La casa estaba muy limpia y es muy espaciosa La comunicacion con el dueño fue un poco estresante y dificil. No fue hasta ultimo momento cuando respondio a los mensajes. • MickyVisc (9/5): Soggiorno a Firenze - L'appartamento seppure con qualche anno sulle spalle era molto accogliente, dotato di ogni confort, c'era addirittura la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde disponibili. L'appartamento era molto spazioso, ma molto molto grande. Il proprietario è attento a tutto e si prodiga affinchè gli ospiti stiano bene. La zona è molto bella perchè sei sull'Arno nei pressi del consolato USA, puoi passeggiare lungo L'Arno ma sei comunque a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Dovessi tornare a Firenze tornerei qui.

Le logement est très bien équipé. Dans un quartier central mais calme. Dans une petite cour. Ben les voitures dans la petite cour.

• Collod (9/5): - L'emplacement est très bien et très tranquille. On ne s'attendait pas à avoir un logement aussi grand. Vraiment génial. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé. Rien d'important ne nous a déçu. Si peut être refaire la photo de l'emplacement de la boîte à clé car depuis il y en a eu d'autres et vu les codes sur les autres on n'est pas les seuls à avoir tout essayé avant de trouver. Donc peut être refaire une mise a jour des photos expliquant comment faire son self check-in

• Andrea (8/5): - L'appartamento è grande. Una camera da letto con bagno e il soppalco che avevo accesso ad un'altro bagno sotto. La posizione è molto bella e comoda! Il soggiorno è andato benissimo. L'entrata all'appartamento era un po' "spaventoso", mi aspettavo una porta d'entrata normale. Il bagno "singolo" aveva pezzi rotti e pieno di calcare.
• LUIS (1/5): - Nada Es muy cuestionable que Booking ofrezca un alojamiento tan sucio y peligroso, con instalaciones enmohecidas y malolientes, conexiones eléctricas sin protección y sobrecargadas, mobiliario roto, en mal estado, insuficiente o sucio. Pero si todo esto no es suficiente, lamentablemente ese antro está regentado por un individuo chulesco, desafiante y provocador, que a diario nos ha molestado con mensajes insultantes o amenazantes e imaginarias ofensas. Ha entrado en el piso en dos ocasiones en nuestra ausencia y contra nuestra voluntad. Pese a quejarnos de su conducta y de las muy deficientes condiciones del alojamiento, y solicitar el cambio, no fuimos realojados, teniendo que padecer a ese tipo y las incomodidades del habitáculo hasta el fin de la estancia. Tenemos abundantes imágenes y mensajes que avalan todo lo descrito y se las queremos hacer llegar. Y por ello les solicitamos una dirección de correo a la que poder aportarlo.
• Norberto (8/5): - Acomodação bem localizada e estava preparada para no receber. O anfitrião encaminhou mensagens prévias à nossa chegada e reforçou as orientações para acesso. Anfitrião muito educado e atencioso. A acomodação um pouco antiga que resgata um sentimento nostágico.

• oliwia (2/5): Obiekt do generalnego remontu, BRUD - Lokalizacja Od razu po wejściu do obiektu zaatakował nas ostry zapach stęchlizny, który utrzymywał się przez cały pobyt pomimo wietrzenia pomieszczeń. Ponadto wszędzie panował brud, prysznice wyglądały jakby dawno były nieczyszczone, były widoczne włosy na brodziku po poprzednikach, w toalecie zastaliśmy zaschnięty mocz, dostaliśmy białe ręczniki z brązowymi plamami. Materace są znacząco mniejsze, niż rama łóżka, w nocy obudziłam się z "dziurą", gdyż szczeble w łóżku wypadły.

Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, clean and tidy, good showers with plenty of hot water. Very quiet and good security with locked gate entrance. Overall very good value for money. Outside area was lovely to have but could do with a bit of tidying.

• Jeffrey (7/5): Gone too soon. - Iacopo was a great host, the location right across from the Arno was fantastic. It breaks my heart that we had to vacate after one night, things went beyond Iacopo's control, and he helped us find a new place in Florence. If he would welcome us back, we wouldn't hesitate to say yes.
