• SERGE67 (4/5): Hotel bruyant et quartier moyen. - La proximité du centre-ville est quasiment le seul point positif de cet hôtel. L'hôtel est bruyant, ne demandez surtout pas une chambre au calme, on vous attribue une chambre au rdc donnant sur la rue et vous entendez bien les toilettes de la chambre d'à côté...Le quartier est moyen. Le wifi est défaillant. La télé ne donne pas accès à grand-chose, bref, je pense qu'on peut trouver mieux;

На ней есть абсолютно всё, плита, раковина, кофемашина, холодильник, очень много посуды. Есть зона столиков на улице, но погода не позволила воспользоваться ей. Правда за 4 дня в комнате не убирали и не выносили мусор. Уборка номеров.

• Eugénie (9/5): Avec un jardin pour se reposer au calme après une journée de visite! - Le jardin est vraiment génial pour se reposer au calme après une journée de visite, surtout avec des enfants. La cuisine est un atout, pour manger tranquille et économiser. L'emplacement est idéal, tout proche des transports en commun, et du centre accessible à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables. La literie est très confortable. Je recommande vivement !

Cheuveux sur les serviettes mises à disposition . La douche bouchée par des cheveux. Taches sur le sol de la salle de bain Chambre « Pace » qui donne sur la rue sans double vitrage et on entends tous les bruits de la rue et on entends tout les bruits des personnes qui passent dans les escaliers . Plus la porte de l’immeuble qui claque.

Nice treat with complimentary coffee and croissants in the common kitchen, lovely garden and very friendly staff. Walking distance to Termini and Coloseum, 3 minutes fro metro/buses/trams. I'd definitely stay there again. If you are a light sleeper consider the rooms facing garden.

W łazience kosmetyki. Dostępne zestawy ręczników dla każdego. Oprócz tego wspólna kuchnia i taras. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Na koniec pobytu możliwość przechowania bagazu.Ważne było też samodzielne zameldowanie. Dzień przed właściciel dzwonił zapytać kiedy się nas spodziewać. W pokoju na dole dziwny zapach. • Amelia (5/5): Give this place a miss. - Convenient location - we could walk to pretty much all the major sightseeing locations and eating areas. The bathroom was pretty nasty - it was not clean, there was mould in the shower recess, the shower head did not work properly and the shower did not drain, so the floor of the bathroom flooded quickly. The sink drain plug was mouldy and covered in hair. Also facilities in the shared kitchen were not fantastic - the kettle had lots of scale build up, which would break away into the water you were boiling, even after I rinsed it several times. The dishes in the dishwasher had mould on them, it was obvious it had been run and left to sit for a long time without being emptied. The kitchen was dark and a bit dingy, and not a pleasant place to sit. The garden area was nicer, but it was far to hot to sit in when we were visiting.

Die Ausstattung war teilweise in keinem guten Zustand (zum Beispiel wurden kaputte Dinge mit Klebeband provisorisch zusammengehalten), das Zimmer sah nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern und -das, was unseren Aufenthalt am meisten beeinträchtigt hat- nachts kam jemand mit Schlüssel ins Zimmer, während wir schliefen, wodurch wir sehr erschrocken sind und uns danach nicht mehr wohl gefühlt haben. Als wir die Mitarbeiter darauf aufmerksam machten, haben sie uns zunächst abgespeist und sind der Sache erst nach bestimmter Aufforderung nachgegangen…

Se ofera gratuit accessul la o chicineta Pe toata durata sejurului NU A EXISTAT APA CALDA! Destul de murdare dormitoarele, baile si bucataria. Se percepe o taxa pentru curatenie, dar nu se efectueaza. Gradina din spate, care este foarte frumoasa, este neingrijita. NU recomand!
• Fabrice (5/5): Hébergement bien situé mais de qualité surévaluée au niveau tarifaire - Emplacement commode à quelques minutes d'une station de métro Rue très calme Literie confortable Salle de bain/WC spacieux Chambre spacieuse Absence d'eau chaude durant TOUT le séjour soit 4 jours. Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on ne nous prévienne pas à la réservation car le problème était déjà en cours, ni lors de notre arrivée sur les lieux. Pas de couverture en plus à disposition (les nuits étaient assez fraiches). Porte-fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure mais pas de rideau (il y a bien 2 pattes pour tringle mais en piteux état), si bien qu'il a fallu vivre à la lueur de la lumière électrique. De plus, cette porte-fenêtre ne ferme pas bien et il est aisé de l'ouvrir de l'extérieur d'un coup d'épaule.

The hotel sign in the street is too small to be spotted easily.

• Kh. Jam (8/5): The house is the right size, comfortable, clean and quiet. - Easy access to public transportation, metro and bus just a few minutes away. The location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, and one may hardly get annoyed by cars or motorcycles passing by. We arrived around noon time and despite the message from the owner that we can arrive any time and leave our luggage till the room is ready, there was no one in the house to answer the door and even the owner was not available through his mobile phone. It took us around an hour at the door till we received a call from the owner and managed to enter using the entry code. Maybe they forgot to send us the entry codes earlier.

• Elif (1/5): Korkunç - Hiçbir şeyini beğenmedik. Tesisin konumu çok farklıydı navigasyondan baktığımızda bizi sürekli farklı noktaya gönderiyordu. Hatta bir ara sırf bu yüzden dolandırıldığımızı düşündük çünkü hiçbiryerde bu otelle alakalı bir şey görmedik. Zaten otelde değilmiş evmiş otel yazmasına rağmen ev çıktı. Gece 11 gibi adresi bulduk fakat zile bastığımızda açan olmadı o zaman bunun aslında bir Airbnb olduğunu fark ettik. Booking üzerinden ev sahibine yazdık bize çok geç cevap verdi bu süre zarfında kapıda kaldık karanlık ve ıssız bir sokak olduğu için epey bir korktuk. İçeri girdiğimizde bulmaca çözer gibi odamızı ve anahtarı aldık tamamen sessiz kimsenin yaşadığından habersizdik odayı bulduğumuzda korkunç bir oda olduğunu fark ettik. Duvarlarda tüyler ürpertici tablolar ve yatak başlarında biblolar vardı. Klima sadece soğuk üflüyor hiçbir şekilde sıcağa açamadı içerisi çok havasız ve kötü kokuyordu. yatakta toplu olmasına rağmen iç kısımlarında erkek saçı olduğunu düşünebileceğim kısa saçlar vardı. Banyoya girdiğimizde Duşakabin tamamen flu olacak şekilde kirliydi aynı zamanda banyonun içerisindeki sabunları koymamız için olan bölüm tamamen paslıydı. Sifonu çektiğimizde ekstra korkunç bir ses duyuyorsunuz ve bu gürültü çok uzun bir süre kalıyor, odanın kapısı tam olarak kapanmıyor asla kendinizi güvende hissedebileceğininiz bir yer olduğunu düşünmüyorum. yorum yapanlara güvenerek gelmiştik fakat kimse buranın ev olduğundan bahsetmemiş aklınızda olsun ne kadar ev yazılsa da filtrelediğiniz de otel olarak karşınıza çıkıyor.

• Ad (5/5): Schöner alter Palazzo mit Charme, aber es fehlt an Komfort, Sauberkeit und funktionierender Ausstattung. - Das Gebäude selbst ist wirklich sehr schön – ein alter Palazzo mit besonderem Charme. Man spürt, dass hier viel Geschichte und Potenzial steckt. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Untergeschoss, was auf den ersten Blick durchaus praktisch erscheint. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben: • Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, und beim Öffnen der Gartentür gelangen viele Mücken ins Zimmer. Ein Insektenschutzgitter würde hier sicherlich helfen. • Das Zimmer wurde offenbar kürzlich gestrichen, allerdings nicht sehr professionell – überall finden sich Farbspritzer. • Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, allerdings recht dunkel und feucht. Entsprechend riecht es auch nach Feuchtigkeit. • Das Badezimmer wirkt etwas ungepflegt: Das Wasser im Lavabo läuft schlecht ab, und in der Dusche sind alte Schimmelspuren sichtbar. • Der Fernseher (Live TV) funktionierte nicht. • Die Kommunikation gestaltet sich schwierig, da das Personal weder Italienisch noch wirklich Englisch spricht. Man merkt, dass sich das Team bemüht – es fehlt aber etwas an Sorgfalt, Liebe zum Detail und professioneller Kommunikation, um das Potenzial dieses schönen Hauses wirklich auszuschöpfen.
• Cleuza (6/5): - O tamanho do quarto é muito bom, bem espaçoso. Na verdade eram 2 ambientes com 1 banheiro e 1 frigobaŕ. O colchão de um dos quartos era bom, mas do outro, não. Do colchão de um dos quartos, que na verdade era um sofá-cama. Foi difícil controlar a temperatura do chuveiro, às vezes esfriava de repente. Não foi realizada nenhuma limpeza, nem coleta de lixo durante o tempo da nossa estadia. Solicitamos mais papel higiênico, mas não fomos atendidas.

Dopo avermi chiamato diverse volte per chiedermi l’ora di arrivo la camera non era né pulita né pronta. Va beh. La puliscono per la sera, lasciando comunque scotch da pittura… Il tutto in inglese perché in italiano non ci si intende…

Ci ritornerei volentieri. - La camera spaziosa, con tutti i comfort, ha soddisfatto in pieno le mie aspettative. La zona è molto tranquilla e centrale, comoda per raggiungere varie destinazioni. Il personale privilegia una comunicazione essenziale ma chiara e completa.

• Eliza (10/5): Recomand - Locatie perfecta pentru vizitarea centrului istoric al Romei. Amplasată într-o zona liniștita a Romei casa de oaspeti este perfectă pentru o vacanta cu copii. Casa este curata , dispune de bucătărie cu tot ceea ce este necesar iar un mare avantaj expresorul de cafea (cafeaua din partea casei) . Paturi confortabile , camera spațioasă prosoapele se pot schimba la cerere. Personalul disponibil pentru orice este nevoie , cu disponibilitatea de a depozita bagajele în siguranță. Distanta pana la metro sau alte mijloace de transport în comun este de circa 5 min iar in apropiere este supermarket Penny pentru cumpărături. Cu siguranța vom reveni la aceasta casa de oaspeți -

• Raffaella (8/5): - Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Nette Lokale und Metro fusäufig. Wir hatte viel Platzt für uns 4. Küche für alle im Untergeschoss benutzbar. Kaffe und Tee für uns Gäste vorhanden.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - The kitchenette was great. There was a good coffee machine, kitchen utensils, electric stove and wonderful cookies. Also the place of the hotel was in a rather quiet area. We were greeted by 3 bottles of water at the hotel room which was nice. The staff was helpful. Overall everything was good but the sheets could be cleaner.
• Laura (7/5): Charming building and room in decent location that needs updating. - The location was good for catching the tram to get to the city. The back garden was relaxing to sit in with the shade. The room stayed cool without a/c due to being in the basement. It was not a clean room. There were hairs on the floor and shower wall that were not ours. There was mold in the shower in the tile and along the bottom trim. The shower door was hanging precariously and fell off the track at one point when trying to close it. There are also stains on the wall in the bathroom. The door leading to the back patio was extremely old with no lock. Anyone at the property could walk down the stairs to our back door so we really didn’t feel 100% safe and couldn’t leave our door open for fresh air. The a/c unit when turned on for the fan smelled musty so we didn’t have any air circulation to keep the place from smelling old and moldy.

• Brahim (10/5): Exceptional - In short, everything was beautiful, especially the young man who welcomed me, Mansour from the UAE. He is a handsome young man. Many thanks to him for his warm welcome and hospitality.
• Gayatri (7/5): Good - Great location, easy check in Mediocre facilities, bathroom didn't feel very clean, floor was sticky and the room was quite small. Was fine for a quick overnight transit but wouldn't stay there again
• Caris (5/5): Great place, but was a little stressful no being able to access the building. - The boutique hotel was cute and clean, and the staff were amazingly helpful and responsive. The power was out the time we stayed there on the bottom floor so the only way into the building was inaccessible. We and other guests were locked out from 1030pm and then the power did not come back on. We were sent to another hotel that the owner kindly paid for.
• Талащенко (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect . Subway and bus stops are no further than 5 min away. Comfortable commute from Ciampino airport and to Vatican. The room was clean and comfortable the kitchenette had everything that you would need for breakfast. Little garden was beautiful also. Special thanks for late check in - all instructions were clear and we`ve easily got to our room in the middle of night.

• Barbara (9/5): Good location, comfortable, clean and interesting art - The apartment was easy to find and the host emailed good instructions for access. The location is very good - close to the main train station, the Metro and the Colosseum/Forum. There is access to a nice garden and the common kitchen facilities are clean and have all the basics - including a good coffee maker. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Lots of hot water.
• Alex (6/5): Great location and the room was clean, however our issues included a broken single bed, an empty shower soap dispenser, - The location was great and the room was clean The single bed was broken and the mattress was falling through the bed frame. The soap dispenser in the shower was also empty when we arrived and the door to the open patio didn’t close properly.
