• Annemarie (9/5): Een heerlijke plek, niet ver van strand, zee en lekkere restaurants - Een goede ligging en prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De stoelen op het balkon zijn best hoog voor wat kleinere mensen, een voetenbank of iets zou een tip zijn.

• Shafeeq (10/5): A perfectly equipped apartment with a great view in the heart of the tourist zone. - Steve, my host, was quick and responsive with communication. He and Eva have really thought of everything a guest would need for their stay. I forgot to bring an adapter. There was one on the counter. The apartment is well equipped. The stay was perfection. The direct ocean view is wonderful to wake up to. Also, it was very convenient having the bus stop for the Larnaca Airport Express Bus just steps away from the apartment. The weather...but I don't blame Steve and Eva for that :)

• Keith (10/5): A true gem and only wish we could have stayed longer - The property was located just a short walk from the bus stop serving the grand hotel, owners provided good directions. Once inside we opened the blinds to a fantastic view of the coast. The apartment had every thing you could possibly need for a comfortable stay Wish we could have stayed longer To go into Limassol the no 30 bus from bus stop above takes you to most locations Absolutely nothing

• Marta (7/5): Szép kilátás, kényelmetlen ágy - A szállásadó gyorsan válaszolt mindig, segítőkész volt és a bejutáshoz küldött térkép nagy segítség volt. A kilátás szép volt, a tenger látszik az ablakból. A szállás mögötti út már autópálya, jók a nyílászárók, de behallatszik a forgalom. Az ágy keskeny (140 cm szerintem), a matrac régi, kifeküdt, foltos. Tettek rá egy fedőmatracot, amitől nagyon puha lett, ezt levettük és akkor láttuk a matrac állapotát. A kanapé sem tűnt tisztának. Takaró nem volt az ágyon, a szekrényben találtunk, de nem volt hozzá huzat, gondolom mindenki huzat nélkül használta, ez a gondolat zavaró volt, nem túl higiénikus így.
• John (10/5): Fantastic sea view apartment at quiet outskirts of a limmasol - This is a perfect location for travelling around the area.. The bus stop is at the gate.. Easy access to limassol harbour etc.. There are several very good beaches within easy walking distance.. The sea is calm and excellent for swimming.. Good eating houses not far away, easy.Walking distance.. The hosts are very accommodating and will attend to any problems you have very quickly.. We thoroughly recommend this location for a good stay at limassol There is nothing not to like as the description about The accommodation is spot on, so there are no surprises about a lack of something, etc.

It was spotlessly clean, perfectly located, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommended!

Great views from the sea and right next to a bus airport stop. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Maybe that the iron was not working, but was not such a problem. Everything was great
• JZ (10/5): - Es ist super dort. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, daher war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür einfach Top. Ich mochte besonders die Aussicht, bei Tag und bei Nacht. Wenn ihr einen leichten Schlaf habt, nehmt euch Ohropax mit.

The bathroom was a good size and nice shower with high pressure. Abundance of hot water. Big tv screen with comfortable sofas. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Nice big fridge. Loved the ceiling fans. AC worked great. Location was amazing. Just a short drive to all the favourite locations. I would highly recommend.

• Anna-Maria (10/5): - Very clean with all the necessities in kitchen bedroom and bathroom. Amazing view and was pleasantly surprised to find freshly cut fruit in the fridge to welcome us. Would definitely consider visiting again. Found it a bit challenging to enter the premises but once i got hold of the owner she immediately helped us.
• David (9/5): A great property which was well located and in great condition - Thankyou - Everything is well set out. This is a lovely place to stay - I recommend it to anyone. Outside the green door there is a passage that leads to the elevator. Right outside the green door is a sliding window - When that sliding window is open - there is a lot of traffic noise from the road.
• Karina (10/5): Very beautiful flat - I liked everything the only advice for others to be careful with neighbours, they are strange, a bit crazy, trying to spy you and better not to make noise... And the other advise don't get scared that you can't understand much inside the residence, better call the owner, especially when you arrive in the darkness. Its not easy to understand where to go but the owner explains very clear and helps a lot!
• Lorenc (10/5): I would definitely book again - The apartment is well equipped, very modern and clean. It also has a private parking space if driving. The location is also good and only about 5-8 minutes walk to the nearest beach, where the sun beds cost cheaper than anywhere in Europe based on my experience, (€7.50 for two beds and the umbrella). if you are not driving there's reliable public transport 5 minutes walk from the apartment that takes you to Limassol Town centre and the marina. Steve was very helpful and quick to respond for anything. Overall there wasn't anything I didn't like.

• Marcus (10/5): Awesome Stay at Green Door - Had a fantastic stay at Green Door. Communication was good and fast, directions were clear and check in and out was easy. The property was safe, Wifi excellent, nice balcony with view, comfy bed, kitchen utensils and even tea, coffee and fruit 😁 Awesome 👌
• Ciprian (9/5): Gilda&Ciprian - Cozy appartement with all what you need inside. It is big and the fact that the night area is separated by the day area it wonderfull(this app has a living room and a dorm) A big balcony where you can have a look on the sea, 10 minutes walking distance from a beautifull beach (we where swiming in the sea om 19th of october). A lot of restaurants nearby and stores. In front of the villa there is a bus stop from where you can take the buss directly to Larnaca Airport. On the other side of the road is the buss stop directly from Larnaca Airport. A little bit far away from the city centre but there is a bus in front of the villa. The main problem is that the busses stops are not higlighted enough and more than this they don't have a program of the busses. The only way to reach city centre is by Bolt (which works pretty fine).

• Aleksandr (10/5): I want to live here - If you need something, it's already here: tea, coffee, even some food, emergency kit, a lot of small helpful things. Very clean, very comfortable apartment. Water temperature and pressure are excellent. The main gate didn't open by calling for some reason, but stuff quickly helped to open it.

• Kevin (9/5): Honest review - The place was spotlessly clean and very modern, views were fantastic, it was minutes walk to a bakery, a little supermarket, and some restaurants, we hired a car so found the place without any issues but the electronic gate wouldn't work for us but the owner dropped a remote fob the next day which worked fine, everything that you need was in the apartment, beach towels, even a beach bag, even sun lotion etc We couldn't use the pool as it was green with algae and looked like a swamp, this was not down to the owner personally but the community that the apartment is on, the location is ok you have a square with a few restaurants near but was upmarket and quite expensive, we strolled across the road and turned right along the beach walk to the Elias Beach Hotel, we ate and drank in their beach bar which was lovely and cheaper and then went back the next day and asked the barman if we could pay to use the pool, he was very nice and said just carry on and say I said if you get asked, we spent the day there it was absolutely fantastic

The balcony is a lovely addition to the space and we ate all our meals out there looking out to the Mediterranean. Gorgeous views! The location is great - close to the beach and plenty of nice little restaurants in walking distance. The complex felt very safe and was well kept and the pool is lovely, quiet and warm. Nothing! It was great

Hard to find - Was decent and had anything you need for an overnight All that with the entrance and calling to open the gate etc was really confusing as Google maps sends you to another gate… then you have to check the instructions again, search around to figure out which one is your apparent.. we’ve lost more than 30’ searching around.

• Wl (9/5): A good, recommendable place - Stayed only for one night, so we didn’t mind the small shortcomings. Like an oven handle that is in the way to open a kitchen drawer, bedside lamps that didn’t work/stopped working, a toaster with some connection problems. We left a note for the owner, whop responded and we feel pretty sure they will have a look at it. These are things that can’t be repaired of no one reports it. (Unless the owner checks everything each day which is hard to expect). Both overstocked (kitchenutensils) and understocked (China and just one small pot and pan) Once on the premises the route to the parking space in the instruction is not exact. But the sign ‘Private space’ ultimately shows you where to park. Key procedure clear and easy. Generally it is a good, recommendable place. It's on ths least interesting east side of Limassol. We were heading west to Kolossi, Kourion, Petra tou Romio. But it looked like the best deal in the Limassol area. And definitely good enough.

• Ian (9/5): nice for a couple - nice clean apartment, everything looks new has its own pool and a small playground not far from cafes and kiosks apartment is small but not that expensive 10 minutes walk to the beach and small park easy to find host is very responsive a bit too small for 4 ppl, sofa bed is very uncomfortable, curtains in the living room are heated so much by the sun so they start working as a heater themselves and it becomes very hot, shared playground is old and half broken, there's no indication of the apartment outside of the building, so i had to run around a bit to look for them

AC in living room and bedroom, however, during a hot day only the bedroom stays really cool. Parking available, bus stop for Limassol and airport also very close. Small market nearby and two beaches a few steps further.
