• Isadora (8/5): Good stay, and with a few improvements, it could be even better - The apartment was in an excellent location, very close to everything, with a supermarket conveniently located right next door. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. When we asked for coffee capsules for the coffee machine, the host was very helpful and provided them promptly, which we really appreciated. The apartment was spacious, and the heater worked perfectly, keeping us warm and comfortable. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The apartment wasn’t as clean, and one of the showers wasn’t working properly.

• Minerva (4/5): We stayed at 18 apartments around Spain in 3 months and sadly, this was by far our worst experience. - The good points regarding the accommodation include its proximity to the old part of the city. The apartment is very spacious and the shower, once we had hot water, was excellent. Communication was poor at every stage. Unfortunately our stay at Santa Catalina Patio Andaluz Moderno was not a happy one. We overlooked a message that arrived a few days before our stay. This message/notice required a Bond payment in order to gain entrance to the apartment. As we had not paid this key money/bond we had a lot of difficulty getting into the apartment, without knowing why. After many failed and frustrating attempts we phoned for help and were admitted promptly. Whilst traveling, it’s common to receive a lot of messages from different booking agents and it’s very easy to overlook one or two. I think it would have been better to have been informed of this additional payment when making the booking. Alternatively, it could be included in the overall cost. The video instructions for finding the apartment within the complex were not very clear. We also found that the Smart Rent App did not always open the street door and I would advise guests to always take the physical key when leaving the building. We did not discover that we didn’t have a WiFi connection until later that night when we also discovered there was no hot water. The WiFi code advertised on the app and in the apartment were out of date. These problems were fixed the next day but we were not informed of this until we made enquiries. The pillows were thin and the beds not very comfortable. A frying pan required extensive cleaning prior to use and this wasn’t easy as there were very few cleaning products or cloths provided.

• Claudia (7/5): Good customer service - The area very good, the apartment super spacious, super good They need to clean better, the shower has black mould around but a lot, the floor wasn’t clean properly, I babies got dirty cloths after the crawling around the apartment, not mopping properly. Also no one around to help in case something happened. I requested for a cot and they never come back to me.

• Joan (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent, very central. The building was very pretty and well maintained. The apartment itself was very nice, well equipped and very clean. When we arrived it was very difficult to open the main door to the building. It is accessed via a code but the code would not work. We were lucky that eventualy someone was exiting the building so they let us in. Once we entered the apartment itself there was a physical key on the table for the main door so it wasn't a problem after that.

We were lucky someone arrived in the moment we got there, so we were able to get in The apartment was so nice in general. However, the pillows were not comfortable and we found out there were more in the closet but they were kind of yellowish. The entrance to the house was hard at the arrival time, but after you have the key they leave in the apartment, getting in and out is friendly. The company smart rent sends a lot of information and this can be overwhelming

Once inside the property instructions were given to access the unit, that were been cleaning by the staff, whose granted me a key to open the front door and inside gate of the building. Cleanness of unity and ample space.

Although My reservation was confirmed on booking website, the hotel said they didn’t see my reservation and cancelled my booking. I was left with a kid and with 3 members of my family. Totally unprofessional.

Complicated procedures and totally based by phone. If you are an older traveler of not digital enough or the phone was without battery, you have problems.

• Luīze (9/5): Beautiful, big and warm apartament in the heart of Seville - Very big, warm and with everything you might need. At first we couldn’t figure out how to enter the property, because the given code wasn’t working, but the staff helped us through Whatsapp and everything was good.
• Martina (7/5): Good location in Sevilla city center - The location of the property was great, the apartment itself was very stylish and also having two baths was awesome. Close to the parking garage. The whole process of check-in was a little bit weird. You have to open the front door via the webpage, but nobody tells you, that this is only one-time thing. In the apartment, there was one key without a word for what it is for, so luckily, we took it on our way out, otherwise we would not be able to enter the building. I definitely recommend to leave at least two keys for your guests, as there may be two groups of people (like in our case) and label them properly. Please, add the electric kettle to the list of appliances and some bigger cups for a tea.

• Živilė (9/5): Superb - It's in a perfect location to see Seville. Parking is difficult but there is parking garage for 25eur a day 1min away from the apartment. I was worried about entering the apartment based on other reviews, but seriously it's not a problem, the instructions were very clear. They charged 90eur deposit, which was returned in 2 days. The inner yard is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and looks nice, but could have more things to really feel like home. Small things that were very annoying would make a big difference! For example, the second bathroom lacks even a hand soap, and there were no other toiletries. So even if there are two bathrooms, you cannot use both of them at the same time unless you come prepared. Also kitchen could be better equipped, for example bottle opener was not there.

• Robert (8/5): Very good - The apartment was amazing. The check in and trying to get the apartment was terrible. So much so we nearly left. Took over 45 min. Bad instructions how to get it. They kept tell us to be patient. The code simply didn't work. Because of this, I would give up the amazing apartment as it was too frustrating.
• Goda (7/5): Good - Good location - you can reach all attractions on foot and grocery shop is just around the corner. Beautiful building, nice marble patio, spacious apartment. Check-in was supposed to be a self check-in, but the provided front door code was missing a digit, also we were not provided with the apartment number in advance. However, the host picked up the phone immediately, was very helpfull and resolved the issue quickly. We were lucky we came in early evening, not sure if the host would have been available late at night. We were 7 persons, apartment has 2 bathrooms. One bathroom had broken shower and you could not open the hot water, only cold; this bathroom was also missing toiletries, like soap, shower gel, shampoo; towels in it were old and yellowish. The other bathroom was ok, but on the second day of the say there was no hot water in the whole apartment.
