• Felipe (9/5): Muy buen hostal en Natales - El alojamiento estaba limpio, camas muy cómodas, atención y check in impecable. Calefacción y Baños muy buenos. Cuando llegamos a las 19h había un servicio de construcción afuera de nuestra habitación con mucho ruido. Entendemos que puede suceder y no afecto nuestra experiencia, pero me pareció demasiado tarde y ruidoso tener los trabajadores ahí afuera de nuestra pieza.
• Flor (10/5): Calidez, preocupados de los detalles. - El ambiente es súper cálido y hogareño, te hacen sentir en casa, está todo siempre limpio, huele bien y tiene muchos detalles que Marcan la diferencia. La distancia del centro de la ciudad puede ser algo que lo perjudique, pero es caminable. Pero está a unas 2 cuadras del terminal de buses, así que una cosa por otra.

• Sarah (7/5): - Comfortable facilities and friendly staff, large rooms and great bathrooms. Sandra the owner is friendly and also let us leave our bags while we hiked the W trek. Unfortunately after notifying ahead of time that we needed a late check in after hiking in Torres del Paine, we were left on the doorstep late at night.

Only one roll of toilet paper for multiple days, check-in for my friend was 1300, she didnt bother to show up to checkin my friend until 1400, blind didn't close in bedroom so no privacy, towels were stained and gross, place wasnt very clean, location was quite a walk to downtown, wifi was very slow.

• Carlos (9/5): Estancia muy agradable - Habitación limpia y bonita decoración. Zonas comunes muy cuidadas y agradables. Hay que dar un paseo de unos 10-15 minutos para ir al centro en un entorno seguro y con buenos acerados. Si la idea es ir a las Torres de Paine y hacer trekking por la zona, eso no puede ser ningún impedimento. A 5 minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses. Nos gustó todo
• Michael (1/5): Never again - Saubere Bettwäsche This accommodation was terrible. We slept in room 2, under the stairs, next to the reception. You can hear everything in this place; the walls are very thin. Whenever someone in another room talks, showers, flushes the toilet, or uses the sink, it's unbearably loud. You wake up every time; the noise, especially from the toilet and shower, is deafening. Our neighbors showered daily between 11:00 PM and midnight, or in the morning at 5:00 AM. Other rooms were used, for example, to get up to use the toilet during the night. You automatically wake up. In addition, there was a small speaker outside our room. I asked the owner and the staff member about 10-15 times to please turn the music off, as we could hear it in the room. Nevertheless, the speaker was usually turned back on after 30 minutes. The owner is unreasonable, unfriendly, and doesn't cater to any needs. I've been to over 60 countries, but I've never encountered such an unfriendly owner. The breakfast is an outrage for a bed and breakfast. Six days straight, the same thing: cheese, awful bread, and two small yogurts. Always the same.

• Cristina (10/5): - El llit i els coixins eren de luxe. Vaig dormir com un àngel. Estava super net i tenia molts detallets que la feien molt acollidora. L’aigua sortia super calenta enseguida i amb molta pressió. Tot i que està una mica lluny del centre va ser un bon encert i repetiria El bany feia una mica de mala olor per les clavegueres
• Saskia (10/5): Empfehlung für einen entspannten Aufenthalt - Ein herzliches Team hat uns einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Zimmer und Rezeption sind liebevoll eingerichtet, bei Fragen z.B.. zu Ausflügen konnte man und sofort weiter helfen und es war möglich, nach dem Check out die Koffer noch ein paar Stunden dort zu lassen um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Standort liegt ruhig, aber nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bushof entfernt, sehr praktisch für die An- und Abreise.
• Jorge Antonio (10/5): Viaje a Puerto Natales: Cabalgata y trekking a base de Torres del Paine - La hostal nos recibió con una calidez que se siente apenas cruzar la puerta: un espacio verdaderamente acogedor, cómodo y sorprendentemente silencioso, ideal para descansar después de días intensos. El personal, siempre atento y amable, hizo que cada detalle pareciera pensado para hacernos sentir en casa. Los desayunos fueron un punto alto: ricos, generosos y preparados con dedicación. Incluso tuvieron la gentileza de permitirnos empacar el desayuno cuando salimos temprano rumbo a la Base de las Torres del Paine, un gesto simple pero tremendamente valioso para quienes viajan con el tiempo justo y la mochila llena de expectativas. Además, contaban con merchandising encantador, perfecto para llevar un recuerdo auténtico del viaje. Y como si fuera poco, nos recomendaron una cabalgata que terminó siendo sencillamente inolvidable: una experiencia que conectó paisaje, tranquilidad y aventura en un solo momento. Una estadía que no solo cumplió, sino que elevó la experiencia completa del viaje.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Piękny hotel, przemiła właścicielka, wspaniała atmosfera! - Wszystko! Pani Sandra jest niezwykle uprzejmą i ciepłą osobą, od progu człowiek czuje się jak w domu. Pokój czysty, zadbany, łóżko wygodne, każdy szczegół dopracowany! Kiedy wyszliśmy w góry, mogliśmy zostawić duże plecaki w hotelu. Dodatkowo dostaliśmy śniadanie na wynos. Kiedy wróciliśmy (późnym wieczorem kilka dni później) pokój był gotowy, bagaże w naszym pokoju, śniadanie na następny dzień też już przygotowane. Wspaniale miejsce, warto zostać tam dłużej! Nie było takiej rzeczy. Wszystko było super 😊
