• Dorota (7/5): - Obiekt ok, dobrze wyposażony. Czysto, sprzęty działają. Dość przestronne wnętrze. Wyraźnie słychać hałasy z ulicy.
• Beatrice (8/5): Tutto sommato soddisfatti - Il fatto che fossero due appartamenti quasi comunicanti, pur rimanendo separati, è stato sicuramente un valore aggiunto, soprattutto per avere più privacy senza rinunciare alla vicinanza. A soli cinque minuti dall’appartamento si trova l’Esselunga, molto comoda per acquistare tutto il necessario. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato tantissimo la possibilità di depositare le valigie con quattro ore di anticipo rispetto al check-in: ci ha permesso di visitare la città senza ingombri e iniziare subito il soggiorno in totale tranquillità. La fermata del pullman dista circa 7/8 minuti a piedi ed è ben collegata con il centro. Al ritorno, invece, il bus ferma praticamente sotto casa, il che è davvero comodo. Unica piccola pecca: il letto singolo nell’appartamento B e i divani letto non sono particolarmente comodi. Nel complesso, però, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e ci siamo trovati molto bene

• Filippo (6/5): A 15 min a piedi dal centro di Firenze. Vicino a un parcheggio molto economico. Peccato che il ragazzo che si occupava d - Appartamento qualità-prezzo buona. Il ragazzo che doveva occuparsi del nostro check-in si è presentato 30 min dopo l’orario stabilito… e spesso avremmo gradito qualche grado in più in appartamento, ma i termosifoni e il condizionatore andavano solo in alcune ore della giornata.
• Stefania Barbin (7/5): - Ottima posizione per visitare Firenze, zona tranquilla e dotata di servizi (bar, locali, market). L'appartamento è spazioso, caldo e dotato del necessario. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato rumori da parte dei vicini. Inoltre abbiamo rilevato la poca puntualità dell'addetto al check in, l'attesa dopo diverse ore di viaggio non è piacevole. Rapporto qualità/prezzo da migliorare.

• Josefina (9/5): - Es un departamento grande y acogedor. Muy buena iluminación natural y ventilación. Tiene una cocina muy bien equipada. Hay un supermercado a unas pocas cuadras. Tiene lavarropas (!!) que es de gran ayuda si vienes de un viaje largo o te quedas por unos cuantos días en Firenze. Kalum, el administrador, fue muy agradable con nosotros. El desagüe de la ducha no funciona correctamente 🤢. No sé si está obstruido o tiene un sistema lento de desagüe. Pero a medida que te duchas el nivel del agua te va llegando a los tobillos 🤢. Deberían revisar esto porque habíamos leído algo similar en un comentario de unos meses atrás y al parecer no han solucionado el problema. Una pena porque el departamento es espectacular y con una relación calidad-precio excelente.

• Roxana (8/5): Good accommodation in not so good location. - The place is clean, spacious, beds are comfortable, equipped with everything you need for s short stay. Far from main attractions - at least 30 min walk, not a nice neighbourhood, not really recommend to wander around at night.

• Tadevossian (10/5): Exceptional - The neighbourhood was great. Comfy beds and the cleanest house I've stayed! The house has everything you'll need to feel at home. The host let us checkin 4 hours before the checkin time and that was just perfect as we didn't sleep last night. All was perfect!

• Vale (10/5): Top👌 - An excellent room for its price. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – all the necessary utensils and household essentials. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Thank you, Kalum 🤝. The location is about a 30-minute walk from the main attractions. Walking through this neighborhood allows you to experience the life of ordinary Florentines and take a break from the endless crowds of tourists))).
• Sanja (1/5): Not for five people - When you have nowhere to sleep, you don't like anything The couch in the living room was not wide enough for two people, and the armchair was terrible. It was impossible to sleep on it. We were greeted by the person who was kind and he said he would take our complaints to owner. For the three days we were there the owner did not call at all to resolve our problems. Two of 5 us had the look for other accommodation. The owner shud return the money to us in the amount of price difference for 5 to 3 people. Additionally the shower cabin was clocked and finaly finally the stairs to the apartment were were high and dangerous

• Svitlana (9/5): Superb - Very clean, there were some tea bags and washing powder, we could check in earlier than 15.00 that was very nice as well. Also, there were enough plates and a dishwasher. In 5 min walking there is a grocery shop. 25 min walking till the city centre and 20 min on foot to the train station. Hair dryer didn't work and we still got no answer from the host if it can be fixed (we checked out yesterday 🙃).

• Monik (6/5): Not recommened. - The employee of the team handling our reservation was nice. He was responsive and tried to fix everything, even though it was not his fault directly. First of all the cleanliness. Even though it looked clean when we arrived, that wasn't the case. There were sheets available so we could make the extra bed. When we started to do that in the evening, one of the blankets fell, which could only be described as sand and dirt - lots of it. It also made all the other sheets and the bed dirty. I think it's fair to say that anyone expects at least a clean bed in which to sleep. And it wasn't like this was a budget option. Another thing is that you can not have a booking for five days and not offer any housekeeping, not even to get rid of the trash from the bins. By the end of the stay, it became unhygienic to walk on the floor, even though we tried our best to keep it clean. Then again, the hairdryer wasn't working even though we specifically asked about it before coming. So we had to wait extra to get one (while waiting in a room that was cold at night and with no heating).

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was cozy and the host was very friendly. The apartment is 30 min walking distance to the city center. The bus station is 2 min away from the apartment. It takes a bit of time to get warm, at first the apartment was cold.

We were a little bit late than 9pm and we need to pay extra more because of the hour but we were ok with that. But the way he waited us, talked to us by saying I will give you the keys of the apartment only if you give me the guys was very inappropriate because client should be priority.

• Laura (9/5): Nice place for starting exploring Florence. - Nice apartment, with everything you need for a short holiday. Walking distance (25-30 min) from the main city attractions. A supermarket located nearby (5 min walking) from where you can buy the products for the breakfast. The area is safe and quiet. The apartment was clean and the appliances are new. The apartment is located at the first floor. No elevator, and the stirs are very narrow, that can be a problem for the over weight persons or with heavy luggage.

• Tushar (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean. Some electric equipment needed replacement which was done immediately. The location is on the other side of the main city centre.
• Venkat (7/5): nice little town but we faced a problems with getting a Taxi on demand. Need to be arranged prior. - The location was decent enough. Water was clogging in the shower but was promptly taken care off when reported. I was with the family but there were no adequate paper towels or enough bath tissues provided for the length of the stay. When requested, we were told that the concept was little different as they provide few basic things but the guests have to furnish/provide ourselves with everything we need, which was kinda awkward. Atleast they could have mentioned it sooner that to find about it ourselves :)
• Dimitre (9/5): Superb - Very good access to central part of town. Walking distans 20-30minutes to most famous places and restorants. Nearby stores for food and groseries. 4-5 minute to the tram stop for access to bus station Villa Constanza. Littlre bit noisy surrounding streets. The streets arround smell and not very clean. The shower cabine is 80sm /80sm and is bit tight.
• Evgeniialekseev (7/5): Good - Location. 1) The mattress cover feels and sounds like a plastic bag. You hear it every time when you turn. 2) The floor air conditioner is quite noisy, without sleeping mode 3) No clothes dryer (floor or integrated in washing mashine). Only strings behind the window, but for us, is not comfortable to dry like this.

• Rachel (7/5): nice - nice clean and new the bedding wasn’t as described, one sleeper sofa was like a full bed, the 2nd sofa wasn’t a sleeper sofa, very small uncomfortable it’s curved sale when you open it, my daughter 13 yes old couldn’t sleep there. however overall was nice. it’s outside of the center, however nice and clean.

Spacious bedroom and lots of storage spaces. it was nice. just wish there had been kitchen towels or some paper towels or something in the kitchen for easy cleaning. otherwise great place!
