• Brahim (1/5): - At the receptionist, the cleaner was welcoming us. She didn’t know the room we had to wait for someone to tell her. They don’t have a PC to check all booking. The room was dirty, it looks like they didn’t clean it before
• Mohammed (1/5): لم يكونو صادقين معي - حجزت من التطبيق وتم تاكيد الحجز على الايميل وفي نفس الدقيقة اتصلوا قالوا متى سوف تصل للفندق قلت لهم بعد اربع ساعات وعند وصولي تفاجئت بأن الغرفة فيها مشكلة في الحمام / الصرف الصحي واعطوني غرفة بديلة بائسة ومكانها لم يصلح لسكن عائله ورفضت ذلك والغيت الحجز . علما انهم لم يخبروني طوال مدة وصولي لكي احجز في غير فندق وكان الوقت متاخر وفي ذلك اليوم اغلب الفنادق Full وبصعوبة حصلت على حجز بسعر مناسب ومعقول . مع الاسف المصداقيه عندهم لا تساوي شيء ، تأكدو ألف مره من اختيار الفندق قبل الحجز.

• Ulysses (10/5): You will breakfast watching pyramids. - Hotel nearby the pyramids, so view from the roof is realy fantastic. Room was nice and clean, very comfortable bad and super fast wifi. Special thanks for receptionist Mustafa, he kindly answer on all our questions. There no hotel name outside.

• CELINE (3/5): En arrivant 1 chambre au lieu de 2 ! - La veille de notre arrivée j’ai reçu un message pour me dire qu’il y avait un problème. J’avais réservé 2 chambres il ils en avaient seulement une. En arrivant sur place on me proposait une chambre d’hôtel avec 4 lits donc j’ai refusé et nous avons pu trouver via Booking.com un autre hôtel dans le même quartier.

• Samavia (1/5): Never book this hotel - My husband and I were travelling from Germany and we had booked a one night stay at this hotel. We arrived at the location, only to find no hotel there. We asked the local residents and they said this is a scam as other people also come here looking for this hotel. My husband and I still searched around for the hotel for one hour. We sent a lot of texts to this hotel and also called on their number but no one picked up. We ended up booking another room which cost us a lot of money because it was a last minute booking. Please be careful with this hotel and try to contact the hotel before booking. I contacted the Booking.com custmer service to get the refund. I am honestly surprised how this hotel has such great reviews. A BIG SCAM!

• Chernishova (8/5): Overall I am happy with everything except the nuances of cleanliness in the room. I gave it a good rating - The staff is polite and very welcoming. The view of the pyramids and the balcony are a big plus. I arranged a camel and bike ride from the hotel, everything went very well. everything that happens in the hallway is very audible in the room, a couple of times I woke up because of the loud conversations of the staff, once even because of their conflict with each other, but to be fair, I will clarify that this was after 10 am. I was there for 5 days and my room was not cleaned even once. Initially, the room was not very clean. There was a shard of glass in the sink, which I cut my finger on without noticing it.
• Kelvin (9/5): Superb - Location as advertised. Very new. Very clean. Very friendly staff who were really accommodating trying to work around the English/ Arabic difference (Google Translate, plus one of their guys called Mustafa). And pretty nice breakfast. It's on 3rd floor, with no lift. And also a bit of a hassle finding the place.

• Annamaria (10/5): It was a perfect choice to stay in this hotel to compare to other accomodations. - Very friendly receptionists. The owner of the place is very polite and kind, and he tried to please us with everything we asked for. We liked the options for great Egyptian lunch or dinner that are included in the price of the tours they provided. The tours were fantastic, we got to see all the real Egyptian stuff that we went for. The drivers at the locations were extremely polite and friendly. The view of the pyramids from the balcony and from the top of the building (where you eat) is amazing! Communication mostly in written form or with language translator apps, as they don't speak English. Also, breakfast could have been more variety. Noise from outside is quite loud through the balcony door.
• Sara (7/5): Nice view - The view, we were happy to have the room with the pyramids view When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we needed to pay more than what was indicated on the Booking reservation. They told us that if we canceled the Booking reservation, they could offer us a different price. In the end, after I informed Booking about the problem, it was resolved and I received my money back. We did not always get the breakfast, we had to remind them about it or we would not get it.

• Natasha (10/5): We had a excellent night. It was a short stay, just to sleep a bit, but it was a worth it Power Nap. Bed is really god a - The place is new and super clean. Bedroom really comfy, good bed. Big balcony, table and chairs. Bathroom ok, hot water and also clean. The view is beautiful, trees make the difference. The reception guys are very kinds! It doesnt have a name at the main door. And isnt the same hotel name at reception. Uber couldnt find, he has to call to property to drop us off at the right building. Its inside a building. 3rd and 4th floor. No lifts. Could be difficult with suitcases or low mobility.
• Amer (9/5): Superb - The hotel is very nice on the top 2 floors of a building. From the balcony you have a great view of the pyramids and the rooftop terrace is great for enjoying breakfast or spending the evening there. The rooms are very clean with nice and modern furniture. The bathroom is also great and clean. All is working perfectly and the owners are very nice and accommodating. The hotel recently opened so everything is new. No noise cancellation from the balcony windows but if you have ear plugs it should not be a problem
• Nadine (9/5): Superb - View of one of the pyramids from your balcony. You will find yourself about 1km away: Sphinx of Giza. Very helpful staff. Very clean room given the surrounding dust. In short! Beautiful place in a lively and secure area. I recommend it.
