• Katarzyna (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja! - Mieszkanie znajduje się w bloku, na 6 piętrze z windą, do której mogą wsiąść tylko dwie osoby. Blok zadbany, a także otoczenie - czysto i piękna zieleń. Samo mieszkanie także było czyste. Dużym plusem jest położenie - blisko do metra, supermarketu, a w okolicy fajne knajpki. Spacerkiem można dojść do Koloseum co zabrało nam ok 30min. Dużym plusem jest wejście do mieszkania za pomocą linku, który otrzymaliśmy wcześniej. Wygodna łóżko w sypialni. Ekspres do kawy i kapsułki. Po pierwsze brak konkretnego adresu - na dziedzińcu było kilka wejść i musieliśmy kontaktować się z obsługą, żeby dowiedzieć się które drzwi wybrać. Na szczęście odpowiedź była natychmiastowa. Mieszkanie ma okna od dosyć głośnej ulicy. Kanapa w salonie jest bardzo niewygodna. Brak tabletek do zmywarki (zmywarka przez to wyglądała na nieużywaną). Brak ręcznika kuchennego, ręczników papierowych.

• Wioletta (9/5): Zdecydowanie POLECAM - Piękny apartament. Wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne. Czyściutki. W razie dodatkowych potrzeb - bardzo szybka reakcja. Przemiły kontakt z właścicielem. Doskonała lokalizacja (blisko metra, restauracji, sklepów i zabytkowej części Rzymu - w pobliżu przepiękna Bazylika św. Jana na Lateranie - patrz: zdjęcie). To jest miejsce do którego chce się wracać. Zdecydowanie POLECAM Minusów brak :)

• Mio (8/5): Cozy apartment - The area was soooo Quiet and as traveling with kids there was very cozy . The living and bedroom were wide and enough to spend 4 members The shower ( water pressure ) was good. The bathroom smelled bad ... I had to put a ventilation fan the whole time... They didn't put Microwave :((( -- or I couldn't find it... I wanted simply just to heat something to eat but finally I needed to cook with gas ...

W pobliżu mnóstwo lokalnych autentycznych restauracji i miejsc gdzie można zjeść pyszne śniadanie. Warto zapytać gospodarza o rekomendacje! Brak

Була невеличка проблема, господар швидко відреагував Коли ми були, був забитий стік і через це, коли ти приймав душ, стояв у воді, бо вода не стікала нормально і це було у двох душах

• Zielińska (6/5): Przyjeme na kilkudniowy pobyt - Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko metra i linii autobusowej. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Intensywny i bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, który utrzymywał się przez cały pobyt niezależnie od prób pozbycia się jego. Pęknięta klapa od toalety. Czajnik w złym stanie. Łóżko w salonie bardzo niewygodne. Mieszkanie ogólnie głośne - przy otwartych oknach nie dało się w ogóle spać. Słychać było również wszystko co działo się na korytarzu przed mieszkaniem co wielokrotnie budziło w nocy.

• criollo (9/5): Experiencia en Roma - El departamento fue muy amplio, todo estaba ordenado y el baño muy amplio y cómodo. Algunas cosas que se debe mejorar ser ían: 1) Instalar aire acondicionado en el dormitorio principal. Un ventilador no es una solución ya que el calor fue insoportable 2) Lavadora despedía mal olor y tenía una especie de hongos por lo que no se la pudo utilizar 3) Especificar que departamento es el asignado ya que un día salimos por la mañana a las 8 am y regresamos a las 10 pm. Dejamos abierto el departamento asumiendo que nadie iba a venir, y para nuestra sorpresa, había llegado una pareja de canadienses a los cuales despertamos al no saber que estaban en el otro departamento compartido... 4) En el cuarto de máquinas no se debería dejar envases de shampoos, detergentes, jabones líquidos y demás utensilios de limpieza a vista de todos ya que genera una sensación de suciedad aunque no lo esté.. Arrojar todos esos envases y dejar todo lo que sea estrictamente necesario..

• Di (8/5): Very good - The room is hosted by the company, and there are contact personnel available to assist you in advance. It features self-registration and check-in options, as well as convenient online payment for travel tax. The room is equipped with all the basic facilities you need for travel, cooking, and washing. However, during our stay, the neighboring house was undergoing renovations, which made it noisy sometimes. You'd be surprised how much scale there is in a kettle. I spent a lot of time cleaning it. The air conditioner was quite noisy, and the remote control was difficult to operate due to corroded battery contacts. Additionally, there were no spare batteries available for the air conditioner, so we had to remove the batteries from the TV remote to use for the air conditioner, and we replaced them back when we needed the TV.
• Emilia (8/5): Nice and quiet place - The apartment was spacious and had everything, including an ironing board & an iron, which I appreciated;) It was a very short walk to bus 87 to the centre and a slightly longer walk to the metro station Re Di Roma. The coffee was also a nice touch. The apartment faces an internal courtyard and was very quiet. Located on the 6 floor with a lift in good condition. Would have been better to know the address details in advance - e.g. entrance and flat number, however these were provided immediately by the host when I messaged him on arrival. There are several entrances to the building (A,B,C,D,E).

• Svetla (8/5): Amazing place. Wonderful location. - Very good location. Bus 87 stop in from of the building and you can reach Coliseum, Vatican City and many popular places. Quite , clean and comfortable. Extremely friendly host ! It was a great pleasure. It was cold first night. Please, find solution of this issue, as see its problem and for other guests. This amazing flat deserve rate +10 :) Keep going :)
• Rawisht (10/5): Everything is perfect - Every thing was perfect the owner was very kind and answering every single question very fast and he was very helpful. I strongly recomend this place especially if your travelling with family, Every thimg available inside the apartment, as if your in your home. I didnt notice airconditionare in one of the rooms, for summer this might be a chalange, I have seen a fan, but may be a fan is not enough in summer Rome .

• Ventsislava (9/5): A wonderful trip to Rome - A cozy and comfortable apartment, surrounded by a beautiful area with flowers, gives us feelings of garden and calmness. Everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay is in this apartment. The only downside was that the weather was chilly initially and we were also cold inside. The host offered to bring a heater, but it was just that the weather warmed up and everything was fine.
• Zoltán (10/5): Exceptional - We were very satisfied with the accommodation, the host is very kind and helpful. The accommodation is nicely renovated, equipped with everything, and well located. The bus to the center stops in front of the building and the subway is just a few minutes' walk away. There is also a pastry shop, restaurants and many markets nearby. -
• A.virani (9/5): Great neighborhood and apartment away from touristy Rome. - The location had a fully usable kitchen and utensils. It also had the basic salt, pepper, oil and there were plenty of stores within 5 mins if you needed something. Lots of restaurants, bakeries within 5-10min walking as well. It was a neighborhood on the periphery of Central Rome so a real local feel. 3 stops from Termini Station on Line A - it was 15mins including the walk to the Metro station. It also had 1 AC unit which kept the apartment cool. It was very hot and only had 1 AC unit so you couldn't close the bedroom door of you want any cool air. A small elevator but worked fine and allowed for luggage to be taken up separately.
• Ludimila (10/5): Amazing! - It's beautiful, super cleaner and close to the bus and metro. They provide us with everything we need (bath towels, shampoo, soap). I went to the supermarket walking and took less than 5 minutes. If I back to Rome, I will definitely choose this place again. The water pressure in the bath is the only thing that we don't really like.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Great accommodation,5 star! - The host was very friendly and very welcoming ,the location was close to tourist places and it’s quite easy to get the metro from Re di Roma metro stop and few ones in surrounding areas. The accommodation itself was very clean, we had our initial tour when we got handed the keys they have a well equipped place with a good kitchen area which is very easy to use everything was pretty straightforward. Will definitely recommend this.
• Hazel (10/5): Excellent Stay. Worth the price.. - Located near Metro Station with Restaurants, Supermarkets and other shops nearby. Can be located easily and accessible to all means of transportation. Few minutes away from Termini Station (if coming from Regional and international Train station). well maintained unit and you feel the comfort during your stay. Feels like home. approachable owner. Highly recommended for 1 BR unit and value for money while staying in Rome.
