- CHUN HO (9/5): - I stayed from May 12–17 and would like to share my overall experience, which was very positive. Here is my evaluation across four categories: Location, Surrounding Environment, Room Facilities, and Room Rate. 1. Location Honestly, it's not the most convenient in terms of proximity — it's quite far from the city center or busy commercial areas, and it takes a long time to get there by subway. This is especially tough on weekdays, when you're packed in with commuters and students, which can be quite an ordeal. That said, it was genuinely a unique experience to feel what a real Japanese weekday rush hour is like — something quite memorable. 2. Surrounding Environment Daily conveniences are excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the station to the accommodation, and there are 7-Elevens, convenience stores, drugstores, food options, and everything else you could need nearby — no worries at all about access to daily necessities. Most importantly, the area is extremely quiet. As someone who particularly dislikes noisy environments, I found it peaceful both in the morning and at night, which made for a very comfortable stay. 3. Room Facilities Each room comes with its own dedicated Wi-Fi, and the signal is very strong. The rooms also have in-unit washing machines, so you can do laundry every day — meaning you barely need to pack many clothes; 2 or 3 sets are more than enough. There is also a dryer on the first floor, and if you're concerned about disturbing other guests late at night, there's a self-service laundromat nearby with dryers available as well. The guesthouse also has an elevator, so there's no need to worry about lugging heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. 4. Room Rate We stayed for approximately 5 nights (May 12–17), and the total came to around NT$7,800, which works out to roughly NT$1,600 per night — extremely affordable. 5. - Daphny (4/5): - Private room and bathroom. The place was clean. Hidden fees. I picked the room for one night stay. It showed it cost $20. After I booked, I was charged $70 with no cancelation. The rest was a cleaning fee, which I thought it was way too much for 1 night. Check in is after 5 pm and check out is by 10 am. We got there at 9 pm and there was no help. They had a room number to call for emergencies (like not being able to get in) and nobody answered. It was completely impersonal. You are on your own. Also, no microwave in the room, so you cannot heat your dinner or breakfast. The location is not good either because it is far from everything. We were going to Warner Brothers Studio, but we had 1 hour ride because you had to transfer trains. So, even though in the map it shows close,it is actually far.

- Isabella Fialho (8/5): Good option near the subway station - The accommodation was close to the subway and had a supermarket and convenience store nearby. There were no plates, no cups, no cutlery. It was a bit far from the center of Tokyo. My suitcase broke and the host didn't offer any solution, since disposing of large items of trash in Japan is extremely complicated. I had to buy another suitcase and took both suitcases to the airport (the new one and old broken). Upon arrival, an attendant explained that in such cases I could leave my broken suitcase open in a corner of the airport.

Il manque clairement un minimum de 2 tasses ou verres surtout quand une bouilloire est disponible mais sans tasse à quoi ça sert... des couverts et un micro onde. - Simon (8/5): Good but missing some simple additions to make it great. - I stayed in room 103 for three nights. Great location next to buses and train line. Very simple accommodation. The washing machine is a great addition. I didn't like that there was no cutlery, plates, bowls or cups. I appreciate the owner doesn't want people cooking, but you have to bring your home wares to have tea and cup noodles. There was washing up liquid and a sponge but nothing to wash up. And yes, the beds are very squeaky.

I especially appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate, which was very convenient. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing me to spend my time comfortably. There was a trash can located at the entrance, so it was easy to dispose of garbage at any time, which was surprisingly helpful. The location is excellent—it is close to both the train station and bus stops, making it very convenient to get around. The check-in instructions and notifications were very clear and thoughtfully explained, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose here again. 湯沸かしポットが用意されていたので、マグカップもあればさらに嬉しいと感じました。 An electric kettle was provided, and having a mug as well would have made the stay even better.

Si tout va bien , c’est impeccable, mais s’il y a un problème, c’est difficile d’avoir de l’aide en anglais…. En espérant que les batteries de la serrure est été changé récemment…
- Hans (1/5): Frais de clé, caché - Je n’ai pas pu profiter de mon séjour dans cet établissement. Le fait qu’il n'avait nullement prévenue qu’il fallait absolument un numéro de téléphone japonais pour recevoir des textes et des appels pour finalisé l'envoie d’un mot de passe comme clé. Ce sont des frais cacher et surtout que le service n’est pas disponible a des heures de nuit l. Ce n’est pas tout les vols qui arrivent en journée. Mais si j'avais su à l'avance qu’il y avait des frais relier a l'achat pour avoir un numéro japonais uniquement pour avoir accès je n'aurais jamais pris de réservation pour tout les problèmes que j’aindu subir

- YiFang (9/5): - CP值真的很好的住宿! 1. 房間內有免費洗衣機可以使用，也有提供洗衣精；一樓也有提供兩台免費使用的烘衣機；隔音算很好，半夜1, 2點洗衣服外面也都聽不到，也都每有聽到任何隔壁房的聲音 2. 有提供沐浴乳、洗髮乳 3. 雖然離市區遠，但就在井荻駅附近，轉乘、搭車都非常方便 4. 附近機能好，甚至還有一間開到j晚上12點到超市，如果回來的晚也能夠去那邊買些東西回家裹腹 5. 附近也有公車和LUUP共享電動腳踏車可以租借，想去吉祥寺或高圓寺都可以當一個抵達的工具 6. 個人覺得床很好睡～ 1. 衣架只有兩三隻，所以要自己多帶 2. 沒有室內拖 3. 不能開伙、沒有微波爐

- Nanthaya (9/5): Worth it. - Far from town center but close to the Iogi station(200-250 meters from the station). There are many restaurants , restaurants ,Aeon supermarket and Daiso around the area. The beds are too noisy when you move. Should change them all.
- Nanthaya (8/5): Fisrt stayed is good but the second - It’s quite okay. This is the 2nd time we stayed here even though it’s a distance from town center ( Iogi station SS11). The room we stayed is 403. The body wash container was broken and I informed immediately. The property acknowledged this problem but no action was taken till I checked out.

- 文馨 (9/5): 很安靜且交通方便，機能佳。 - 附近很清幽，人不會很多晚上很安靜。地點佳，離地鐵站近，走路5-10分鐘可到。周邊有大創、思夢樂、生鮮超市逛，吃飯也有一些餐廳，機能很好。房間內有浴缸、洗衣機、一樓有烘衣機。 跟家人共3名，住4個晚上，跟住宿方反映衛生紙不太夠到最後都沒來處理。冰箱不夠冷。

- Bee-Lai (3/5): I would not recommend this place to future tourists unless the above shortcomings are implemented. - Toilet seat! It is a bed-sit, not a flat! Where is the sitting area? There is space only for two beds; luckily there's only my two kids and I, but a fourth person would be totally cramped. The bed-frames creak, and we were surprised the frames were not broken already, especially during the recent earth tremor! The mattresses were too thin, hence uncomfortable and not enough pillows. The bed-linens look old and too worn to be comfortable. Kettle provided but useless as there's not even a single cup to use for drinking boiled water! Fridge provided but no ice -making tray. A fridge on top of a hot-plate cooker, what a lousy arrangement; if cooking is not allowed, why installed a cooker. Most people can use a microwave to heat up a cup of water for the occasional coffee/tea, which saves energy compared to using a kettle, and the occasional heating up of convenient food, is this cooking? Shower towels too small for adults, and there should be at least 6, not 3 for 3 adults who's booked for 5 days! One little hand towel to be used by 3 adults for 5 days. Too small a room already to have a washing machine inside; there are dryers under the stairs, so why not coin-operated washing machines too outside, and use the space inside to store shoes, and suitcases. Clothes cupboard with hanging rail, with 1 weak plastic hanger; are the paying guests expected to bring their own hangers. No shelves inside the cupboard for small items either. No hooks on the walls for hanging anything, such as handbags, umbrellas, shopping bags. Once inside this little space, one feels squeezed! Not easy to move within it.
- Djuradj (10/5): Great and quiet stay - Our room was very spacious; we had plenty of room even with two large suitcases. If I'm not mistaken, Enzo has two buildings. The one we stayed in is new, clean, and very quiet—you can not hear the trains at all, even though the station is very close by. The bathroom is great with a large walk-in shower and constant hot water. We also found the beds to be very comfortable. If it gets too cold or warm, there is an air conditioning unit that works perfectly. The staff was excellent and always replied to our messages very quickly. Highly recommended!

- YAMADA (8/5): - 洗濯機があり､浴室乾燥が完備されてたので快適に過ごせました。備え付けのアメニティは少ないですが、徒歩圏内にコンビニと100均があったので問題なく過ごせました。治安も良く､夜の外出も怖くなかったです。困った事があっても､メールですぐ対応してくれました。 寝返りをするとベッドが軋むのが気になりました。連泊したのですが、新しいタオルの提供がないのが残念です｡

- Michiko (9/5): お勧めの宿です - 駅やスーパーから近い。都心に近い。部屋は綺麗で静かで快適。雨が降った日があったが、無料で使える傘が置いてあり、すごく助かった。都心に近いのに宿泊費を抑えられた。 良くないわけではないが、テレビとレンジがなく、キッチンも使えなかった。長期滞在だったので、少し不便。でも近くのスーパーは遅くまで開いてるし、割り切れば問題なし。ケトルはあったので…。

Nous n'avons pas vu nos hôtes car tout est fait a distance mais aucun problème car les indications sont claires et précises.

- Thomas Esser (8/5): - Wie beim ersten Mal gute Lage und schönes Zimmer. Neues Gebäude und sauberer Flur und Eingangsbereich. In der Nähe ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Waschmaschine und Trockner können kostenlos benutzt werden. Kurzer Fußweg zum Bahnhof von dem man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Ruhige Umgebung. Leider war das Zimmer dieses Mal nicht richtig gereinigt. Der Dunstabzug in der Küche und die Lampe im Bad war voller Staub und bei der Abreise haben wir noch Socken, Taschentücher und Kaugummis von einem der vorigen Gäste unter dem Bett gefunden. In dem insgesamt 12 Übernachtung hatten wir 2 x Nachts Feueralarm mit Großaufgebot der Feuerwehr. Beide Male zum Glück nur Fehlalarm aber der Schlaf war dahin

- Katja (7/5): - Die sehr gute Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Leider war das Zimmer recht spartanisch eingerichtet, es gab weder Geschirr noch Besteck oder einen Besen. Es ist offensichtlich nicht vorgesehen, in dem Zimmer etwas zu essen.
