• Andrew (7/5): Excellent service from the apartment managers but would not stay there again. - The service was excellent in all aspects. The person who greeted us was polite, punctual and informed us very well. The flat manager was also responsive and efficient as she promptly replied when we had a question and allowed us a two-hour extension on the last day, which was very important to us as our flight had been delayed. The kitchen was small but all right with all essentials including a washing-machine, a kettle and a toaster. The wi-fi worked well. The bed was comfortable. There was ample space for clothes and other items. Locations was also good, as it's near the undergound, restaurants and shops. The water in the bathroom was hot enough. It was quiet. It was clean. The building has 24-hour security surveillance plus a concierge. In general the apartment could be in better conditions. There are several signs stuck on the walls that say "don't lean on the bathtub glass screen", "be careful when you raise the blinds" and "don't turn both air conditioners on at the same time". I believe that a flat for short-time rent should have a stable screen on the bath, well-repaired blinds and electrical wiring that withstands at least two air conditioners on. The apartment was quiet but had no view and no direct sunshine so it took clothes and towels a long time to dry. The bathroom ceiling could do with a coat of paint, as well as the bathroom walls.
