• Giulia (7/5): Confortável, poderia ser melhor… - A localização é boa, o quarto é bem confortável e limpo. A sala estava bem aconchegante também. Fui em uma época bem fria, o quarto tinha várias cobertas e coberta aquecida. A sala tinha várias cobertas e aquecedor. Apesar de ser um resort e spa não ficou claro como usufruir das comodidades do local. O quarto não tinha televisão, nem ar condicionado e nem aquecedor. O banheiro tinha iluminação bem escura o que não era bom pra fazer maquiagem, etc. O local dizia ter restaurante mas não estava aberto em momento algum. Para entrar e sair da acomodação precisava da assistência do staff para destrancar a porta e abrir o portão, o que não nos dava muita liberdade de ir e vir e acabava ficando desconfortável. Na segunda noite ficamos com a energia elétrica em meia fase, o staff não soube explicar porque estava sem luz, não soube dizer quando voltava, me deram uma luz de emergência para me virar, mas foi uma experiência muito ruim. O “resort” não tinha gerador. O staff em geral não parecia muito preparado ou acostumado a receber hóspedes. Eu senti que não me deram todas as informações necessárias quando eu cheguei, não me recepcionaram de forma tão profissional apesar de serem muito queridas. O local era mais como uma casa bed and breakfast do que um resort…
• MARTIN (10/5): Tranquil peaceful homely calming atmosphere - This place is so peaceful and calm and the rooms are comfortable with nice big beds. It has a lovely space outdoors with a pool and a garden area. The atmosphere is very peaceful. The staff cannot do enough for you, they made us feel so welcome. Nothing but its worth mentioning They do not have tvs and it is very quite this may not be to everyones liking but it did not bother me.

• Julia (3/5): Treatments and food were amazing. Nothing else was. Staff communicate with you via whatsapp - The food was amaz8ng I was under the impression this was a resort. There was absolutely nothing to do besides visit the spa which was closed on Sunday, which meant if I had stayed the entire time I had booked for I would have spent the day in bed. On arrival we were shown our room, no one showed us around nor explained anything to me, I had to ask. The spa treatment menu, should have discriptions of treatments as their deluxe pedi did not have an explanation, which ended up being gel nails, my daughter is highly allergic to gel nails and should I have known in advance I would not have booked this treatment for her. I mostly didn't like that there is absolutely nothing to do there for an entire weekend stay. Staff communicate with you via WhatsApp to place breakfast orders the night before. Drinks menus that were sent to me, on ordering I was told was an old menu and they no longer stocked certain wines

• Anja (8/5): Zalig verblijf in johannesburg - Loulou was zeer behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Het hotel was zeer ontspannen en rustig, we voelden ons daar ook veilig. Het ontbijt en het eten was lekker. Lekker bed, mooie kamer. De keuze voor het ontbijt en het avondeten moesten de dag op voorhand besteld worden. De badkamer heeft een upgrade nodig, geen douche, enkel een bad maar deze had geen doucheslang. Teweinig stopcontacten in de kamer.

• Smah (9/5): Amazing Stay - The Location was absolutely great, Their food is mouth watering, loved love the massage the place is really a great place for quality time as a couple with so much privacy we felt like VIPs. The staff were so nice and friendly. I wish they can loosen a bit some of their rules you cannot bring in anything foodie even a snack and their dinner is at 6 pm by 10 we were starving we had to wake the staff up to go eat out,and that you can't even bring in your water yet they do not offer any in their rooms at night you cannot be waking them up when you are thirsty. The Rules are too much.

I would have loved to enjoyed the spa and the tranquil outdoor setting - The sense of peace and calmness was wonderful (complemented by a friendly and efficient team). The venue is clean and beautiful which makes you feel that you are far away from the hustle of the city The room, while beautiful, needed an air conditioner and the bath/shower combination was not set up well and water leaked over the floor ( not ideal in small bathroom)

• Mmaboshadi (10/5): A luxurious place for getting holistic wellness and relaxation, and feeling like royalty. - Everything! I booked the accommodation with Booking.com, and the Spa with overnight stay package directly with the resort, which included a chauffer transfer to and from the resort (applicable for less than 20kms from the resort). The service from arrival, during and at check-out was top notch. The staff are warm and professional. The massage therapy and the milk bath were superb! The dinner and breakfast (I had shakshuka for breakfast) were delicious. As it was on a winter night, they had warmed up the room with a gas heater and turned on the electric blanket in my bed by the time of my arrival. My whole experience at this resort felt like one big, warm hug! It was soothing and relaxing. Everything about the place is luxurious, and the attention to detail makes one feel royal. The art and decor in the reception area, the guest rooms and the bathrooms are unique and exquisite. The mattress of the bed in the Royal suite was too firm for me. The establishment is still in its early phase, so during my stay, they only had two guest rooms available.

• Xolani (6/5): I loved the place, and their food was so good. However, there should be more transparency about costs. I initially had b - I liked the architecture, as well as the waterfall pool. The property doesn’t have a television inside the rooms, so it’s literally just a room - no fridge no microwave. And their kitchen is only for staff. So if you like bringing your own stuff during stays, (alcohol, food etc) you can’t with this place. Basically, I feel like this is a way for them to force you to buy their expensive but delicious food and drinks.

• Michaela (10/5): Amazing place, it’s a must visit if you need to recharge - This is such a beautiful place. I would suggest staying at least two days. The kitchen is excellent, and the massages are great. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. It was amazing to feel truly welcomed, especially compared to all those big hotels. As a vegan, I was impressed by the variety of options available on their menu. The internet isn’t 100% available everywhere, but it’s a place to relax, not to work. There’s no point in going to a place like this and expecting to work.

The place is more beautiful and peaceful in person, the online pictures do not do justice. Every activity was well planned and exceeded my expectations. I honestly didn't wanna leave the Presidential suite. Absolutely nothing
