• John (7/5): - The location is good that we can go anywhere easily and the host was very good as responded really well. Very noisy from outside as bin is right front of the apartment and every night collected.
• Maurizio (8/5): - Posizione eccezionale nel quartiere di Ruzafa. Stazione molto vicina e anche la metropolitana. Stanza su strada, ricavata probabilmente da un ex negozio. Pulita, comoda, grande, ma poco affascinante.

• magdalena (3/5): Idealne dla imprezowiczowow dla rodzin z dziecmi odradzam - Apartament jest przestronny i idealny na wypady imprezowe dla znajomych Do apartamentu wchodzi sie prosto z ulicy a od niej dziela nas tylko szklane niewygluszone niczym drzwi(jak do sklepu) Slychac wszystko z ulicy , do tego podczas naszego pobytu z 5 letnim dzieckiem obok apartamentu (2m od wejscia) byl rozstawiony namiot z muzyka grajaca od 16 do 2 nocy ,przez co w ogole nie spalismy przez 3 doby a w ostatnia musielismy sie przeniesc do hotelu. Wlasciciele nie poinformowali nas o tym ze mieszkanie bedzie w centrum obchodow wiosny z impreza przez 12 h na dobe oraz fajerwerkami.

• María Antonia (9/5): Estancia tres noches con amigos - Cama cómoda, limpieza, ubicación,apartamento en planta baja ideal para personas con discapacidad. Para personas con discapacidad sería necesario una silla de ducha en el baño.....Faltaba algo más de menaje en la cocina....vasos, tazas.... Situado delante de contenedores de basura, lo q implica que se oye el camión pasar por la noche y a primera hora de la mañana para vaciar contenedores.... Pero aún así muy, muy recomendable!!!

• Selma (10/5): Excelente localização, amplo e aconchegante - O apartamento é muito espaçoso, mobiliário elegante/moderno e fica em excelente localização. Há supermercados, cafeterias e restaurantes há poucos passos. É aconchegante e amplo, acomoda muito bem até 3 pessoas. Eu gostaria de sugerir que a porta de entrada tivesse uma cortina black out. O banheiro é bom, mas o Box do chuveiro não tinha porta e alagava e o piso era bem frio, sugestão que tivesse mais tapetes já que o tapete fica molhado o tempo todo. Faltou coberta para quem dorme no sofá, mas a anfitriã estava prontamente disponível e providenciou no dia seguinte. Sugestão ter pano de prato ou toalhas de papel para a louça. No mais, a acomodação é sensacional e a anfitriã sempre a disposição a apoiar.

• Simona (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Posizione un po' defilata dal centro (circa 20 Min a piedi per la cattedrale) ma sicuramente la miglior scelta a rispetto al centro. Strada e condominio silenziosi anche al mattino (solo un giorno molto rumore per dei lavori di edilizia davanti al condominio) Qualità arredi e forniture Qualità elettrodomestici Presente saponi da bagno e per la lavatrice A mio avviso è necessario installare una tenda oscurante sulla porta d'ingresso per la luce mattutina.
• Ricci (4/5): sembrava tutto perfetto ma… - Camera carina, collocata benissimo al centro era al piano terra e la porta non insonorizzata quindi si sentiva ogni cosa, sul fine settimana c’era più caos la notte e l’ultima notte (venerdì) abbiamo dovuto chiamare l’ambulanza per una donna che gemeva davanti alla nostra porta ubriaca, per il resto tutto apposto

• Iulia (8/5): Great location, clean and well-designed apartment - The location is very good — a nice neighborhood with everything close by. Even though it’s quite central, the street itself is not very busy. The apartment was clean, and the size was good — the space is used efficiently and well designed. It has everything needed for basic living, which made the stay comfortable. The host was very responsive and explained everything clearly, which made check-in and communication easy. At night, especially on weekends, it could be noisy due to garbage trucks collecting trash. Also, living without a proper window felt a bit sad after a while, especially for longer stays. For winter, adding some rugs on the floor would make the apartment feel warmer and more cozy.

• Amalia (10/5): Amata tantissimo! - La casetta è perfetta, amato la posizione e la bellezza e semplicità interne. Funziona tutto, aggiungerei solo una coperta in più per il divano letto perché eravamo in tre.
• ANTONIETA75 (7/5): Buenísima - Excelente ubicación. Cerca del terminal de trenes y cerca del casco antiguo. La disposición del anfitrión, pues siempre estuvo atento a mis preguntas. Agregaría algún informativo de cómo usar por ejemplo la cocina o la cafetera.

• Maja (8/5): - We really liked the location. The kitchen was very well equipped – oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, TV,.. even a washing machine for clothes. The place was very clean and had all the basic amenities. The host is very approachable and attentive. The direct exit to the street is a bit inconvenient. At night it can occasionally be noisy.

• Volker (10/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.. Die Lage im Erdgeschoss mit guter Klimaanlage ist super bei den heißen Temperaturen im Hochsommer. Die Lage ist zentral, man ist in 10 min an der Metrostation zum Flughafen und in 15 min in der Innenstadt. In Ruzafa sind überall kleine Lebensmittelmärkte und die Markthalle ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Ausstattung zum Kochen gewünscht. Ein Sieb für Nudeln und ein Geschirrtuch wären gut gewesen.

• Mercedes (10/5): - Great location to move around the city on foot. Not too close to the chaos but close enough to walk 15/20 minutes to the important sites. The place was nice and spacious so ideal for two adults. Facilities like the fridge, laundry and bathroom were also new. The door leads directly to the street so it can get noisy during the day. However, the street is not so loud that it bothers you at night.

• Karina (7/5): Good central location - Spacious ground floor apartment but good for 2 people only.. Location in Russafa area is great with lots of restaurants.. relatively close to center but must take the bus. Good kitchen, adequate.. spacious bathroom. Wi-Fi was great. Not enough shelving in shower for toiletries, nor towel hooks. Would be nice if had extra towels for longer stay especially in summer (yes there's a washer but no dryer).. Double bed was fine but couch not suitable for sleeping.. A/c unit cools great but when turned on we all had allergy attack so it may be dusty or A/c filter needs cleaning.. No fault of hosts but apt. is also on street level with city garbage bins in front of it and they do collect garbage every night! It also doesn't help that the front is all frosted glass so it's noisy and bright at night.

• Emma (7/5): Good - The location is close to bars and restaurants but there were no problems with noise. It's easy to get around the city from there. The apartment was clean &comfortable. Entry is by key safe which I reported as faulty.

• Maria (7/5): Great location and pleasant apartment but major issues with sleep - The Ruzafa is a great area. I definitely recommend this over the Ciutat Vella for the sheer volume of affordable bars and tapas places. As many reviews detail, there are some very easy changes the host could make to ensure a more comfortable stay. The noise from the bin collection is AWFUL. What we didn’t anticipate was that this would be every night at half one am. It was also accompanied by red flashing lights, so short of being comatosed there was no way it wouldn’t wake you up. All the host needs to do is add a more effective partition between the bedroom and open plan living room. Some curtains would also help block the light out as there is NO proper black out - the light from the street shines through. As other reviewers mention, this is something you have to accept if you stay here but it would be very easily solved by the host. If sleep is something you value, this isn’t for you. We were woken several times a night and, on top of that, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable.
