Сюди входять два пункти, які потрібно виконати : 1. Внести паспортні дані подорожуючих; 2. Потрібно внести додаткову оплату на випадок того, якщо раптом щось поламаємо (застава). В моєму випадку це було ще додаткових 300євро, які мені потрібно було оплатити, перейшовши за іншим посиланням, не через сайт. Дякую службі booking.com, які вияснили, що в контракті готелю не передбачено цих пунктів і я лише після приїзду написала дані паспортів, а додаткові 300 євро не вносила. Пізніше готель визнав, що справді не було це передбачено контрактом, але повідомили, що вже оновили його.
