• Fruzsina (10/5): Rendben volt, a kétnapos tartozkodasnak megfelelt. - A tulajdonos roppant segítőkész és rugalmas volt, ugyanis több ingatlanja is volt, ez volt a szerencsénk, mivel az általunk választott nem felelt meg az elképzeleseinknek, nem azt vártuk,de helyszínen gyorsan megoldódott a probléma. Központba volt.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Spacious, Stylish & Perfect for a Relaxing Stay - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It is very spacious and beautifully designed, with a highly practical layout. The apartment features two large bedrooms and two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub—which made our stay as a group of four extremely comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were large and very comfortable, and we truly had everything we needed during our stay. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, with excellent communication throughout. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and their experience. The location is also great, situated in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended for a vacation stay!

Water was not draining properly, which made it difficult for us to take a shower or even use the toilet. Additionally, the bathtub was dirty.

• Ioana (7/5): Fair price, very nice owner - The very well-equipped kitchen was extremely helpful, and we also appreciate the adapter that the owner bought especially for us, I believe Everything was fine except for the humidity in the apartment, which unfortunately was not pleasant at all for the children. In one of the bathrooms, water leaks around the drain pipe and then onto the floor under the sink. The noise from the construction site disturbed us in the mornings and I believe the apartment would benefit from better insulation

• Bartłomiej (9/5): - Duży przestronny apartament. Salon połączony z kuchnią. Dostępny netflix. Dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki. Miejsce parkingowe jest. Dzielnica spokojna raczej dla osób które mają wypożyczony samochód. Do moża 15 min piechotą. Ogólnie wszystko ok. Mały minus za słabą kanalizację - bardzo powoli schodzi woda w całym apartamencie. Do przeżycia a właściciel twierdzi że sprawa jest już w toku ;-)

• Kani (6/5): Overall...our stay was okay. - Apartment was reasonable for the value...location was easy to access and acceptable distance to city centre. Owner was very helpful and asked frequently if we are okay. However we didn't complain or demand anything due to short stay. Facilities were not so bad. Except few things...like we could not locate hair dryer and batteries for air conditioning remote control was not serviceable. One of the Water taps in the bathroom was unserviceable. Toilet seat could be set up little better. But most importantly...shower and toilet drainage was blocked. Unfortunately we couldn't have shower properly and needed to flushed toilet many times after use. Premises need a small repairs and touch ups.

• Anna (9/5): Short stay in fat cow 🐮 - The room was modern, clean cosy and nice:) the owner was kind and navigated us trough WhatsApp for check in. He left us some snacks and water which was nice. The location is good when you have a rented car :-) there were also some board games , tv and WiFi which is nice. The area was calm. There were necessities for some basic cooking & tea. The room little but lacked more hangers for coats or towels. Also it was little bit cold this time of the year and little bit humid in the room (maybe some little bit of heating could be nice or more blankets). Also the pillows could be little bit different (they were too big for me) but that’s a detail. Otherwise good:)

• ARISTEIDIS (10/5): Strolling around on Cyprus - We had a very nice stay at fat cow appartments. The appartment had Everything somebody needs during the day/ night ! Very clean. Mr.Christos is very helpfull and always tries to find a solution for all your questions. It was a pity we could stay only a few days! Unfortunately the only problem we had was the distance between the appartment and the centre of the town! You need a car over there to travel around! We had to arrange a taxi all the time. Herefor you need to call a taxi centre ,to come to pick you up! Which is actually quite expensive for such a short trip ( 10 min.) Around €15-20 per single ride. We lost a lot of money only for paying taxi rides! 😔

• Sara (8/5): Nice apartment in a not so good location, must have a car to enjoy it. - The apartment is nice, very clean, everything is new, beds are comfortable. The location is not that good, there is nothing around in a walking distance. Also didn't understand what beach front was mentioned, there isn't any. Some drainge problems in the showes.
• Caroline (8/5): Very nice some improvements need some at no fault of home owner. - Really lovely apartment check in easy host was on hand and offered help spacious quiet neighborhood great location value for money Local construction alot all around very dusty a a strange odour in evenings from sweage or local farmers or construction was all the time but we did loose out door evening sitting time because of smell. Could do with shade to be able to sit out in morning.

• Orit (10/5): חוויה נעימה - דירה מקסימה אזור שקט , הגענו בשעה מאוחרת קיבלנו הנחיות בוואצאפ היכן המפתח , מההזמנה עד ההגעה הבעלים תמיד היה איתנו בקשר. לגבי הדירה עצמה, הגענו ללילה אחד, זוג ובוגר נוסף, לקחנו דירה 2 חדרי שינה 2 מקלחות , מטבח מאובזר בצורה מושלמת , לא היה חסר דבר, השאיר לנו אפילו "פינוקים" מתוקים על השולחן, בקבוקי מים קרים במקרר . דירה נקיה מעוצבת יפה מאוד, מיטות נוחות, חניה זמינה ליד הבית, השהות בה היתה נעימה מאוד. ממליצה בחום על הדירה🥰

The accomodations was lovely and clean and very comfortable, with two good size bedrooms and bathrooms, and a great sitting room and dining area. We would definitely recommend this place to stay for a holiday as it's just a couple of minutes drive to the sea. Nothing negative

• Alexandru (10/5): Great place for car travelers - I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. A lovely touch was the welcome treats – sweets and drinks left for us as a bonus – which made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish and cozy stay! What could be improved is having a place to dry clothes, and perhaps a fan to move the air in the evening, as it felt a bit stuffy at times.

The self check was convenient and the host approved earlier check in which was very helpful due to a red eye flight. The apartment was on the ground floor and studio type with a comfy bed and small kitchenette and bathroom. The host was responsive and professional in his approach. Highly recommended for all wishing to stay in Livadia area of Larnaca.

• AMAL (10/5): It was perfect! I highly recommend it! - Rooms were very spacious, clean, well furnished. Kitchen has everything you may need. The host was very nice and helpful and he even left us some snacks! I highly recommend this place! In the morning there was some noise from neighbors sites.

• sara (8/5): - Appartamento pulito con tutto il necessario,il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.c'e il parcheggio per auto,un po' fuori dalla movida ma per noi è stata una cosa positiva.centro del paese raggiungibile anche a piedi in pochi minuti.
