- Trần (10/5): Mọi người nên trải nghiệm, thực sự vượt ngoài kỳ vọng với mức giá trung bình! - Mọi thứ đều xuất sắc. Cám ơn mọi người rất nhiều, dịch vụ rất tận tâm, chu đáo! Có 2 vấn đề nhỏ mà khách sạn có thể lưu ý để mang lại dịch vụ tốt hơn: 1 là vách tường có phần hơi bẩn, 2 là tiếng máy tủ lạnh kêu to quá, phải rút nguồn mới ngủ được.

- Emma (5/5): Totale Enttäuschung, Unverdtändnis für die guten Bewertungen. - Nettes Personal und wir konnten unsere Koffer nach Check Out im Hotel lassen Im Badezimmer haben die Abflüsse mehr als nur unangenehm gerochen. Als wir angereist sind roch es als hätte jemand im Badezimmer geraucht. Außerdem Schimmelbildung in der Dusche. Die Bettlaken hatten Brandlöcher und die Mattratze war alles andere als bequem. Der Höhepunkt: im Essen am Frühstücksbüffet waren lebende Insekten, einfach unakzeptabel. Im Zimmer war eine große Glasscheibe sodass es immer hell wurde sobald jemand im Gang lief. Außerdem ist das Hotel hellhörig, man wacht mit dem Wecker der Nachbarn auf. Die Tür ins Badezimmer ist eine Glas-/Milchglastür mit Spalt an der Seite, lässt sich also nicht schließen.

- Oluwatosin (9/5): Really nice hotel outside of the Old Hanoi. - Really nice hotel...nice rooms, clean and good place to stay with restaurants all around you. The view from the balcony was also really nice. The internet and tv worked really well. The breakfast selection were really good. I was very impressed. A bit difficult to find even with maps.

- Giulia (1/5): Fortemente sconsigliato - NULLA Prima di tutto avevamo prenotato una camera con un letto matrimoniale e invece abbiamo avuto una camera con due letti singoli. Ci hanno detto che l’avrebbero cambiata dalla seconda notte in poi ma questo non è mai stato fatto. La camera era pietosa, piena di capelli dovunque; nel letto nel pavimento e nel bagno. La camera non era affatto insonorizzata e c’erano altri clienti che urlavano e ascoltavano canzoni fino oltre mezzanotte. L’aspirapolvere veniva dato alle 6:30 di mattina, perciò non era possibile riposare. A fine del soggiorno abbiamo dovuto pagare pure il servizio per pulire degli asciugamani che avevamo usato e ciò non era stato menzionato da nessuna parte. Lo staff non parla bene inglese ed è difficile comunicare.

Hôm đầu mình tới do hết phòng,được nâng phòng một đêm với chi phí mình đặt,thật sự trải nghiệm tốt với khách sạn bên nature!

- bao tram (10/5): - 酒店前台接待非常热情，讲话也很温柔大方。 提前寄放东西不小心忘了一部手机，前台帮助收起来的，实在太感谢了！！！ 来河内订酒店很多次了，第一次订到性价比很高的酒店，位置也很好，靠近很多购物店。 房间很干净没有异味，最重要的是酒店的瓶装水是可再使用，以及一次性用具是纸质的，非常环保！ 早餐也相对丰富，味道很赞！ 这个月底会继续带朋友选择 Nature 酒店！！！

Das Zimmer war etwas eng und nicht sehr sauber, die Armaturen im Bad waren schmutzig und der Kühlschrank roch stark nach Schimmel, weshalb ich ihn nicht benutzen wollte. Positiv war allerdings, daß Seife, Duschgel usw. in schönen Mehrwegbehältern war. Auch das Trinkwasser in Glasflaschen und nicht in Plastik. Ich durfte mein Gepäck nach dem Auschecken dort hinterlegen und noch etwas schlendern, bis mein Bus fuhr. Verschmutzte Wände mit Wasserflecken, Schmutzige Armaturen im Ba lô

- Gross (7/5): War okay - Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und hatte viel Ablagefläche. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und landestypisch. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber.... Haarbüschel auf dem Boden. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gemacht, also das Bett....ob die Handtücher frisch waren bezweifle ich. Auch wurde im Bad nix sauber gemacht.

- Thiên (10/5): - Mình đã ở nature các chi nhánh khác, đây là lần đầu tiên mình đến Hà Nội và lại lựa chọn nature. thật sự thì cảm nhận của mình là các bạn rất thân thiện, khách sạn thì sạch sẽ. mình được hỗ trợ checkin sớm, đưa hành lí... phòng mình có ban công rất chill nha. đồ ăn sáng cũng ngon và đa dạng món ❤️ mình sẽ recommended cho gia đình, bạn bè của mình vì sự mến khách và chất lượng của Nature nhé. không những Hà Nội mà còn có các chi nhánh khác.
