• Mattin (9/5): - Es un piso bonito, muy cómodo y muy limpio, lugar tranquilo y a 25 minutos andando del centro de Tirana. En el anuncio pone que hay aparcamiento gratuito fuera. Es cierto pero es muy difícil encontrar sitio para aparcar, ya que la mayoría de los huecos los reservan los propios residentes con neumáticos, macetas y demás. El primer día aparcamos en una zona donde no se podía aparcar así que nos multaron, lo bueno es que la multa son 2000 lek y en western union es posible pagarlo y nos costó 1100lek(por pronto pago). Igualmente recomendamos no coger el coche para ir al centro de Tirana. Al final no nos costó tanto aparcar pero hay que llegar relativamente pronto al alojamiento
• Marie (1/5): - Naprostá katastrofa. Na ubytování jsme dorazily ve 2 ráno a dle domluvy s majitelem měl být u apartmánu nějaký box s klíčkem od pokoje. Dům jsme prošly několikrát, bohužel bez úspěchu. Snažily jsme se kontaktovat majitele, což se také nepodařilo. Nakonec jsme byly nucené hledat v ranních hodinách náhradní ubytování bez rezervace. Toto ubytování jsme měly mít na 2 noci a hned po našem "nedojezdu" mi ráno přišla zpráva, že je celý pobyt zrušen z důvodu našeho nedojezdu. Nemohu tedy říct, že bychom se zde po této zkušenosti chtěly tu druhou noc vůbec ubytovat. Nedostaly jsme žádnou reakci po voláních ani zprávách, které jsme v noci poslaly. Komunikaci s hotelem tedy hodnotím katastrofálně a i přes skvělé recenze, já osobně nedoporučuji.

• Narinder (10/5): - Lovely warm personal welcome met us at the door. Inside biscuits, tea and bottled water ....just what was needed to help us settle into our home for the next 3 days. EXTREMELY CLEAN ...WITH ALL THAT THE FACILITIES OFFERED IN GOOD CONDITION. NEWLY REFURBISHED!!! Host lived opposite our appointment so always there if we needed help xx 10/10 Appartment well placed with regular buses direct to the square. To venture out of the city the buses were hard to navigate

Je kon er parkeren voor de deur, met 20 minuten lopen was je in het centrum van tirana Het leek alsof je in een achterstandswijk terecht kwam, toen we aankwamen zat er een jongentje van 2/3 jaar met een aansteker te spelen. Hij hield continu het vuur tegen de muur aan.. dat is natuurlijk wel schrikken bij aankomst.

• Sebc84 (10/5): - Everything was perfect in this apartment which has almost everything you need (a pasta drainer would be a plus). The host was very helpfull as he's been available even at a late time to help me locate the apartment as well as a spot so I can park my car. Price for the stay was very reasonable and you can do a self check in which is great too Not too easy to park the car - I've always managed to park it but feared my car would have some scratches (that didn't happen, fortunately 😅)

• Antonio (9/5): Ottimo appartamento in una zona periferica ma tranquilla - -Appartamento moderno, bello e spazioso! Ben arredato e strutturato. Avremmo voluto passare più tempo a Tirana per godercelo di più! Tutto era pulito e c'era tutto ciò che poteva servire! -La zona in cui si trova è spostata dal centro (25 minuti a piedi) ma a noi non è dispiaciuto! Infatti, essendo fuori, abbiamo approfittato di un "ufficio" cambio valuta senza commissioni! (Per chi vuole: cercate su maps Avokat Moneta Kambero, Boulevardi Zhan D'Ark 37, dovrebbe essere molto vicino). Nonostante di sera/notte possa fare un po' inquietudine è molto tranquilla e durante il giorno la direi quasi pittoresca. -Prezzo economico! (mi pare fosse sugli 80/90 euro per 3 notti) Se dovessimo tornare a Tirana torneremmo qui! -La zona non fa una buona impressione, soprattutto arrivando di notte. Si è dimostrata però una zona tranquilla nonostante fosse in periferia. Anche se siamo sempre molto diffidenti alla fine ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio -L'edificio è preso un po' male e, come detto da altri, non è chiaro quale sia! Una volta trovata la porta, però, è molto riconoscibile! -Il materasso non era molto comodo

The host was prompt to help. I will highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Tirana. Too much of stairs because the apartment was on the 4th floor. Also, I will recommend blender and iron should be included in the amenities

Neighborhood is little bit strange and look scary but during the day is fine. (What maybe avoid to walk around at night.)

• Alice (8/5): Overall, I’d recommend it more for short stays or groups. - The apartment is nice on the inside with a confortable and spacious bed. The host is very responsive and accommodating. As a female solo traveler, I found the location quite challenging. It was difficult to find and located about a half-hour walk from the city center in a rough looking area, which made me feel uncomfortable at times. I ended up taking more taxis and buses than I had planned due to the heavy rain that persisted for most of my stay and it was pretty expensive due to the distance. Additionally, the nights were quite cold, and the hot AC in the room was on a timer. As such, I didn’t want to waste energy by keeping it on all night, so it was a bit uncomfortable. There was no shampoo provided, only shower gel, and instead of detergent, there was just fabric softener available. Finally, the fridge, dining table and stove/oven area are quite cramped, chose not too cook but it would’ve been inconvenient.

• Daniel (9/5): Nice stay in a cozy flat near the center - Very nice and modern apartment about 15 / 20 mins walk from the main center in Tirana. The flat has all you need and is very nicely renovated as the pictures show. The building complex is not renovated and it makes a little hard to find in the night but it worked out well for us. The area is fine and overall Albania seemed very safe. You have a self check in.

• Judith (9/5): Spacious modern apartment - The apartment is very comfortable. It is spacious and modern. The contact with the owner was good, she sent us a photo of the apartment so it was easy to find. The bed was comfortable. The location was good, there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It was a little bit far to walk to the centre. It took about 25 minutes by foot. Luckily there were a lot of busses going to the centre for 400 LEK per person.

As I checked the comments, I got concerned about the area but it's actually surrounded by a lot of cafes, bars and supermarkets. Plus, the host sent us pictures and we found the building easily. S/he was very responsive. Very clean. Natural light. Good wifi. All good!

Overall looked clean but floor wasn’t mopped as my baby was roaming around bare foot and his feet were full of dust.

The apartment was super modern and newly renovated, designed with a lot of taste. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location was great (also easy to find parking nearby). • Linda (10/5): Very comfortable - Apartment is quite big - have separate bedroom, living room together with kitchen. Rooms are clean and you have everything what you need for your stay. There is even wash machine. Parking is little bit tricky, because there can not be a space if you arive late as it’s living house area with a lot of houses around. Apartment host was super helpful and help with finding place for a car.
