• Neil (5/5): I would not recommend this place until they change the advert to match the property. No view sound from the traffic was - Lovely decoration, comfy bed and shower was decent. No oven despite advertising as such, couldn’t use the patio as the slightest noise sound upset the neighbours even before quiet hours. Had to use the same towels for the 5 day stay despite the promise of a cleaner. No view apart from the roadside. Sofa bed in the living room was not comfy to sit on and cushions were not zipped to the frame as they should be. No ironing board and the iron never worked anyways, not all plugs worked and the owners failed to support any fix.

• Krzysztof (3/5): No terrace, no garden, no view, moisture inside ...sleep and go to the city - The host responded to my opinion blackmailing me - accusing me for things I had not done - we were staying as couple, and we provided documents to the host. We have not damaged anything, we have not asked for any financial compensation from the host. Blackmailing has the only goal - I should cancel my opinion showing true situation. Below my original opinion containing positive and negative opinions. location in Trastevere, bus stop next to the apartment (needed since the apartment is on the quite steep hill you need to go down, if you want to eat something in a restaurant, grab a coffee for breakfast or make some shopping), decent place for clothes in wardrobe in bedroom (for 2 people), bed quality ok. Looking at opinions of other guests from the past we were in a different apartment (???) ... first of all there is no terrace in the apartment, from terrace you expect a VIEW, here it is just the parking place next to the apartment, since the apartment is a former garage or shed ... there is no garden, there is just a small lawn next to "terrace". From the terrace you may look at the sky, walls of the buildings left and right, or to the high, full- metal gate, behind the gate there is a street with quite a traffic, so if you expect peace and quiet - no, it is not. If you expect intimacy - no, there is not, since on the level of head of average person there are windows of neighbors right on "your" terrace. In the apartment there is no hanger next to the entrance door, you have to put your jackets into the wardrobe in the bedroom part or lay then down on the sofa in living room part. The bathroom is really small, XXL size people or on the wheelchair - forget it. There was not bathroom accessories, like shower gel or shampoo, only soap. In the kitchen there was no coffee machine for capsules, what becomes a standard In the Italian apartments we had visited before. In the bedroom there is only a small window with the view of the very narrow, rather dark backyard of the building next to the apartment. In bad there was no duvet cover used, it was just put between 2 bedsheets. And the most important thing: you feel moisture smell in the air when you enter the apartment, the bathroom is not ventilated enough so you see the mould at the ceiling and under the shower. The bathroom was also not really cleaned before, we found long hair in the shower ... On top: we were arriving to Rome in the morning and we had asked few days before arrival if we can leave the luggage in the apartment, go to the city and come back after check in time, the host was not responding until we arrived to Rome.

• Saba (10/5): Exceptional - It is a wonderful small apartment in a perfect location, close to all shops, restaurants, and cafes. There is everything you need in the apartment and a nice outdoor area. The host even suggested to go to certain restaurants which were really good, and was available to answer any questions in good time. highly recommend!

• François (9/5): Great Time in Roma for one family with two kids - Great location near restaurants of the trastevere but quiet. Very nice appartment perfect for one family. We really appreciate our stay and will come back with pleasure.
