• Iain (10/5): Great stay - Excellent location. Roof terrace was great. Spiral staircase to the property was a bit of a challenge but kept us fit!
• Andrew (9/5): Great spot in the best neighborhood of Barcelona - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay highlighted by the rooftop patio and central location in El Born. Kitchen had all we needed. We had fun with the stairs, yes it is very steep and 70+ of them so you better be fit. Beds and the creaking portion of the floor.
• Guadalupe (8/5): - Muy bien ubicado y bastante limpio. Es un quinto piso con muchos escalones y es difícil acceder, no seria apto si se viaja con personas mayores.

• Feruz (9/5): - Нашли по локации быстро, расположение очень удобное, близко к многим достопримечательностям, в апартаментах все чисто, уютно, все как на фото. Мы знали что лестница в здание винтовая, но для многих это может быть неудобно, учитывайте этот нюанс при бронировании. Нам с детьми было комфортно находится здесь, все рядом все близко, ночью тихо. Нас встретил Ману, и все объяснил подробно, в апартаментах есть, кухня хорошо оснащена, мы сами готовили. Для стиралки были 2 капсулы, и сушильная машина тоже. Для кофе машинки тоже были капсулы, в прочем соль, специи и масло тоже имелось. Хозяева очень внимательные к деталям. За что мы очень благодарны. Минусов не было👍
• Yaakov KARNI (7/5): Apartment on the sixth floor without an elevator in a central location in Barcelona. - The apartment was centrally located. The apartment was clean and tidy. The apartment was on the sixth floor without an elevator! We didn't like the fact that we were surprised when we arrived at the apartment that it was on the sixth floor without an elevator with spiral stairs to it. We didn't like that in order to get to the roof you have to use a ladder. In our opinion, BOOKING should check the way it advertises its apartments. In a case like this, BOOKING should emphasize in big red letters that the apartment is located on a high floor - the sixth floor, and there is no elevator to the apartment. We were very disappointed that we had to carry our luggage up to this floor.

• Rojda (9/5): Very nice, clean apartment with rooftop and nice location, would recommend! - We loved that apartment! We were 4 people staying at the 5th floor (the last floor). We thought the rooftop was for community use, but it was just for our apartment with stairs from the apartment directly up to the roof, so it was a nice surprise! The rooftop was spacious and comfortable, we’ve spent a lot of time there every day! It even has an outdoor shower and a barbecue (we didn’t use it, but we liked the facilities). The area is perfect, you are in the city center, bars, restaurants and shops are right next to the other street, but it’s still quiet at home. Beach, harbor, museum and everything in walking distance. Everything seemed nice and clean, we felt very good during the stay. The only thing we didn’t like much about the stay was the bed in the small room. Because we booked for 4 people and expected a bed for two, but it was a very small bed (width 1,20m) for two people and uncomfortable and very loud as you moved. I asked the landlord for a solution, but they stopped replying. And also don’t forget to check the picture of the stairs, it was an experience :D we didn’t realize it when we booked it, so just be cautious of the stairs to the last apartment. It was a sportive activity that we had to master and we did it :D But really, other than that and the small uncomfortable bed, everything else was perfect and we would definitely still recommend it.

We loved el born Many steps, dark lighting in the hallway, wished they provided more towels and bath mats, esp if you’re staying for more than 2 days

Photographs can be deceiving—what you see isn’t always the truth.** - Absolutely Nothing We booked a four-day stay but only managed to endure one terrible night. 1. The photos on the booking site do not accurately represent the reality of the property. We have a video that clearly shows the discrepancies. 2. The apartment is located on the fifth floor, and the dangerous spiral staircase is narrow, making it impossible to place your entire foot on the steps. I am certain that this type of staircase does not meet legal safety requirements. It poses a serious safety risk, especially if you are carrying luggage, which can be extremely challenging. What would happen if someone were to have an accident on these stairs? Is the management accountable in such a situation? 3. The host was not truthful with us. When we expressed our discomfort with the place, he claimed there were other properties available for relocation; however, he was misleading us, as he knew he could not accommodate any changes. 4. The listing falsely advertised the property as having two bedrooms. In reality, there is only one bedroom with a door, while the other space is open and does not provide any privacy, as it includes the bathroom and toilet. This feels like another scam. 5. The property was in disrepair, with tape around outlets, the fridge, and the kitchen hood. This presents additional safety concerns and increases the risk of fire. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous Airbnbs without any issues, so I feel compelled to warn others to avoid being scammed by this property. Additionally, I am not only seeking a refund for the three nights I did not stay, but also for the tourist taxes I paid for this horrible accommodation.
