• Sebastian (9/5): Pleasant stay with very friendly host - The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was very concerned about our well-being. The bed's mattress felt a bit worn. Parking is a bit difficult and requires the support of the host to avoid fines.

The location couldn't have been better and so central to all I wanted to see. The room was spotlessly clean with a new-like bathroom. The room was so quiet with a great view out to the river.

• Vera (9/5): - Die Lage der Pension ist super 😃. Direkt in der Altstadt inmitten von wunderschönen alten Gebäuden. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker 😋. Die Zimmer sind geräumig Es ist sehr schwierig mit dem Auto zu der Pension zu gelangen. Selbst mit Navi war es nicht möglich sie zu finden. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind schlecht, vor allem wenn in Deutschland Feiertage sind. Am besten man sucht sich bei der nahegelegenen Kirche einen Parkplatz und läuft dann zur Pension

The best part of our stay was meeting the staff, who were super friendly and gave us champaigne (it was New Year's eve), and treated us to coffee and tasty cake for breakfast. It is quite expensive. The 2 beds were in a small space while there was another, bigger (empty) space on the other side of the room.

• Natalja (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Das Zimmer war absolut nichts besonderes. Sehr schäbig eingerichtet. Es gab dort auch kein Hotelpersonal, die Schlüsselübergabe fand durch den Kellner statt, der in dem Restaurant arbeitet. Es wurde als eine Pension beschrieben, dort gab es aber kein Frühstück. Das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber. Wenn man aus dem Zimmer rausgegangen ist,war man sofort in einem Flur,was nach Küche/Essen gerochen hat. Ich bin nach einer Nacht abgereist und habe ein tolles Spa Hotel gefunden,was noch günstiger war. Karlsbad hat so viele tolle und liebevolle Hotels, diese Vermietung bietet den Gästen absolut nichts. Der Preise für so ein lieblosen Zimmern ist schon ziemlich wucher. Ich komme aus München und bin oft in Karlsbad, es war bis jetzt das schlechteste Zimmer in dem ich war.

• Ágnes (9/5): Nagyon kedves és segítőkèsz volt a személyzet. - Nem volt hűtő a szobában
• Tomáš (9/5): Vše v pořádku, přijemný personál, pěkný pokoj, satelitní TV, voda zdarma - Utulný penzion uprostřed kolonády, příjemný personál, čistota Z nějakého důvodu jsem měl mokré prosteradlo a polštář nejspíše nedosušené. Jinak žádné výhrady.
• Sonja (9/5): Wunderbare kleine Pension in der Altstadt - Die Pension liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt ein Restaurant im Haus. Die Pizza war köstlich. Leider gibt es wegen fehlendem Personal kein Frühstück. Aber wir haben morgens Kaffee bekommen und als Ausgleich noch 2 Fläschchen regionalen Rotwein und Erdnüsse. Der Gastgeber gibt sich größte Mühe und ist supernett. Er brachte netterweise und unaufgefordert auch noch ein zweites Mal Kaffee. Total lieb. Eine klare Empfehlung! Lediglich die Parkraumsituation könnte man bemängeln. Aber das gilt ja für ganz Karlsbad, es gibt halt wenig Platz. Wir wurden aber vom Gastgeber gleich auf die App Vary Virtual hingewiesen, mit der man in Zone 1 vergünstigt parken kann. Das ist Service.
• Liana (8/5): - В номере аккуратно. Ремонт свежий, мебель новая. Удобный твердый матрас. Отличное месторасположение с видом на гейзер. В номере есть мини холодильник. Маленькая мелочь - в ванной не была заменена туалетная бумага и не был заправлен дозатор жидкого мыла, но нам это быстро исправили. Одна только розетка возле кровати да и в нее подключена настольная лампа. Под батареей был найден грязный носок от предыдущих жильцов.

• Karl-Kurt (6/5): Schön aber umständlich. - Die Lage war Traumhaft. Direkt in der Kurzone von Karlstadt. Das Frühstück hätte beim zu zahlenden Preis inklusive sein können. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz für ein Auto. Der Weg vom Parkhaus zur Unterkunft ist steil und mit Koffern schwer zu gestalten. Kartenzahlung nur mit Kreditkarte (Visa-, Master- und American-Express Karte)

• Toyly (1/5): Was forced to leave, because food and snacks are not allowed in the room. - Apparently, no food and snacks are allowed in the room. This was not stated before I booked the room. On the second day of the stay hotel owner suggested that we either don't bring food and snacks in the room or check-out of the hotel. So, basically, my way or the highway. Generally, hotel is empty, no one stayed there except for us. Presumably, it wasn't worth it for the hotel owner to run the hotel and services for only us, as such he decided to just force us out. Do not recommend the hotel.
