mehreren pkw kommt wird es schwer haben. Die Reisegruppe sollte sich untereinander gut kennen. Wc und Bäder lassen sich nicht abschließen und sind teils am Gang oder man muss direkt durch ein anderes Schlafzimmer gehen. Wichtig: das Gas nebenan wird kernsaniert. Und bei der Größe wird das sicher noch das ganze Jahr 2026 andauern. Wir hatten teils mit Lärm zu kämpfen. Ein Hinweis wäre wünschenswert gewesen. L'espace commun est très agréable. L'emplacement est top avec le centre qui est à 15 min a pied...que demande de mieux. Et Veronica est au top, disponible et très agréable Si je peux me permettre. Le seul point négatif est qu'il manque une salle de bain en haut. Pour 8 couchages cela fait juste

Alles in einem super Zustand, es fehlte an nichts. Eine tolle Gastgeberin , die uns persönlich begrüßt hat und immer erreichbar war. Nichts- alles bestens !

The villa has everything you could need including gorgeous views of the sea. The location was perfect for us, by the beach and an easy walk into the centre. She was reachable by WhatsApp if we had any further queries. There are great facilities on site for cooking. It's a short walk to the city centre so very convenient. The villa is also close to the beach.

• Grainne (10/5): Would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone.It was just fabulous 🤩 - This villa was absolutely fab.It was even nicer than the pictures show.So much space,super clean and an excellent outdoor area which we spent most of our time with a beautiful view of the sea.There were 9 of us but again villa is so big you feel you have so much space.Lovely quiet area but literally 5 min walk to the beach which had some lovely restaurants to have food or drinks.We walked into the city it took 15-20 mins but a really nice walk also to the harbour that was 10 mins away with more restaurants and a wonderful market.Our host Veronica was a lovely lady and would %100 recommend staying here🤩

She waited for our arrival. Villa was huge, modern and spotlessly clean. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Stairs down to the road near the beach. 20 mins to get into the heart of the city but 5-10 mins to beach. Plenty of seating. Clean bedding and towels- including duvets. Welcome pack of essentials which was very nice when arriving late. Host answered all questions quickly View from the roof top over the sea was stunning. 10 of us stayed and there were still spare beds. Plenty of bathrooms. Near to a good supermarket Wood fire pizza oven. Jacuzzi bath in the on suite was lovely after a day exploring Nothing- couldn’t have been better

The place is impeccable, beautifully and tastefully furnished, and has all what one needs to enjoy a dream vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! A gorgeous villa, fully equipped, clean and tidy, and exceptionally beautiful. The location is amazing, the views from different windows and terraces are gorgeous and it is close to the old city (about 15 minutes of walk) and less than 5 minutes from a fabulous sandy beach. The hostess, Veronica, was super kind and responsive and very accommodating and welcoming. We can’t thank her enough!!! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Vila Teresa. Absolutely nothing negative to say.
