• SimonaCB (6/5): Migliorabile - La posizione è abbastanza comoda, anche se piuttosto distante dal centro, con la metro Dollis Hill si raggiungono facilmente tutte le zone di Londra. Il check in e il check out sono stati semplici. L'host è stato disponibile e gentile. Su booking c'è scritto bagno privato, ma il bagno è in comune! Il lavandino del bagno è otturato, nonostante le segnalazioni il problema non è stato risolto. In camera c'era il bollitore per l'acqua e due tazze per il Nescafé, ma non è stato possibile lavarle. Durante la permanenza (quattro notti) i cestini della camera e bel bagno non sono stati mai svuotati!

• Hannah (8/5): Good value and most things you need - I liked this guest house because it offered exactly what I needed - somewhere to stay after an event at the Ovo Wembley Arena - and very good value in the process. It is a 10-12 min walk away from Dollis Hill tube station which has the Jubilee line, so great for connectivity. My single room was basic but very comfortable, providing most things that someone would need: kettle, TV, hairdryer, lots of space for hanging clothes, mirror, bedside lamp... even a fridge and a microwave! There was a shared bathroom which was clean. The host had provided one combined coffee/milk powder sachet next to the kettle, but no tea bags! Would have been great if there were tea bags. There was a grey paint mark on the top of my white bed sheet, as if the bed had not been covered when the wall behind it was painted. I struggled to refill my water bottle in the bathroom, as there was not much room between the tap and the sink. (However, this was relieved partially by the fact that I found a full water bottle in the fridge, provided by the host.) It took me a little while to find the property initially, as it had not been advertised that the front door is round the corner - technically on Litchfield Gardens, rather than Hawthorn Road.

Instructions were sent via booking app. Excellent and convenient, but what would help even more, would be a small LED or glow sticker to point out the corridor light switches on arrival in the dark.

The location is great - not so busy and with plenty of bus stopes. You can also take a short walk to the nearest underground station. I surely do recommend this accommodation.

• Scott Ashton (9/5): Fabulous, super clean, zone two (tube) option that I would book again in a heartbeat! - I loved everything about this place and stayed more than a week. Photos in their listing are spot on. The little single room I had was bright with lots of light and I had a table to work at, with great wifi. The place is cleaned daily - and it shows. Spotless! The fridge, kettle and microwave in my room helped me save on having to eat out every day (London is super expensive and saving for more cool stuff is important!). It's a quiet residential area, less than 15 minutes walk to two tube stations. I also took the double decker bus (which takes a little longer), but it picks up just two blocks away. There are SO MANY food options, and three grocery places within blocks. As I was doing some remote work, I also appreciated having the local library close by as another workspace. - Communication with the property, checking in and checking out ALL super easy. I would definitely book this place again.

• Joachim (6/5): Good for a short term stay, clean and warm - No airtraffic, tube stations and bus stops not far away. Room and bathroom both very clean, and there are enough drawers in the room to stow away all clothes. Smart TV offers a load of good british entertainment. Accommodation is on a road that at night time is really busy, even though it is not a main road, and the windows are not sound proof, so unfortunately at times it was as if sleeping outside. Earplugs are recommended.

It's unfortunate that there is no kitchen, but that is solved by the fact that the room was equipped by everything i would need (microwave, kettle...).

Wouldn't like to walk down the street on my own late on a night. We were there for 2 nights and was only given 2 coffee sachets. Would of expected a few more. Saw no staff there.

The location was convenient and the room was very comfortable. I especially appreciated how clean everything was, and the layout and lighting were great. Wifi connection was solid. Customer service: I’m dyslexic - made a few calls for assistance, the Owners answered straight away and were helpful, professional, yet chill & friendly. The bed was cozy, very comfortable and warm. The positioning of both bathrooms was ideal. I’d definitely stay in the same room again. It would be nice to see the other rooms next time, but I was fully satisfied with the one I booked and shall be back ! Honestly, it had me wishing I owned the place! Everything was great and I’m not being biased. Struggling here.

Door een data wijziging van het concert waar we heen reisden wilde ik graag het hotel omboeken. Dit was officieel niet mogelijk, maar door de fantastische service hebben ze dit voor ons geregeld zonder extra kosten! Vriendelijke host en nette kamer en badkamer. Aanrader!

Nothing that I didn't like but "a suggestion": Having a fan during peak summer would help.. there's only so much opening the window could do. Not deducting any points as everything was perfect.

• David (9/5): - I've booked the ensuite bathroom room. It's pretty big, and comfortable. It has some amenities, fridge, water heater, TV, USB outlets. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes away from Willesden Green and Dollys Hill stations on the Jubilee line. There are several bus stations on the main road also. Bath towels were on the smaller side, but usable.

Couldn't leave the window open because of outside noise. Towels very small. Plug in shower didn't drain well. Pillows very hard and uncomfortable.

• Taja (8/5): It was what we expected - The property was what we expected. The room was comfortable. The bathroom is shared, but this is made clear in the description of the room. The property is in outer London, but has good public transport connections. Bus station is only 4 minuter walk away, and the metro station is 14 minutes walk away. It takes 40 minutes to 1 hour to get to the attractions in the city centre. We felt quite safe in the neighbourhood. It took us a couple of days to figure out the shower and we showered with cold water the first two days, so it would be nice if the property owner would give us more information about it in the beginning of our stay.
• Jody (9/5): It was a great place to stay for my weekend trip and that it covered the essentials that i needed - Hosts were very understanding of me being late to my check in due to a storm causing flight cancelations. Only a one minute walk from shops and take away/restaurant was very convenient. Room was a nice size especially in relation to the cost and having a few thing like a fridge and table was handy. There was very little i didn't like, only real things that comes to mind would be that it was very warm in the house on the first night but that's just a personal preference and there are many who would view it a positive i think, and that the steps on the stairs could be difficult for some due to their small size and steepness.
