- Kerkeni (9/5): - L'appartement est agréable. Si vous cuisinez fréquemment, la petite taille de la cuisine (qui est une plaque amovible plutôt qu'une cuisine équipée) pourrait être un inconvénient. La climatisation a été très appréciée en raison de la chaleur et de l'humidité de Tokyo. L'appartement est situé à proximité de deux gares, ce qui facilite les déplacements. L'appartement est situé à environ 40 minutes à 1 heure du centre de Tokyo. Si vous prévoyez de sortir la nuit, cela peut s'avérer un peu compliqué. De plus, si vous êtes sensible au bruit et que vous avez l'habitude de vous coucher tôt, vous entendrez les trains.

- Zhen Hui Amanda (9/5): Clean and comfortable - This place was more like a studio apartment/airbnb rather than just a hotel room. It’s quite spacious, you can even do light cooking if you want to. Place is also very clean. The place is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest station, it’s not that far away but it isn’t exactly near either. However, given the price, I think it’s still a pretty good deal.

- AZAMA (7/5): - スタッフが親切で丁寧な対応。 駅から徒歩１０分で閑静な住宅街。 カトラリーやレンジ、ケトルなど必要なものがすべて揃っている。 排水が良くなかったため、シャワーを浴びるとすぐに水が溜まって最後まで流れない。シャワー中はずっと泡や石鹸水が足首くらいまで浸かってる状態。毎日掃除しても溜まりました。 タオルが人数分のみだったので連泊分のタオルを置いててくれたら尚良し。

- ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ (8/5): リーズナブルでわくわくなセルフホテル - ディズニーから電車で1時間ちょっとです。 千住大橋駅の隣駅ビルがあり、その中にリーズナブルなスーパーがあるのでそこで持ち込み飲み物など購入しました。 有料の子供の遊び場も駅ビルにありました。 ほかはコンビニなどは遠い？かもです。 そこから徒歩10分でホテルにつきました。 屋上に洗濯機（洗剤別途）3台くらいと乾燥機があって物干し台も 自由に使えてありがたかったです。 アメニティはバスタオル、フェイスタオルPOLAリンスinシャンプーとボディーソープ、 カミソリ、綿棒、ヘアブラシ、爪楊枝でドライヤーでした。 （メイク落とし、化粧水、パジャマは持参必要） 4階の部屋は寝室が2部屋ありました。 エアコンは着いてないので寒く暖まるのに時間がかかりました。 電子レンジ、ポット、冷蔵庫、キッチン、ユニットバス（シャワートイレではない）がありました。 スカイツリーとわりと近いので 屋上からの眺め綺麗です。 ジュース自販機1階にありました。 リーズナブルでわくわく感のあるホテルでした。 快適な宿泊、綺麗なお部屋 ありがとうございました! クレンジング、シャワートイレ、お部屋暖かいがあったら最高です。

- Winston (9/5): Superb staff with excellent communication. - 10mins walk to Station. Very quiet neighbourhood. Room top view is nice. Staff arranged transport to Narita Airport with fair price. Just next to railway so it is noisy till the train ended the service around midnight. Detergent finished when we tried to wash our laundry 😞 at night
- Bluejeanne1 (5/5): Got what we paid for for the most part, but uncomfortable for the weather. - Location was okay, the walk was just more challenging in winter time. Checking in was a simple process, and I liked that the room had an electric lock. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were enough for all of us. The bathroom had good water heating, and the toilet seat also had warmth. There was good storage for most of our luggage and clothes, although it was a little tight for our bigger 20kg pieces. Could still feel the cold seeping in through the windows, and the heaters only managed to heat up the rooms so the middle kitchen area and the bathroom remained cold. On our last day, the electricity went out at 3AM so we were freezing in the dark while attempting to pack and get some rest before our flight.

- Jackson (8/5): Quiet Location, Comfortable Stay - It's located in a quiet residential area which was a blessing to come back to after a busy day and night in the city. The check-in process was simple with someone there to greet us at 9pm. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. It was a 10-15 minute walk to Senjuohashi station. The quiet time 10pm-10am meant it was easy to get some rest. Their booking system automatically assigned us a room change in a 4-day stay which we weren't notified of until only a couple of days before our arrival. This made things a little tricky, however, the process was hassle-free... we left our packed bags in the room and they were in our new room when we returned for the day. I'd suggest contacting ahead of time to make sure. One bed was very plush, the other was much firmer. The bathroom is especially low, it was difficult to wash your head without sitting in the bath. If you are 6' tall be warned

I wholeheartedly recommend your hotel to all travelers! 住處晚上的時候附近沒什麼吃的。但是考慮到性價比以及整個服務的素質都可以忽略不理，而且距離成田機場非常的近。其他評價裡面所提到的列車的噪音，我也覺得可以忽略不計，就小小聲的，我覺得有點像一種讓人沉睡的搖籃曲。
