Camera silenziosa. Posizione: ottima, tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti, ristoranti e bar sotto casa. Nonostante la movida, la zona è tranquilla. Servizi e host: maria ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, disponibile a consigliare e mostrare attivita, servizi ecc. superconsigliato! ci ritorneremo per un eventuale prossimo spggiorno! Niente.

• Carmen (10/5): Muy detallistas y atentos - La zona estaba genial, algo de ruido pero habitaciones al interior asique podias dormir sin problema. Trato inmejorable. Limpio y nuevo. Nos dejaron jabon de lavadora y de lavavajillas suficiente para toda la estancia lo que es de agradecer,ya que en otros sitios tienes que comprar tu y tiras la mayoria. La batidora estaba rota, funcionaba pero la rosca no la hacia completa, no dije nada, seguro que si lo hubieramos dicho hubieran dqdo solucion. No nos importo demasiado
• Toby (7/5): Great location but... - Great location with excellent bars and restaurants nearby, well remodelled apartment with wonderful, helpful staff on hand Advertised with a picture of a roof terrace but that wasn't accessible and was particular to another flat. A lot of the equipment in the apartment was cheap and low quality.

• Doris (9/5): - Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, toll sind zum Beispiel die großen Schränke im Schlafzimmer, wo man alles unterbringen kann. Auch Einrichtungen wie Wäscheständer, eine behagliche Beleuchtung, zusätzliche Handtücher, Kaffee und Tee haben unseren Auftenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, sehr zentral. Vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster sind einige Bars, da kann es abends etwas laut sein. Aber das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten zu einem Innenhof, wo man davon nichts hört. Wir haben es genossen, mitten im Stadtleben zu sein. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit zu erreichen. Sie war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat alle unseren Fragen und Wünsche sehr zuvorkommend erfüllt. Es gibt keine Heizung, aber für kühle Tage kann man die Klimaanlagen in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer nutzen. Das hat uns gereicht, trotz zwischendurch schlechtem Wetter.
• Ecem (10/5): - The location is very central, within walking distance to everywhere. We were initially a bit concerned that being so central might be noisy, but no sound reached the bedroom at all and it was very quiet. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was available, and it was spotlessly clean. Maria and the other lady welcomed us very warmly and positively. Maria gave us a very detailed explanation using a map and also shared great restaurant and activity recommendations. Overall, it was a stay we were extremely satisfied with.

Nós procuramos uma casa numa zona boémia e central o que faz com que se ouça barulho da rua na sala, mas no quarto com a porta fechada fica silencioso.

• Ripperslo (10/5): - Maria welcomed us right of the bat at the door at specified hour. After entering the house we passed the patio which was amazing, after that few steps up to the 1st floor (Elevator/Lift available) and we entered our apartment. Clean, open, modern, with every bell and whistle, plenty of towels, amenities, 2 air condition units,... I mean i could talk and talk - IT HAS IT ALL. My girlfriend speaks Spanish so they kicked it right off and had a warm chat about us, her, location,... Maria also provided us with enough information to write a book,... Sights to see, places to visit, what to do and when/where to do it, was also kind enough to provide us with really good restaurants in the area, that cater to locals and aren't bating tourists. Overall i highly recommend everyone to meet Maria and her wonderful place in center of Sevilla. Overall BEST BOOKING i did and i hope i revisit Sevilla and Maria /
• Bernadette (10/5): Wunderschönes Apartment im Herzen der Altstadt - Sehr schönes Apartment im Zentrum der Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Vielzahl an Tapasbars und Restaurant. Vielen Dank an María! Sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthalts hat sie uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt, Taxitransfers und Eintrittstickets für eine Flamencoshow (sehr zu empfehlen: Tablao Flamenco Andalusí) organisiert.

• Joanne (10/5): Stylish apartment in great location. - Fantastic location - very close to the Cathedral and in the heart of things. It was only a 15 minute walk from the train station. The apartment is a very stylish, recently renovated, old building. There is some noise in the front room from nearby restaurants but the bedroom is at the back and very quiet. Very comfy bed and a good shower. It has a well equipped kitchen. The owners were very helpful, sending lots of useful information before we arrived. They were very responsive and booked a flamenco show for us on our first night. Would stay here again if we return to Seville.

Location very close to historic tourist area & many bars and restaurants. Even though busy right outside door, the bedroom at back with water courtyard was perfect night sleep.
• Ivor (10/5): A very enjoyable & comfortable stay in a beautiful apartment in a central Seville - The location was excellent. 5 mins walk from the Cathedral and other central parts of the old city but the apartment was very quiet at night, thanks to the solid walls and modern windows. We slept very well! The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and was decorated to a high standard. The facilities - kitchen, bathroom, shower & beds - exceeded our expectations and they combined to provide us with a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We liked that there were very helpful staff on-duty at the apartment block during the day to deal with any queries. It also meant that they were able to facilitate an early entry for us and we could also leave our bags there when we checked out and then return to collect them later. It is these small courtesies and extra services that made a big difference to a stay at the apartment. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for those wanting to be located centrally during their stay in Seville but also value having a quiet apartment. I don't think anything could have been better!

• Cathy (10/5): Fantastic stay in the historic district - This was the best property we’ve stayed during our 5 week journey. Anna was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. We were a block or so from The Alcázar and Seville Cathedral. The apt was recently renovated and very comfortable. The air conditioning was cold which is very important when it is hot outside. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Seville. Absolutely nothing!

I was supposed to check out at 745am to catch a train but the electricity in the apartment was cut off at 715am. The circuit board in the unit was on but no electricity. But corridor lights in the building was not affected, weird...

• Robert (10/5): Look No Further - We loved staying here as it is spotlessly clean and the bed is the most comfortable one I've slept in whilst on holiday. Best of all were the staff who are all first class. If we return to Sevilla then we would look no further than San Diego Cathedral Sevilla apartments. Mary and Robert. • Simon (10/5): The BEST place to stay in Seville - Location... excellent! Cleanliness.... excellent! Facilities... excellent! Host.... AMAZING!! This is a stylish apartment, well furnished (couch and beds were very comfortable) and the style is just gorgeous! You really should book here. Despite being in a busy neighborhood, we could not hear anything at night. Such a peaceful sleep. In the mornings the table looks out over a busy (but not loud) street and you can simply watch the world go by. The owner was an absolute pleasure, she even booked us in at a "locals" flamenco night and has a tonne of recommendations for restaurants and places to go. We would absolutely love to come back. Absolutely nothing. Everything has been well designed and is just beautiful.
